Jučer oko 18 sati zaprimljena je dojava da je u Sinju došlo do prometne nesreće, gdje je teretno vozilo koje je prevozilo van gabaritni teret, te se nije kretalo svojom prometnom trakom, udarilo u osobni automobil i nastavilo se kretati bez da se zaustavilo.

Policijski službenici odmah su izašli na mjesto događaja, zatekli i zaustavili predmetno teretno vozilo. Utvrđeno  kako je 58-godišnji vozač prevozio teret (montažnu kućicu) koji prelazi gabarit te zahtjeva pratnju policije, a sve bez potrebne dokumentacije za prijevoz.

Vozilo je isključeno iz prometa te će protiv 58-godišnjeg vozača biti podnesen optužni prijedlog nadležnom općinskom prekršajnom sudu, zbog sumnje u počinjenje više prekršaja i to zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće, bijega s mjesta prometne nesreće te zbog prijevoza van gabaritnog tereta bez potrebne dozvole.

Obzirom da su policijski službenici isključili teretno vozilo iz prometa, neće mu biti moguće prometovanje dok za to ne ispuni uvjete, izvjestili su iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Jučer oko 18 sati zaprimljena je dojava da je u Sinju došlo do prometne nesreće, gdje je teretno vozilo koje je prevozilo van gabaritni teret, te se nije kretalo svojom prometnom trakom, udarilo u osobni automobil i nastavilo se kretati bez da se zaustavilo.

Policijski službenici odmah su izašli na mjesto događaja, zatekli i zaustavili predmetno teretno vozilo. Utvrđeno  kako je 58-godišnji vozač prevozio teret (montažnu kućicu) koji prelazi gabarit te zahtjeva pratnju policije, a sve bez potrebne dokumentacije za prijevoz.

Vozilo je isključeno iz prometa te će protiv 58-godišnjeg vozača biti podnesen optužni prijedlog nadležnom općinskom prekršajnom sudu, zbog sumnje u počinjenje više prekršaja i to zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće, bijega s mjesta prometne nesreće te zbog prijevoza van gabaritnog tereta bez potrebne dozvole.

Obzirom da su policijski službenici isključili teretno vozilo iz prometa, neće mu biti moguće prometovanje dok za to ne ispuni uvjete, izvjestili su iz PU splitsko-dalmatinske.

Teretno vozilo u Sinju udarilo u automobil, vozač pobjegao s mjesta nesreće. Počinio je niz prekršaja, nije imao dozvolu ni za teret koji je prevozio

Jučer oko 18 sati zaprimljena je dojava da je u Sinju došlo do prometne nesreće, gdje je teretno vozilo koje je prevozilo van gabaritni teret, te se nije kretalo svojom prometnom trakom, udarilo u osobni automobil i nastavilo se kretati bez da se zaustavilo.

Policijski službenici odmah su izašli na mjesto događaja, zatekli i zaustavili predmetno teretno vozilo. Utvrđeno  kako je 58-godišnji vozač prevozio teret (montažnu kućicu) koji prelazi gabarit te zahtjeva pratnju policije, a sve bez potrebne dokumentacije za prijevoz.

Vozilo je isključeno iz prometa te će protiv 58-godišnjeg vozača biti podnesen optužni prijedlog nadležnom općinskom prekršajnom sudu, zbog sumnje u počinjenje više prekršaja i to zbog izazivanja prometne nesreće, bijega s mjesta prometne...
