Darko Krušlin, sudac Županijskog suda u Osijeku kojeg je Zdravko Mamić optužio da mu je davao mito da ga ovaj ne bi osudio za izvlačenje 116 milijuna kuna iz Dinama, što se na kraju nije dogodilo jer ga je sudsko vijeće kojim je Krušlin predsjedao osudilo, angažirao je odvjetnika Ljubu Pavasovića Viskovića. On će ga zastupati u kaznenoj prijavi koju je protiv Mamića podnio za lažno prijavljivanje kaznenog djela kao i u stegovnom postupku koji je protiv Krušlina predložio predsjednik osječkog suda Zvonko Vrban, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Pavasović nam je rekao da je ovo "vrlo pomno osmišljena manipulacija kojom Zdravko Mamić, koji ništa u životu ne radi nepromišljeno, pokušava postići dvije stvari".
Šalje poruku
- Prva je stvoriti sebi poziciju za ustavnu tužbu kojom bi dokazivao da mu nije zakonito i od nepristranog suda suđeno u Osijeku, a s druge strane na primjeru ovoga što se sada događa s Krušlinom šalje poruku ljudima koji će u budućnosti rješavati u njegovim predmetima što im se sve može dogoditi ne donesu li odluke koje on očekuje. Podsjetimo, sudac Krušlin ga je osudio na 6,5 godina zatvora, što je vrlo stroga presuda, a VSRH je tu presudu potvrdio i našao da je Krušlin obavio dobar posao. To je jedan od rijetkih primjera da je u tako visokoprofilnom slučaju hrvatsko pravosuđe donijelo relativno brzu i strogu presudu. Dakle, Mamić manipulira i na temelju nekih nevažnih događaja stvara konstrukciju kojom će Krušlina uništiti i ljudski i profesionalno što smatram nedopustivim, a i jako lošom porukom koja glasi: 'Osudi me, uništit ću ti život' - rekao je Pavasović za Jutarnji.hr, dodavši i sljedeće.
- Podsjetio bih i da je Mamić netom prije prvostupanjske presude mahao krivotvorinama i pokušao cijeli državni vrh uvući u navodnu urotu kojom bi ga se prikazalo kao žrtvu. Ne zaboravimo, radi se o jedinoj osobi u hrvatskoj povijesti zbog koje je glavni državni odvjetnik Dinko Cvitan morao živjeti pod policijskom zaštitom, pa i to govori o njegovu kredibilitetu. Budimo oprezni kod ocjene njegove vjerodostojnosti, jer se lako može dogoditi da se, ako se svemu što govori povjeruje, Zdravko Mamić izvuče od svih optužbi i vrlo brzo vrati u RH - kaže Pavasović, koji ističe i da je "izvan svake logike da sudac osudi na zatvorsku kaznu nekoga od koga je uzeo mito".
Za stegovni postupak je rekao da ga je "pokrenuo sudac kojeg je Mamić također prozvao da je korumpiran i mislim da bi bilo mudro zastati sa svime dok USKOK ne završi izvide da se vidi što se dogodilo, a što nije".
Neprikladno
- Taj mi se postupak čini ishitren i prebrz - rekao je Pavasović, dodavši i da je fotografija na kojoj je Krušlin u Dinamovom plavom salonu "nastala značajno nakon što je Mamić prvostupanjski presuđen". Pitali smo ga je li Krušlinu čak i tada bilo mudro ići u Dinamov plavi salon, jer se moglo dogoditi da mu VSRH taj predmet vrati na ponovno suđenje.
- Kada govorimo o tome, razlikujmo neprikladno od zabranjenog. Neću tvrditi da su određene stvari koje su se dogodile prikladne, međutim, činjenica je da u trenutku kada se ta fotografija snima on nije raspravni sudac ni u jednom Mamićevom predmetu - rekao je Pavasović

Darko Krušlin, sudac Županijskog suda u Osijeku kojeg je Zdravko Mamić optužio da mu je davao mito da ga ovaj ne bi osudio za izvlačenje 116 milijuna kuna iz Dinama, što se na kraju nije dogodilo jer ga je sudsko vijeće kojim je Krušlin predsjedao osudilo, angažirao je odvjetnika Ljubu Pavasovića Viskovića. On će ga zastupati u kaznenoj prijavi koju je protiv Mamića podnio za lažno prijavljivanje kaznenog djela kao i u stegovnom postupku koji je protiv Krušlina predložio predsjednik osječkog suda Zvonko Vrban, piše Jutarnji.hr.
Pavasović nam je rekao da je ovo "vrlo pomno osmišljena manipulacija kojom Zdravko Mamić, koji ništa u životu ne radi nepromišljeno, pokušava postići dvije stvari".

- Prva je stvoriti sebi poziciju za ustavnu tužbu kojom bi dokazivao da mu nije zakonito i od nepristranog suda suđeno u Osijeku, a s druge strane na primjeru ovoga što se sada događa s Krušlinom šalje poruku ljudima koji će u budućnosti rješavati u njegovim predmetima što im se sve može dogoditi ne donesu li odluke koje on očekuje. Podsjetimo, sudac Krušlin ga je osudio na 6,5 godina zatvora, što je vrlo stroga presuda, a VSRH je tu presudu potvrdio i našao da je Krušlin obavio dobar posao. To je jedan od rijetkih primjera da je u tako visokoprofilnom slučaju hrvatsko pravosuđe donijelo relativno brzu i strogu presudu. Dakle, Mamić manipulira i na temelju nekih nevažnih događaja stvara konstrukciju kojom će Krušlina uništiti i ljudski i profesionalno što smatram nedopustivim, a i jako lošom porukom koja glasi: 'Osudi me, uništit ću ti život' - rekao je Pavasović za Jutarnji.hr, dodavši i sljedeće.
- Podsjetio bih i da je Mamić netom prije prvostupanjske presude mahao krivotvorinama i pokušao cijeli državni vrh uvući u navodnu urotu kojom bi ga se prikazalo kao žrtvu. Ne zaboravimo, radi se o jedinoj osobi u hrvatskoj povijesti zbog koje je glavni državni odvjetnik Dinko Cvitan morao živjeti pod policijskom zaštitom, pa i to govori o njegovu kredibilitetu. Budimo oprezni kod ocjene njegove vjerodostojnosti, jer se lako može dogoditi da se, ako se svemu što govori povjeruje, Zdravko Mamić izvuče od svih optužbi i vrlo brzo vrati u RH - kaže Pavasović, koji ističe i da je "izvan svake logike da sudac osudi na zatvorsku kaznu nekoga od koga je uzeo mito".
Za stegovni postupak je rekao da ga je "pokrenuo sudac kojeg je Mamić također prozvao da je korumpiran i mislim da bi bilo mudro zastati sa svime dok USKOK ne završi izvide da se vidi što se dogodilo, a što nije".
Neprikladno
- Taj mi se postupak čini ishitren i prebrz - rekao je Pavasović, dodavši i da je fotografija na kojoj je Krušlin u Dinamovom plavom salonu "nastala značajno nakon što je Mamić prvostupanjski presuđen". Pitali smo ga je li Krušlinu čak i tada bilo mudro ići u Dinamov plavi salon, jer se moglo dogoditi da mu VSRH taj predmet vrati na ponovno suđenje.
- Kada govorimo o tome, razlikujmo neprikladno od zabranjenog. Neću tvrditi da su određene stvari koje su se dogodile prikladne, međutim, činjenica je da u trenutku kada se ta fotografija snima on nije raspravni sudac ni u jednom Mamićevom predmetu - rekao je Pavasović
