Zbog pranja novca u ukupnom iznosu od 9 milijuna kuna pritvorskom nadzorniku priveden je J. Č. (40), vlasnik tvrtke "Gold car" d.o.o. iz Solina te će se nakon ispitivanja na Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu iz Splita odlučiti o istražnom zatvoru.

Protiv njega su podnijeli prijavu inspektori Službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske nakon istraživanje temeljem naloga splitskog tužiteljstva. Osumnjičeni poduzetnik je inače radio kao porezni inspektor.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 40-godišnjak, s ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitog podrijetla protupravne imovinske koristi u ukupnom iznosu od 9 milijuna kuna, tijekom 2017. godine u poslovnim knjigama društva "Gold car" d.o.o., u kojem je jedini osnivač i odgovorna osoba, prikazao je kao uplatu vlastitih pozajmica prema društvu. U vrijeme evidentiranja tih pozajmica nije imao novčanih sredstava jer su mu svi računi trajno blokirani od svibnja 2012. godine.

Milijune je stekao počinjenjem većeg broja kaznenih djela među kojima zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i utaja poreza ili carine, navodi kaznena prijava. Novčana sredstva kojima je raspolagao isključivo su pribavljena navedenim protupravnim postupanjem, tvrdi policija.

Nakon uplate tih pozajmica na račun društva, tijekom 2017. i 2018. godine to isto društvo mu je s osnove povrata pozajmica isplatilo ukupan novčani iznos od 3.136.974,73 kuna.

Na ovaj način prikrio je da je navedeni novčani iznos prethodno uprihodio počinjenjem većeg broja kaznenih djela, te je istim novčanim iznosom dalje raspolagao kao da je stečen na zakonit način. U postupanju spomenutoga utvrđena su obilježja kaznenog djela pranje novca te u utorak uhićen i predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Posebno izvješće zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela Pranje novca dostavljeno je nadležnom ŽDO Split, stoji u dnevnoj informaciji policije.

Zbog pranja novca u ukupnom iznosu od 9 milijuna kuna pritvorskom nadzorniku priveden je J. Č. (40), vlasnik tvrtke "Gold car" d.o.o. iz Solina te će se nakon ispitivanja na Županijskom državnom odvjetništvu iz Splita odlučiti o istražnom zatvoru.

Protiv njega su podnijeli prijavu inspektori Službe gospodarskog kriminaliteta i korupcije PU splitsko-dalmatinske nakon istraživanje temeljem naloga splitskog tužiteljstva. Osumnjičeni poduzetnik je inače radio kao porezni inspektor.

Utvrđeno je postojanje osnovane sumnje da je 40-godišnjak, s ciljem prikrivanja nezakonitog podrijetla protupravne imovinske koristi u ukupnom iznosu od 9 milijuna kuna, tijekom 2017. godine u poslovnim knjigama društva "Gold car" d.o.o., u kojem je jedini osnivač i odgovorna osoba, prikazao je kao uplatu vlastitih pozajmica prema društvu. U vrijeme evidentiranja tih pozajmica nije imao novčanih sredstava jer su mu svi računi trajno blokirani od svibnja 2012. godine.

Milijune je stekao počinjenjem većeg broja kaznenih djela među kojima zlouporaba povjerenja u gospodarskom poslovanju i utaja poreza ili carine, navodi kaznena prijava. Novčana sredstva kojima je raspolagao isključivo su pribavljena navedenim protupravnim postupanjem, tvrdi policija.

Nakon uplate tih pozajmica na račun društva, tijekom 2017. i 2018. godine to isto društvo mu je s osnove povrata pozajmica isplatilo ukupan novčani iznos od 3.136.974,73 kuna.

Na ovaj način prikrio je da je navedeni novčani iznos prethodno uprihodio počinjenjem većeg broja kaznenih djela, te je istim novčanim iznosom dalje raspolagao kao da je stečen na zakonit način. U postupanju spomenutoga utvrđena su obilježja kaznenog djela pranje novca te u utorak uhićen i predan pritvorskom nadzorniku.

Posebno izvješće zbog postojanja osnovane sumnje u počinjenje kaznenog djela Pranje novca dostavljeno je nadležnom ŽDO Split, stoji u dnevnoj informaciji policije.
