Donedavno je bilo lako. Svaki je odgovoran čovjek znao što mu je činiti kad mu dijete naraste. Ako su sin ili kćer završili visoke škole, super, ako nisu, a bože moj, nije sve za svakoga, neka je zdravlja i svi će se problemi riješiti. Kako? Zna se! Tko je htio svojoj djeci dobro, taj ih je upisivao u HDZ.

Članska iskaznica metastazirajuće stranke oduvijek je vrijedila više od diploma i doktorata, otvarajući sva vrata u zemlji, a i poneka izvan nje, gdje god se proteže partijska moć. Sve što je roditelj trebao učiniti jest začepiti nos i uputiti dijete na adresu najbliže podružnice gdje će ono popuniti pristupnicu i dobiti člansku iskaznicu, ustvari uputnicu za bolji život. A poslije neka se čedo samo snalazi. S koliko se entuzijazma bude ulizivalo isprva malim, a kasnije i malo većim šefovima, toliko će i napredovati. Svatko je kovač svoje sreće. Najvažnije je da se pred njim otvore šanse. A HDZ ih je, bogami, nudio. O'š položaj u lokalnoj samoupravi, o'š u javnim poduzećima, ili možda nešto treće? Nema problema, stranka je tu da te pogura, da ti ucijepi osjećaj kako ćeš, svejedno gdje si dobio namještenje, uvijek biti svoj na svome.

Ocean mogućnosti

Manje ambiciozni zadovoljili bi se pristojnim poslom i osrednjom, solidnom plaćom. Onima kojima to nije bilo dovoljno, pružala se mogućnost nastavka karijerne vožnje u traci za pretjecanje. HDZ je uvijek nudio personaliziranu uslugu. Logično, jer nisu oni komunjare koji vjeruju u egalitarističke žvake, nego demokršćani kod kojih je razvijena svijest da postoje izabrani. A pred onima koje bi središnjica izabrala, otvarao bi se nepregledni ocean mogućnosti.

Tako je, velim, bilo donedavno. Građani Republike Hrvatske nisu se dijelili po spolnom, dobnom, obrazovnom, zemljopisnom ili klasnom ključu, nego samo po partijskome. Većina razboritih učlanila se u HDZ (zbog čega je popis stranačke pješadije odavno premašio broj hrvatskih branitelja), a manjina čistunaca s probavnim tegobama ostala je izvan toga kruga privilegiranih. Onda je, međutim, došao Andrej Plenković i sve pokvario. On se odrekao jedine sastavnice takozvanog izvornog tuđmanizma do koje je svim HDZ-ovcima bez iznimke stalo. Radi se, naravno, o imperativu zbrinjavanja provjerenih, dakle, partijskih kadrova.

Umjesto da kandidate za buduće ministre i potencijalne gradonačelnike traži u stranačkim redovima, među ljudima koji već desetljećima nisu vidjeli svjetlo dana, jer ne izlaze iz mraka rektuma svojih partijskih šefova, on je počeo koćariti po ulici, potezati kadrovsku mrežu bez ikakvih kriterija i pravila. Zapravo je učinio nešto još i gore. Vlastitih se stranačkih aduta potpuno odrekao i zaobilazi ih kao grešna duša križ. Kome je danas do pravljenja ozbiljne karijere u javnoj službi, ima veće šanse bez iskaznice HDZ-a negoli s njom.

Govoreći sasvim načelno, potpisnik ovih redaka, partijski neumrežen i podalje od prve mladosti, ima veće šanse od kandidata u najboljim godinama, koji je prvo odradio skojevski staž u stranačkoj mladeži da bi se potom dugo ulizivao kome treba i ne treba ne bi li se ogrebao za neki prestižni položaj. Sve mu je džabe kad je Andrej Plenković razorio jedini čvrsti temelj na kojemu je Hrvatska demokratska zajednica počivala još od barakaških dana.

Univezalni ključ

Partijska iskaznica danas vrijedi kao i kofer Reichsmaraka u travnju 1945. godine. Plastična četvorina koju smo nekoć doživljavali kao križanac univerzalnog ključa (jer je otvarala sve brave), dopunskog osiguranja (jer je strelovito pomicala pacijente prema vrhu svih lista čekanja) i putovnice (jer si s njom mogao kamo si htio) više ne služi ničemu. Iz čega logično i neizbježno slijedi zaključak kako je smisao izgubio i sam HDZ. Što će nam partija – koja, u suštini, nikad nije ni imala ideologiju jer je jednako okupljala i neofašiste i ravnodušne oportuniste – ako se ona više nije kadra brinuti čak ni o svojim članovima?

Lako je bilo Plenkoviću povesti rat protiv famoznog desnog krila stranke. Tu šaku kvazipatriotskog, kukavičkog jada rastjerao je običnom šibom i jednim gromkim "iš!". I, evo, već su lijepe godine prošle od toga obračuna, a oni i dalje ustrašeni drhture skriveni ispod stolova, ne usuđuju se promoliti nosom preko rubova kockastih stolnjaka. Malo je teže povesti rat protiv svih. A on ga je poveo onoga trenutka kad je postalo jasno kako svoje pouzdanike više ne želi birati iz partijskih redova. Dapače, kako je prvi i presudan kriterij za imenovanje novih drmatora upravo taj da ne pripadaju Zajednici.

Donedavno je bilo lako. Svaki je odgovoran čovjek znao što mu je činiti kad mu dijete naraste. Ako su sin ili kćer završili visoke škole, super, ako nisu, a bože moj, nije sve za svakoga, neka je zdravlja i svi će se problemi riješiti. Kako? Zna se! Tko je htio svojoj djeci dobro, taj ih je upisivao u HDZ.

