HUP-Koordinacija javnolinijskih prijevoznika zatražila je u četvrtak od Vlade jednak tretman kao što je dobio građevinski sektor, poručivši kako po sadašnjim uvjetima neće moći voziti školarce i radnike, jer su cijene goriva eksplodirale.
Autobusni prijevoznici traže izdavanje identičnog Vladinog zaključka kojeg je nedavno dobio građevinski sektor, a tiče se postupanja javnih naručitelja radi ublažavanja posljedica poremećaja cijena sirovina.
Iz HUP-a napominju kako Vlada u svom obrazloženju zaključka o postupanju radi ublažavanja posljedica poremećaja cijena građevinskog materijala i proizvoda navodi da su cijene pojedinih sirovina korištenih u građevinskom sektoru rasle dvoznamenkasto u posljednje vrijeme.
HUP pozdravlja zaključak Vlade, ali ističe "da slični problemi postoje i u drugim sektorima, prvenstveno onima čije poslovanje isključivo ovisi o cijeni energenata koja je posljednjih tjedana eksplodirala".
Tako se, primjerice, kriteriji i način sufinanciranja troškova javnog prijevoznika učenika srednjih škola temelje na odluci Vlade iz 2018., za koju je pak osnova bila cijena običnog eurodiesela u iznosu od 8,37 kuna.
Danas se pak, kažu u HUP-u, prema podacima specijaliziranog portala cijenegoriva.info, cijene eurodiesela kreću od 11,02 kuna.
Riječ je dakle o povećanju od preko 31 posto, a pritom je u prijevozu putnika cijena goriva ključni ulazni trošak koji u potpunosti definira poslovanje.
Iz HUP-a pritom ističu kako najveći udar trpe upravo domaći prijevoznici jer strani, koji kroz Hrvatsku voze međunarodne linije, mogu gorivo točiti u, primjerice Mađarskoj (jeftinije 1 kn), Austriji (jeftinije 1,04 kn), Sloveniji ( jeftinije 0,5 kn) ili Bosni i Hercegovini (jeftinije 2,62 kn).
U priopćenju se prenosi izjava predsjednika HUP-ove Koordinacije javnolinijskih prijevoznika Hrvoja Meštrovića koji je kazao kako će autobusni prijevoznici biti prisiljeni povećati cijene svojih usluga prema putnicima, ali ostaje problem već potpisanih ugovora za prijevoz učenika.
"Vlada je pokazala da ima sluha za građevinare i zato vjerujem da će izdati slične zaključke i za druge ugrožene sektor", istaknuo je Meštrović.
U prijevozu putnika, kako je kazao, ključni je ulazni trošak cijena goriva koja je pak eksplodirala, uz predviđanja daljnjeg rasta.
Prijevoznici uskoro neće moći obavljati svoju uslugu prijevoza učenika, rekao je Meštrović napominjući da, iako postoje obveze europskih direktiva, ali i hrvatskog Zakona o cestovnom prometu, autobusnim prijevoznicima još uvijek nije uvedena tzv. javna usluga.
Zbog toga su domaći prijevoznici izloženi na vjetrometini pandemije i rasta cijena goriva te će uskoro morati prestati voziti linije koje trenutno koriste i brojni radnici za odlazak na posao, kazao je Meštrović.
Podsjetio je kako je ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković prošli tjedan jasno naznačio kako su sredstva za javnu uslugu predviđena u proračunu te da ih samo moraju povući.
"Unatoč uputama Ministarstva, nijedna županija još uvijek nije potpisala ugovore s autobusnim prijevoznicima, a oni im obavljaju 80 posto javnog prijevoza", kazao je Meštrović.
Pozvao je županije da ubrzaju procese jer će, kako je rekao, njihovi učenici, radnici i umirovljenici, koji se najviše oslanjaju na autobuse, biti žrtvama prebacivanja loptice između njih i resornog ministarstva koje sad već traje čak tri godine.

