- Ne osjećam se krivom i ostajem pri tome da osporavam postavljeni imovinsko-pravni zahtjev - kazala je Olja Einfalt Mihovilović (58), splitska akademska slikarica i vlasnica propale firme "Skandal" kojoj se na splitskom Županijskom sudu sudi za gospodarske malverzacije u kojima su ona i njen pokojni suprug protiv kojeg je, naravno, obustavljen postupak, "isisali" navodno 17 i pol milijuna kuna.

Žena koja je široj javnosti postala poznatija po sudjelovanju reality showu "Večera za 5" gdje se, uz ostalo, predstavila kao vampirica koje je rođena još u 14. stoljeću trenutno je aktivna u još jednoj sličnoj emisiji koja se prikazuje na RTL televiziji i to šou "Ljubav je na selu".

Današnje ročište je, zbog proteka više od tri mjeseca od prošle rasprave, počelo formalno iznova no nije dugo potrajalo. Naime, pozvani svjedok Siniša F. nije došao jer se nalazi u Njemačkoj i nije mogao doći zbog teškog stanja u toj zemlji uzrokovanog pandemijom korone. Iako se tužiteljstvo složilo s tim da se njegov iskaz pročita, istog stava nije bio Željko Lubina, odvjetnik okrivljene koji je inzistirao na tome da se svjedok mora saslušati neposredno na raspravi. Sutkinja je odlučila još jednom ga pozvati na ročište određeno sredinom svibnja.

Podsjetimo, optužnica ŽDO-a tereti Einfalt Mihovilović po šest točaka. Prvo da je zajedno sa suprugom od siječnja do prosinca 2009. godine, kao član firme "Kasteli d.o.o.", kako bi sebi pribavili veliku nepripadnu imovinsku korist, uzimala novac s računa firme iako je znala da su blokirani. Dijelom su plaćali dobavljače, no negdje oko milijun i 121 tisuću kuna su zadržali za sebe i u poslovnim knjigama firme su to evidentirali na kontu pozajmica pa su tako oštetili tvrtku.

Dalje, druga točka optužnice tereti ih da su u poslovnim knjigama neistinito prikazali jedan račun navodno izdan 2. siječnja 2008. godine firmi "Ernest Mot d.o.o." od oko 195 tisuća kuna, za isporuku robe do koje nikad nije došlo. Temeljem tog računa su, stoji u optužnici, koristili pretporez od oko 35 tisuća kuna i prikazali manju osnovicu za obračun poreza čime su državu oštetili za nešto više od 67 tisuća kuna.

Treća točka optužnice je "najizdašnija" što se tiče štete. Njome se terete da su, želeći državi uskratiti porezna davanja, u poslovnim knjigama i prijavama PDV-a prikazali manju vrijednost robe isporučene tvrtki "Similis d.o.o." i tako su za preko milijun i 242 tisuće kuna umanjili osnovicu za obračun PDV-a odnosno nisu obračunali i uplatili državi nešto manje od 286 tisuća kuna PDV-a. Tim i drugim makinacijama su, po toj točki, državu oštetili za nešto više od 489 tisuća kuna neplaćenih poreza.

Nadalje, prvookrivljena vampirica Olja koja je tada bila član uprave "Kasteli d.o.o." i njen suprug nisu u bilanci i knjigama, znajući da im je firma pred raspadom i stečajem od 20. ožujka 2009. godine, u periodu od 1. siječnja do 25. listopada 2010. godine, prikazali potraživanja od preko šest milijuna i 700 tisuća kuna prema domaćim kupcima i gotovo pet milijuna kuna prema inozemnim kupcima.

Kako bi smanjili stečajnu masu firme i šanse vjerovnicima kojima su dugovali da se naplate, oni su ta potraživanja proglasili zatvorenim. Tako su, smatra ŽDO, oštetili stečajne vjerovnike za više od 11 milijuna i 630 tisuća kuna. Optužnica navodi i da su na nepoznato mjesto namjerno sklonili knjigovodstvenu dokumentaciju tvrtke "Kasteli" za 2009. godinu i nisu je, nakon otvaranja stečajnog postupka, predali stečajnoj upraviteljici.

Nadalje, Olji se na teret stavlja i da je sa suprugom oštetila i tvrtku "Mercator-H d.o.o." za preko dva milijuna i 350 tisuća kuna jer su im lažno obećavali da će im od kolovoza 2008. do listopada 2010. godine plaćati zakup za tri poslovna prostora u Splitu, Zadru i Puli iako su znali da nemaju novca za to. Kad je firma "Mercator-H" raskinula ugovore o zakupu, oni su ih i dalje držali u zabludi obećavajući da će platiti zakupninu što nikad nisu napravili.