Članska iskaznica metastazirajuće stranke oduvijek je vrijedila više od diploma i doktorata, otvarajući sva vrata u zemlji, a i poneka izvan nje, gdje god se proteže partijska moć. Sve što je roditelj trebao učiniti jest začepiti nos i uputiti dijete na adresu najbliže podružnice gdje će ono popuniti pristupnicu i dobiti člansku iskaznicu, ustvari uputnicu za bolji život. A poslije neka se čedo samo snalazi. S koliko se entuzijazma bude ulizivalo isprva malim, a kasnije i malo većim šefovima, toliko će i napredovati. Svatko je kovač svoje sreće. Najvažnije je da se pred njim otvore šanse. A HDZ ih je, bogami, nudio. O'š položaj u lokalnoj samoupravi, o'š u javnim poduzećima, ili možda nešto treće? Nema problema, stranka je tu da te pogura, da ti ucijepi osjećaj kako ćeš, svejedno gdje si dobio namještenje, uvijek biti svoj na svome.

Ocean mogućnosti

Manje ambiciozni zadovoljili bi se pristojnim poslom i osrednjom, solidnom plaćom. Onima kojima to nije bilo dovoljno, pružala se mogućnost nastavka karijerne vožnje u traci za pretjecanje. HDZ je uvijek nudio personaliziranu uslugu. Logično, jer nisu oni komunjare koji vjeruju u egalitarističke žvake, nego demokršćani kod kojih je razvijena svijest da postoje izabrani. A pred onima koje bi središnjica izabrala, otvarao bi se nepregledni ocean mogućnosti.

Tako je, velim, bilo donedavno. Građani Republike Hrvatske nisu se dijelili po spolnom, dobnom, obrazovnom, zemljopisnom ili klasnom ključu, nego samo po partijskome. Većina razboritih učlanila se u HDZ (zbog čega je popis stranačke pješadije odavno premašio broj hrvatskih branitelja), a manjina čistunaca s probavnim tegobama ostala je izvan toga kruga privilegiranih. Onda je, međutim, došao Andrej Plenković i sve pokvario. On se odrekao jedine sastavnice takozvanog izvornog tuđmanizma do koje je svim HDZ-ovcima bez iznimke stalo. Radi se, naravno, o imperativu zbrinjavanja provjerenih, dakle, partijskih kadrova.

Umjesto da kandidate za buduće ministre i potencijalne gradonačelnike traži u stranačkim redovima, među ljudima koji već desetljećima nisu vidjeli svjetlo dana, jer ne izlaze iz mraka rektuma svojih partijskih šefova, on je počeo koćariti po ulici, potezati kadrovsku mrežu bez ikakvih kriterija i pravila. Zapravo je učinio nešto još i gore. Vlastitih se stranačkih aduta potpuno odrekao i zaobilazi ih kao grešna duša križ. Kome je danas do pravljenja ozbiljne karijere u javnoj službi, ima veće šanse bez iskaznice HDZ-a negoli s njom.

Govoreći sasvim načelno, potpisnik ovih redaka, partijski neumrežen i podalje od prve mladosti, ima veće šanse od kandidata u najboljim godinama, koji je prvo odradio skojevski staž u stranačkoj mladeži da bi se potom dugo ulizivao kome treba i ne treba ne bi li se ogrebao za neki prestižni položaj. Sve mu je džabe kad je Andrej Plenković razorio jedini čvrsti temelj na kojemu je Hrvatska demokratska zajednica počivala još od barakaških dana.

Univezalni ključ

Partijska iskaznica danas vrijedi kao i kofer Reichsmaraka u travnju 1945. godine. Plastična četvorina koju smo nekoć doživljavali kao križanac univerzalnog ključa (jer je otvarala sve brave), dopunskog osiguranja (jer je strelovito pomicala pacijente prema vrhu svih lista čekanja) i putovnice (jer si s njom mogao kamo si htio) više ne služi ničemu. Iz čega logično i neizbježno slijedi zaključak kako je smisao izgubio i sam HDZ. Što će nam partija – koja, u suštini, nikad nije ni imala ideologiju jer je jednako okupljala i neofašiste i ravnodušne oportuniste – ako se ona više nije kadra brinuti čak ni o svojim članovima?

Lako je bilo Plenkoviću povesti rat protiv famoznog desnog krila stranke. Tu šaku kvazipatriotskog, kukavičkog jada rastjerao je običnom šibom i jednim gromkim "iš!". I, evo, već su lijepe godine prošle od toga obračuna, a oni i dalje ustrašeni drhture skriveni ispod stolova, ne usuđuju se promoliti nosom preko rubova kockastih stolnjaka. Malo je teže povesti rat protiv svih. A on ga je poveo onoga trenutka kad je postalo jasno kako svoje pouzdanike više ne želi birati iz partijskih redova. Dapače, kako je prvi i presudan kriterij za imenovanje novih drmatora upravo taj da ne pripadaju Zajednici.

Donedavno je bilo lako. Svaki je odgovoran čovjek znao što mu je činiti kad mu dijete naraste. Ako su sin ili kćer završili visoke škole, super, ako nisu, a bože moj, nije sve za svakoga, neka je zdravlja i svi će se problemi riješiti. Kako? Zna se! Tko je htio svojoj djeci dobro, taj ih je upisivao u HDZ.

Članska iskaznica metastazirajuće stranke oduvijek je vrijedila više od diploma i doktorata, otvarajući sva vrata u zemlji, a i poneka izvan nje, gdje god se proteže partijska moć. Sve što je roditelj trebao učiniti jest začepiti nos i uputiti dijete na adresu najbliže podružnice gdje će ono popuniti pristupnicu i dobiti člansku iskaznicu, ustvari uputnicu za bolji život.