HUP-Koordinacija javnolinijskih prijevoznika zatražila je u četvrtak od Vlade jednak tretman kao što je dobio građevinski sektor, poručivši kako po sadašnjim uvjetima neće moći voziti školarce i radnike, jer su cijene goriva eksplodirale.
Autobusni prijevoznici traže izdavanje identičnog Vladinog zaključka kojeg je nedavno dobio građevinski sektor, a tiče se postupanja javnih naručitelja radi ublažavanja posljedica poremećaja cijena sirovina.
Iz HUP-a napominju kako Vlada u svom obrazloženju zaključka o postupanju radi ublažavanja posljedica poremećaja cijena građevinskog materijala i proizvoda navodi da su cijene pojedinih sirovina korištenih u građevinskom sektoru rasle dvoznamenkasto u posljednje vrijeme.
HUP pozdravlja zaključak Vlade, ali ističe "da slični problemi postoje i u drugim sektorima, prvenstveno onima čije poslovanje isključivo ovisi o cijeni energenata koja je posljednjih tjedana eksplodirala".
Tako se, primjerice, kriteriji i način sufinanciranja troškova javnog prijevoznika učenika srednjih škola temelje na odluci Vlade iz 2018., za koju je pak osnova bila cijena običnog eurodiesela u iznosu od 8,37 kuna.
Danas se pak, kažu u HUP-u, prema podacima specijaliziranog portala cijenegoriva.info, cijene eurodiesela kreću od 11,02 kuna.
Riječ je dakle o povećanju od preko 31 posto, a pritom je u prijevozu putnika cijena goriva ključni ulazni trošak koji u potpunosti definira poslovanje.
Iz HUP-a pritom ističu kako najveći udar trpe upravo domaći prijevoznici jer strani, koji kroz Hrvatsku voze međunarodne linije, mogu gorivo točiti u, primjerice Mađarskoj (jeftinije 1 kn), Austriji (jeftinije 1,04 kn), Sloveniji ( jeftinije 0,5 kn) ili Bosni i Hercegovini (jeftinije 2,62 kn).
U priopćenju se prenosi izjava predsjednika HUP-ove Koordinacije javnolinijskih prijevoznika Hrvoja Meštrovića koji je kazao kako će autobusni prijevoznici biti prisiljeni povećati cijene svojih usluga prema putnicima, ali ostaje problem već potpisanih ugovora za prijevoz učenika.
"Vlada je pokazala da ima sluha za građevinare i zato vjerujem da će izdati slične zaključke i za druge ugrožene sektor", istaknuo je Meštrović.
U prijevozu putnika, kako je kazao, ključni je ulazni trošak cijena goriva koja je pak eksplodirala, uz predviđanja daljnjeg rasta.
Prijevoznici uskoro neće moći obavljati svoju uslugu prijevoza učenika, rekao je Meštrović napominjući da, iako postoje obveze europskih direktiva, ali i hrvatskog Zakona o cestovnom prometu, autobusnim prijevoznicima još uvijek nije uvedena tzv. javna usluga.
Zbog toga su domaći prijevoznici izloženi na vjetrometini pandemije i rasta cijena goriva te će uskoro morati prestati voziti linije koje trenutno koriste i brojni radnici za odlazak na posao, kazao je Meštrović.
Podsjetio je kako je ministar mora, prometa i infrastrukture Oleg Butković prošli tjedan jasno naznačio kako su sredstva za javnu uslugu predviđena u proračunu te da ih samo moraju povući.
"Unatoč uputama Ministarstva, nijedna županija još uvijek nije potpisala ugovore s autobusnim prijevoznicima, a oni im obavljaju 80 posto javnog prijevoza", kazao je Meštrović.
Pozvao je županije da ubrzaju procese jer će, kako je rekao, njihovi učenici, radnici i umirovljenici, koji se najviše oslanjaju na autobuse, biti žrtvama prebacivanja loptice između njih i resornog ministarstva koje sad već traje čak tri godine.
