Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Rijeci podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri osobe koje tereti da su oštetile osiguravajuća društva za nekoliko stotina tisuća kuna otkazujući osigurana putovanja krivotvorenim ispravama. 

Optužnica koja je podignuta na Općinskome sudu u Rijeci okrivljene hrvatske državljane tereti da su počinili 18 kaznenih djela krivotvorenja isprave, 15 kaznenih djela zloporabe osiguranja i četiri kaznena djela zloporabe osiguranja u pokušaju.

Ugovorili su putovanje u inozemstvo, a za dokaz plaćenog putovanja sastavljali lažne račune na svoje ime. Istodobno su s osiguravajućim društvima sklapali ugovore o osiguranju putovanja u inozemstvo s klauzulom osiguranja otkazivanja putovanja u slučaju bolesti.

Tereti ih se da su nakon toga sastavljali lažne liječničke potvrde o bolesti kako bi na temelju takve dokumentacije od osiguravajućih društava zatražili naknadu iz osiguranja zbog nemogućnosti odlaska na putovanja.

Prvookrivljenika se tereti da je od ožujka 2018. do svibnja 2019. podnio sedam zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja koja mu je odobrena pet puta, čime su osiguravajuća društva sa sjedištem u Rijeci oštećena za 120 tisuća kuna.

Drugookrivljenicu se tereti da je od rujna 2018. do siječnja 2020. tri puta zatražila isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, koja joj je odobrena dva puta, čime je osiguravajućim društvima prouzročila štetu od 46.000 kuna.

Trećeokrivljenika se tereti da je od rujna 2018. do rujna 2020. podnio dva zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja koja su mu odobrena te je osiguravajuća društva oštetio za 50.000 kuna.

Četvrtookrivljenicu se tereti da je od prosinca 2019. do siječnja 2020. podnijela tri zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, što joj je dva puta odobreno, a osiguravajućim društvima je prouzročila oko 60.000 kuna štete.

Optužnicom se prvookrivljeniku i četvrtookrivljenici stavlja na teret i da su zajedno i u dogovoru od svibnja do prosinca 2019. podnijeli četiri zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, čime su oštetili osiguravajuća društva za više od 100 tisuća kuna.

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Rijeci podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri osobe koje tereti da su oštetile osiguravajuća društva za nekoliko stotina tisuća kuna otkazujući osigurana putovanja krivotvorenim ispravama. 

Optužnica koja je podignuta na Općinskome sudu u Rijeci okrivljene hrvatske državljane tereti da su počinili 18 kaznenih djela krivotvorenja isprave, 15 kaznenih djela zloporabe osiguranja i četiri kaznena djela zloporabe osiguranja u pokušaju.

Ugovorili su putovanje u inozemstvo, a za dokaz plaćenog putovanja sastavljali lažne račune na svoje ime. Istodobno su s osiguravajućim društvima sklapali ugovore o osiguranju putovanja u inozemstvo s klauzulom osiguranja otkazivanja putovanja u slučaju bolesti.

Tereti ih se da su nakon toga sastavljali lažne liječničke potvrde o bolesti kako bi na temelju takve dokumentacije od osiguravajućih društava zatražili naknadu iz osiguranja zbog nemogućnosti odlaska na putovanja.

Prvookrivljenika se tereti da je od ožujka 2018. do svibnja 2019. podnio sedam zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja koja mu je odobrena pet puta, čime su osiguravajuća društva sa sjedištem u Rijeci oštećena za 120 tisuća kuna.

Drugookrivljenicu se tereti da je od rujna 2018. do siječnja 2020. tri puta zatražila isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, koja joj je odobrena dva puta, čime je osiguravajućim društvima prouzročila štetu od 46.000 kuna.

Trećeokrivljenika se tereti da je od rujna 2018. do rujna 2020. podnio dva zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja koja su mu odobrena te je osiguravajuća društva oštetio za 50.000 kuna.

Četvrtookrivljenicu se tereti da je od prosinca 2019. do siječnja 2020. podnijela tri zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, što joj je dva puta odobreno, a osiguravajućim društvima je prouzročila oko 60.000 kuna štete.

Optužnicom se prvookrivljeniku i četvrtookrivljenici stavlja na teret i da su zajedno i u dogovoru od svibnja do prosinca 2019. podnijeli četiri zahtjeva za isplatu naknade iz osiguranja, čime su oštetili osiguravajuća društva za više od 100 tisuća kuna.

Prevarili osiguranje za više stotina tisuća kuna: u Rijeci podignuta optužnica protiv četiri osobe zbog otkazivanja putovanja krivotvorenim ispravama

Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Rijeci podiglo je optužnicu protiv četiri osobe koje tereti da su oštetile osiguravajuća društva za nekoliko stotina tisuća kuna otkazujući osigurana putovanja krivotvorenim ispravama. 

Optužnica koja je podignuta na Općinskome sudu u Rijeci okrivljene hrvatske državljane tereti da su počinili 18 kaznenih djela krivotvorenja isprave, 15 kaznenih djela zloporabe osiguranja i četiri kaznena djela zloporabe osiguranja u pokušaju.

Ugovorili su putovanje u inozemstvo, a za dokaz plaćenog putovanja sastavljali lažne račune na svoje ime. Istodobno su s osiguravajućim društvima sklapali ugovore o osiguranju putovanja u inozemstvo s klauzulom osiguranja otkazivanja putovanja u slučaju bolesti.
