Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu Mile Soldo odredio je u subotu mjesec dana istražnog zatvora za roditelje dvogodišnje djevojčice koja je s teškim ozljedama primljena u novogradišku bolnicu, a trenutno se za život bori u Klinici za dječje bolesti u Zagrebu. 

Majci se stavlja na teret da je udarala dijete neprimjerenom silom zbog čega je došlo do ozljeda zbog kojih je djevojčica završila u bolnici, izjavio je nakon saslušanja sudac Soldo.

Pojasnio je kako je majci istražni zatvor određen zbog opasnosti da će ometati kazneni postupak utjecajem na svjedoke.

"Zbog toga je istražni zatvor određen i ocu, s time da je njemu određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da će ponoviti kazneno djelo jer je već osuđivan za dugo kazneno djelo", rekao je sudac Soldo novinarima.

Potvrdio je i da se majci na teret stavlja pet kaznenih djela, a ocu četiri.

"Majci je stavljeno na teret da je počinila kazneno djelo osobito teške tjelesne ozljede čija je posljedica da je dijete sada u bolnici u teškom stanju. Ocu se stavlja na teret povreda djetetovih prava, zanemarivanje i zlostavljanje u odnosu na svih četvero djece", rekao je Soldo dodajući da se u očevom slučaju to odnosi na raniji period prije ozljeđivanja dvogodišnje djevojčice.

U slučaju dvogodišnje djevojčice sumnja je da se zlostavljanje odvijalo od studenoga 2020. do 31. ožujka 2021. Za ostalo troje djece izuzetih iz zajedničkog domaćinstva sumnja se da su bila zlostavljana i duži period.

Osumnjičeni bračni par prepraćen je u istražni zatvor u Požegi.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu Mile Soldo odredio je u subotu mjesec dana istražnog zatvora za roditelje dvogodišnje djevojčice koja je s teškim ozljedama primljena u novogradišku bolnicu, a trenutno se za život bori u Klinici za dječje bolesti u Zagrebu. 

Majci se stavlja na teret da je udarala dijete neprimjerenom silom zbog čega je došlo do ozljeda zbog kojih je djevojčica završila u bolnici, izjavio je nakon saslušanja sudac Soldo.

Pojasnio je kako je majci istražni zatvor određen zbog opasnosti da će ometati kazneni postupak utjecajem na svjedoke.

"Zbog toga je istražni zatvor određen i ocu, s time da je njemu određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da će ponoviti kazneno djelo jer je već osuđivan za dugo kazneno djelo", rekao je sudac Soldo novinarima.

Potvrdio je i da se majci na teret stavlja pet kaznenih djela, a ocu četiri.

"Majci je stavljeno na teret da je počinila kazneno djelo osobito teške tjelesne ozljede čija je posljedica da je dijete sada u bolnici u teškom stanju. Ocu se stavlja na teret povreda djetetovih prava, zanemarivanje i zlostavljanje u odnosu na svih četvero djece", rekao je Soldo dodajući da se u očevom slučaju to odnosi na raniji period prije ozljeđivanja dvogodišnje djevojčice.

U slučaju dvogodišnje djevojčice sumnja je da se zlostavljanje odvijalo od studenoga 2020. do 31. ožujka 2021. Za ostalo troje djece izuzetih iz zajedničkog domaćinstva sumnja se da su bila zlostavljana i duži period.

Osumnjičeni bračni par prepraćen je u istražni zatvor u Požegi.

Sudac istrage Županijskog suda u Slavonskom Brodu Mile Soldo odredio je u subotu mjesec dana istražnog zatvora za roditelje dvogodišnje djevojčice koja je s teškim ozljedama primljena u novogradišku bolnicu, a trenutno se za život bori u Klinici za dječje bolesti u Zagrebu. 

Majci se stavlja na teret da je udarala dijete neprimjerenom silom zbog čega je došlo do ozljeda zbog kojih je djevojčica završila u bolnici, izjavio je nakon saslušanja sudac Soldo.

Pojasnio je kako je majci istražni zatvor određen zbog opasnosti da će ometati kazneni postupak utjecajem na svjedoke.

"Zbog toga je istražni zatvor određen i ocu, s time da je njemu određen istražni zatvor zbog opasnosti da će ponoviti kazneno djelo jer je već osuđivan za dugo kazneno djelo", rekao je sudac...
