Kupnja stana ili kuće iznimno je zahtjevan, dugotrajan, odgovoran, skup i stresan čin. Pomoć pri njemu, što se tiče zakona, dokumenata, pa i plaćanja, trebali bi biti i agenti za kupoprodaju nekretnina, koje plaćaju prodavatelji i kupci.
Međutim, i tu ima neugodnih iskustava, a jedno od njih s agentom iz jedne zagrebačke tvrtke ispričala je jedna Zagrepčanka koja je sa suprugom htjela kupiti kuću u Novom Zagrebu.
Iako su preko agenta s vlasnicima uspjeli ispregovarati nižu cijenu, on im je kupovinu kuće učinio noćnom morom da su zamalo od nje i odustali.
"Predugovor smo potpisali i kod dogovora oko plaćanja kapare shvatili smo da agent počinje biti strašno naporan. Krenulo je s porukama kad će biti isplata kapare, javljao se i meni i mom suprugu. Javi se prvo njemu pa čim mu se ne svidi njegov odgovor jer, znate, čovjek radi i ne može se dopisivati 3 sata s agentom, agent poruke šalje meni. U isto vrijeme nam oboma šalje mailove, pa me obavještava da je poslao mail. Pa pozivi, pa opet poruke", govori ona ogorčeno i kaže da su sve oko papirologije morali raditi sami, a da im agent nije niti ponudio da išta pomogne, piše Zagreb.info.

Budući da im se nekretnina svidjela, odlučili su istrpjeti agentovo ponašanje.
"Onda je počeo nizati greške. Dobili smo ugovor u kojem ne pišu dobri podaci o prodavateljima. Čovjek nas pred javnim bilježnikom uvjerava da to tako treba biti i da ćemo raditi poslije dopune, anekse i slično. Nama je javni bilježnik rekao da to ni slučajno ne potpisujemo tako. Nekoliko tjedana poslije na solemnizaciji javni bilježnik kaže da taj ugovor o kupoprodaji ne valja jer podaci vlasnika opet nisu točni. Kada bi mu javili da iz banke nešto traže, uvijek je bilo pa kako, pa zašto, pa meni je rečeno ovako, ta banka ne zna kako se to radi... "Netom nakon što smo izašli iz banke u centru Zagreba zove nas bankarica i pita pa što je s tim čovjekom. Nju je maltretirao o isplati, o datumima, o svemu živome. Hvala Bogu ključ je u rukama, u našoj novoj kući s obitelji smo već neko vrijeme i ne trzamo više kada mobitel zazvoni u strahu da je on", našalila se čitateljica, piše Zagreb.info.
Šalu na stranu, kupac ipak ne očekuje da mu agent kojega dobro plaća ne samo da ne pomaže u kupoprodaji, nego da mu još i odmaže krivim postupcima, dosadđivanjem i konfliktnošću.

Kupnja stana ili kuće iznimno je zahtjevan, dugotrajan, odgovoran, skup i stresan čin. Pomoć pri njemu, što se tiče zakona, dokumenata, pa i plaćanja, trebali bi biti i agenti za kupoprodaju nekretnina, koje plaćaju prodavatelji i kupci.
Međutim, i tu ima neugodnih iskustava, a jedno od njih s agentom iz jedne zagrebačke tvrtke ispričala je jedna Zagrepčanka koja je sa suprugom htjela kupiti kuću u Novom Zagrebu.
Iako su preko agenta s vlasnicima uspjeli ispregovarati nižu cijenu, on im je kupovinu kuće učinio noćnom morom da su zamalo od nje i odustali.
"Predugovor smo potpisali i kod dogovora oko plaćanja kapare shvatili smo da agent počinje biti strašno naporan. Krenulo je s porukama kad će biti isplata kapare, javljao se i meni i mom suprugu. Javi se prvo njemu pa čim mu se ne svidi njegov odgovor jer, znate, čovjek radi i ne može se dopisivati 3 sata s agentom, agent poruke šalje meni. U isto vrijeme nam oboma šalje mailove, pa me obavještava da je poslao mail. Pa pozivi, pa opet poruke", govori ona ogorčeno i kaže da su sve oko papirologije morali raditi sami, a da im agent nije niti ponudio da išta pomogne, piše Zagreb.info.

Budući da im se nekretnina svidjela, odlučili su istrpjeti agentovo ponašanje.
"Onda je počeo nizati greške. Dobili smo ugovor u kojem ne pišu dobri podaci o prodavateljima. Čovjek nas pred javnim bilježnikom uvjerava da to tako treba biti i da ćemo raditi poslije dopune, anekse i slično. Nama je javni bilježnik rekao da to ni slučajno ne potpisujemo tako. Nekoliko tjedana poslije na solemnizaciji javni bilježnik kaže da taj ugovor o kupoprodaji ne valja jer podaci vlasnika opet nisu točni. Kada bi mu javili da iz banke nešto traže, uvijek je bilo pa kako, pa zašto, pa meni je rečeno ovako, ta banka ne zna kako se to radi... "Netom nakon što smo izašli iz banke u centru Zagreba zove nas bankarica i pita pa što je s tim čovjekom. Nju je maltretirao o isplati, o datumima, o svemu živome. Hvala Bogu ključ je u rukama, u našoj novoj kući s obitelji smo već neko vrijeme i ne trzamo više kada mobitel zazvoni u strahu da je on", našalila se čitateljica, piše Zagreb.info.
Šalu na stranu, kupac ipak ne očekuje da mu agent kojega dobro plaća ne samo da ne pomaže u kupoprodaji, nego da mu još i odmaže krivim postupcima, dosadđivanjem i konfliktnošću.