- Ne osjećam se krivom i ostajem pri tome da osporavam postavljeni imovinsko-pravni zahtjev - kazala je Olja Einfalt Mihovilović (58), splitska akademska slikarica i vlasnica propale firme "Skandal" kojoj se na splitskom Županijskom sudu sudi za gospodarske malverzacije u kojima su ona i njen pokojni suprug protiv kojeg je, naravno, obustavljen postupak, "isisali" navodno 17 i pol milijuna kuna.

Žena koja je široj javnosti postala poznatija po sudjelovanju reality showu "Večera za 5" gdje se, uz ostalo, predstavila kao vampirica koje je rođena još u 14. stoljeću trenutno je aktivna u još jednoj sličnoj emisiji koja se prikazuje na RTL televiziji i to šou "Ljubav je na selu".

Današnje ročište je, zbog proteka više od tri mjeseca od prošle rasprave, počelo formalno iznova no nije dugo potrajalo. Naime, pozvani svjedok Siniša F. nije došao jer se nalazi u Njemačkoj i nije mogao doći zbog teškog stanja u toj zemlji uzrokovanog pandemijom korone. Iako se tužiteljstvo složilo s tim da se njegov iskaz pročita, istog stava nije bio Željko Lubina, odvjetnik okrivljene koji je inzistirao na tome da se svjedok mora saslušati neposredno na raspravi. Sutkinja je odlučila još jednom ga pozvati na ročište određeno sredinom svibnja.

Podsjetimo, optužnica ŽDO-a tereti Einfalt Mihovilović po šest točaka. Prvo da je zajedno sa suprugom od siječnja do prosinca 2009. godine, kao član firme "Kasteli d.o.o.", kako bi sebi pribavili veliku nepripadnu imovinsku korist, uzimala novac s računa firme iako je znala da su blokirani. Dijelom su plaćali dobavljače, no negdje oko milijun i 121 tisuću kuna su zadržali za sebe i u poslovnim knjigama firme su to evidentirali na kontu pozajmica pa su tako oštetili tvrtku.

Dalje, druga točka optužnice tereti ih da su u poslovnim knjigama neistinito prikazali jedan račun navodno izdan 2. siječnja 2008. godine firmi "Ernest Mot d.o.o." od oko 195 tisuća kuna, za isporuku robe do koje nikad nije došlo. Temeljem tog računa su, stoji u optužnici, koristili pretporez od oko 35 tisuća kuna i prikazali manju osnovicu za obračun poreza čime su državu oštetili za nešto više od 67 tisuća kuna.

Treća točka optužnice je "najizdašnija" što se tiče štete. Njome se terete da su, želeći državi uskratiti porezna davanja, u poslovnim knjigama i prijavama PDV-a prikazali manju vrijednost robe isporučene tvrtki "Similis d.o.o." i tako su za preko milijun i 242 tisuće kuna umanjili osnovicu za obračun PDV-a odnosno nisu obračunali i uplatili državi nešto manje od 286 tisuća kuna PDV-a. Tim i drugim makinacijama su, po toj točki, državu oštetili za nešto više od 489 tisuća kuna neplaćenih poreza.

Nadalje, prvookrivljena vampirica Olja koja je tada bila član uprave "Kasteli d.o.o." i njen suprug nisu u bilanci i knjigama, znajući da im je firma pred raspadom i stečajem od 20. ožujka 2009. godine, u periodu od 1. siječnja do 25. listopada 2010. godine, prikazali potraživanja od preko šest milijuna i 700 tisuća kuna prema domaćim kupcima i gotovo pet milijuna kuna prema inozemnim kupcima.

Kako bi smanjili stečajnu masu firme i šanse vjerovnicima kojima su dugovali da se naplate, oni su ta potraživanja proglasili zatvorenim. Tako su, smatra ŽDO, oštetili stečajne vjerovnike za više od 11 milijuna i 630 tisuća kuna. Optužnica navodi i da su na nepoznato mjesto namjerno sklonili knjigovodstvenu dokumentaciju tvrtke "Kasteli" za 2009. godinu i nisu je, nakon otvaranja stečajnog postupka, predali stečajnoj upraviteljici.

Nadalje, Olji se na teret stavlja i da je sa suprugom oštetila i tvrtku "Mercator-H d.o.o." za preko dva milijuna i 350 tisuća kuna jer su im lažno obećavali da će im od kolovoza 2008. do listopada 2010. godine plaćati zakup za tri poslovna prostora u Splitu, Zadru i Puli iako su znali da nemaju novca za to. Kad je firma "Mercator-H" raskinula ugovore o zakupu, oni su ih i dalje držali u zabludi obećavajući da će platiti zakupninu što nikad nisu napravili.

- Ne osjećam se krivom i ostajem pri tome da osporavam postavljeni imovinsko-pravni zahtjev - kazala je Olja Einfalt Mihovilović (58), splitska akademska slikarica i vlasnica propale firme "Skandal" kojoj se na splitskom Županijskom sudu sudi za gospodarske malverzacije u kojima su ona i njen pokojni suprug protiv kojeg je, naravno, obustavljen postupak, "isisali" navodno 17 i pol milijuna kuna.
