Na Županijskom sudu u Rijeci u ponedjeljak je na godinu i pol zatvora nepravomoćno osuđen 31-godišnjak Dino Dokoza Nikpalj zbog udara gliserom na 20-godišnju Austrijanku Verenu Heinz u moru pred Malinskom koja je zbog zadobivenih ozljeda umrla.

Sudsko vijeće kojim je predsjedavala sutkinja Ika Šarić ocijenilo je da je Dokoza Nikpalj kriv za izazivanje pomorske nesreće 24. srpnja 2019. On je upravljao gliserom u vlasništvu tvrtke Oto-Nautika iz Njivica i pri prilaženju obali naletio na mladu Austrijanku, koja je s ocem ronila u blizini obale te se plivajući vraćala na obalu propisno označena crvenom bovom.

Pri tom joj je elisa glisera nanijela teške ozljede, pa je prevezena u KBC Rijeka, gdje je umrla.

Dokoza Nikpalj je optužen da, svjestan mogućnosti naleta na kupače, nije postupio prema pravilima i propisima navigacije, nije s pojačanom pažnjom pratio put plovidbe i okolno more niti je dovoljno smanjio brzinu plovila da bi mogao pravovremeno reagirati.

Sudsko vijeće je utvrdilo da je počinio djelo za koje je terećen, ali mu je izreklo zatvorsku kaznu manju od minimalne, s obzirom na to da je propisana kazna za kažnjivo djelo, ugrožavanje posebnih vrsta prometa uz smrt osobe, između tri i 15 godina zatvora. Olakotne okolnosti su bile dosadašnja neosuđivanost, držanje pred sudom, izraženo iskreno kajanje i žaljenje te obiteljska situacija.

Dokoza Nikpalj mora platiti i 1.610 eura sudskih troškova u što su uračunata provedena vještačenja.

Na Županijskom sudu u Rijeci u ponedjeljak je na godinu i pol zatvora nepravomoćno osuđen 31-godišnjak Dino Dokoza Nikpalj zbog udara gliserom na 20-godišnju Austrijanku Verenu Heinz u moru pred Malinskom koja je zbog zadobivenih ozljeda umrla.

Sudsko vijeće kojim je predsjedavala sutkinja Ika Šarić ocijenilo je da je Dokoza Nikpalj kriv za izazivanje pomorske nesreće 24. srpnja 2019. On je upravljao gliserom u vlasništvu tvrtke Oto-Nautika iz Njivica i pri prilaženju obali naletio na mladu Austrijanku, koja je s ocem ronila u blizini obale te se plivajući vraćala na obalu propisno označena crvenom bovom.

Pri tom joj je elisa glisera nanijela teške ozljede, pa je prevezena u KBC Rijeka, gdje je umrla.

Dokoza Nikpalj je optužen da, svjestan mogućnosti naleta na kupače, nije postupio prema pravilima i propisima navigacije, nije s pojačanom pažnjom pratio put plovidbe i okolno more niti je dovoljno smanjio brzinu plovila da bi mogao pravovremeno reagirati.

Sudsko vijeće je utvrdilo da je počinio djelo za koje je terećen, ali mu je izreklo zatvorsku kaznu manju od minimalne, s obzirom na to da je propisana kazna za kažnjivo djelo, ugrožavanje posebnih vrsta prometa uz smrt osobe, između tri i 15 godina zatvora. Olakotne okolnosti su bile dosadašnja neosuđivanost, držanje pred sudom, izraženo iskreno kajanje i žaljenje te obiteljska situacija.

Dokoza Nikpalj mora platiti i 1.610 eura sudskih troškova u što su uračunata provedena vještačenja.

Na Županijskom sudu u Rijeci u ponedjeljak je na godinu i pol zatvora nepravomoćno osuđen 31-godišnjak Dino Dokoza Nikpalj zbog udara gliserom na 20-godišnju Austrijanku Verenu Heinz u moru pred Malinskom koja je zbog zadobivenih ozljeda umrla.

Sudsko vijeće kojim je predsjedavala sutkinja Ika Šarić ocijenilo je da je Dokoza Nikpalj kriv za izazivanje pomorske nesreće 24. srpnja 2019. On je upravljao gliserom u vlasništvu tvrtke Oto-Nautika iz Njivica i pri prilaženju obali naletio na mladu Austrijanku, koja je s ocem ronila u blizini obale te se plivajući vraćala na obalu propisno označena crvenom bovom.

Pri tom joj je elisa glisera nanijela teške ozljede, pa je prevezena u KBC Rijeka, gdje je umrla.

Dokoza Nikpalj je optužen da, svjestan mogućnosti naleta na kupače, nije postupio prema pravilima i propisima navigacije, nije s pojačanom pažnjom pratio put plovidbe i okolno more niti je dovoljno smanjio brzinu plovila da bi mogao pravovremeno reagirati.
