Po prvi put u Hrvatskoj slučaj seksualnog mobinga i zlostavljanja na radnom mjestu dobio je sudski epilog: Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru podiglo je optužni prijedlog protiv šefa i domara zadarskog centra «Interspar» zbog mobinga nad dvije djelatnice tog trgovačkog lanca.
- Predmet je prosljeđen sudu, sada čekamo zakazivanje glavne rasprave- potvrdila nam je glasnogovornica zadarskog ODO-a Marijana Stipić.
Kako hrvatski zakon još uvijek nema kazneno djelo mobinga, šef zadarskog Interspara, 45-godišnji Aleksandar Knežević, optužen je zbog povrede prava na rad i drugih prava iz rada na štetu 31-godišnje trgovkinje koja ga je više puta prijavljivala zbog mobinga i maltretiranja na radnom mjestu. Za ovo kazneno djelo predviđena je novčana kazna ili zatvor do jedne godine.
Domar u istom centru, 43-godišnji Šime Strika optužen je zbog bludnih radnji nad 39-godišnjom radnicom koja je pred kraj radnog vremena s leđa napadnuta u skladištu, kad ju je zlostavljač zgrabio za grudi.
Iako su dvije radnice na zlostavljanje u Intersparu upozoravale još od početka godine, prvo preko sindikata, a potom i uprave «Spara» usmeno i pismeno tražeći samo da ih se na radnom mjestu zaštiti od zlostavljača, poslodavac je reagirao tek pismenom opomenom prema domaru, dok šef Knežević nije niti upozoren.
Štoviše, uprava je ignorirala činjenicu da Knežević već od ranije ima opomenu jer su ga zbog verbalnog zlostavljanja krajem 2005. također prijavile dvije djelatnice Interspara. Kako nitko nije reagirao, a zlostavljanje se nastavljalo, dvije djelatnice slučaj su iznijele u medije što je pokrenulo pravu lančanu reakciju.
Temeljem njihovog svjedočenja u emisiji «Provjereno», državno odvjetništvo po službenoj dužnosti pokreće istragu i slučaj predaje policiji, a PU Zadarska u travnju podiže i kaznene prijave protiv dvojca iz «Interspara».
Najveći paradoks u cijelom slučaju je da, unatoč kaznenim prijava, a sada i optužnici, Knežević i Strika još uvijek normalno rade u "Intersparu".
Žrtve mobinga, dvije djelatnice, već su mjesecima na bolovanju jer, kažu, ne žele raditi u blizini svojih zlostavljača. Situacije im je dodatno otežana jer im, kako kažu, tvrtka «Spar» zlostavljanje i psihičke probleme, zbog kojih su otišle na bolovanje, ne priznaje kao ozljedu na radu.

Po prvi put u Hrvatskoj slučaj seksualnog mobinga i zlostavljanja na radnom mjestu dobio je sudski epilog: Općinsko državno odvjetništvo u Zadru podiglo je optužni prijedlog protiv šefa i domara zadarskog centra «Interspar» zbog mobinga nad dvije djelatnice tog trgovačkog lanca.
- Predmet je prosljeđen sudu, sada čekamo zakazivanje glavne rasprave- potvrdila nam je glasnogovornica zadarskog ODO-a Marijana Stipić.
Kako hrvatski zakon još uvijek nema kazneno djelo mobinga, šef zadarskog Interspara, 45-godišnji Aleksandar Knežević, optužen je zbog povrede prava na rad i drugih prava iz rada na štetu 31-godišnje trgovkinje koja ga je više puta prijavljivala zbog mobinga i maltretiranja na radnom mjestu. Za ovo kazneno djelo predviđena je novčana kazna ili zatvor do jedne godine.
Domar u istom centru, 43-godišnji Šime Strika optužen je zbog bludnih radnji nad 39-godišnjom radnicom koja je pred kraj radnog vremena s leđa napadnuta u skladištu, kad ju je zlostavljač zgrabio za grudi.
Iako su dvije radnice na zlostavljanje u Intersparu upozoravale još od početka godine, prvo preko sindikata, a potom i uprave «Spara» usmeno i pismeno tražeći samo da ih se na radnom mjestu zaštiti od zlostavljača, poslodavac je reagirao tek pismenom opomenom prema domaru, dok šef Knežević nije niti upozoren.
Štoviše, uprava je ignorirala činjenicu da Knežević već od ranije ima opomenu jer su ga zbog verbalnog zlostavljanja krajem 2005. također prijavile dvije djelatnice Interspara. Kako nitko nije reagirao, a zlostavljanje se nastavljalo, dvije djelatnice slučaj su iznijele u medije što je pokrenulo pravu lančanu reakciju.
Temeljem njihovog svjedočenja u emisiji «Provjereno», državno odvjetništvo po službenoj dužnosti pokreće istragu i slučaj predaje policiji, a PU Zadarska u travnju podiže i kaznene prijave protiv dvojca iz «Interspara».
Najveći paradoks u cijelom slučaju je da, unatoč kaznenim prijava, a sada i optužnici, Knežević i Strika još uvijek normalno rade u "Intersparu".
Žrtve mobinga, dvije djelatnice, već su mjesecima na bolovanju jer, kažu, ne žele raditi u blizini svojih zlostavljača. Situacije im je dodatno otežana jer im, kako kažu, tvrtka «Spar» zlostavljanje i psihičke probleme, zbog kojih su otišle na bolovanje, ne priznaje kao ozljedu na radu.
