U Dugom Ratu istočno od Splita u utorak je, prilikom liječničke intervencije, napadnut i lakše ozlijeđen zdravstveni djelatnik Hitne medicinske pomoći, a iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo apelirali su na državne institucije da se takvi napadi konačno zaustave i sankcioniraju.

"Jutros oko 8,40 sati primili smo dojavu da  je prilikom  liječničke intervencije u Dugom Ratu jedan od članova Hitne medicinske pomoći lakše ozlijeđen", rekao je za Hinu Jerko Kurevija, policijski službenik za odnose s javnošću u splitsko-dalmatinskoj Policijskoj upravi.

Objasnio je kako je pri dolasku na liječničku intervenciju, na koju su bili pozvani, medicinsko osoblje Hitne pomoći najprije verbalno napala jedna osoba i potom bacala kamenje u smjeru članova Hitne pomoći.

"Pritom je jedan član Hitne pomoći zadobio lakšu ozljedu", rekao je Kurevija i dodao kako je u tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje o tom događaju.

Hrvatska udruga za medicinsko pravo izvijestila je da je u mjestu Krilo Jesenice suprug pacijentice kamenjem zasuo vozilo hitne pomoći i da su zdravstveni radnici hitne pritom zadobili vidne tjelesne ozljede.

Iz udruge su uputili oštri apel svim državnim institucijama, ponajprije nadležnim državnim tijelima da se konačno zaustave i spriječe te sankcioniraju "sada već svakodnevni i nebrojeni napadi na zdravstvene radnike".

Zakon izmijenjen, a napada na zdravstvene djelatnike ima više nego ikada

Podsjetili su da je stupanjem na snagu izmjena i dopuna Kaznenog zakona, s kojim je prije više od od godinu i pol dana definirano novo kazneno djelo - prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku - pokušalo pravno zakonodavnim putem djelovati da se smanje i spriječe napadi na zdravstvene radnike.

Statistika, ističu, ne ide tome u prilog jer je napada više nego ikada do sada.

"Susrećemo se sa situacijama da se dogode napadi na zdravstvene radnike, a da represivna tijela ne reagiraju ili reagiraju i dalje na način da zdravstveni radnici sami moraju pokretati kaznene progone protiv napadača ili ako se već podnese određena prijava protiv počinitelja, ista bude odbačena ili neprocesuirana", upozorili su.

Takvim primjerom, ocijenili su, državna tijela ne ulijevaju nikakvu sigurnost i povjerenje u rad državnih institucija.

Kao problem su istaknuli i izostajanje potrebne edukacije svih čimbenika da je nasilje nad zdravstvenim radnicima neprihvatljivo, kao i promptno i oštro sankcioniranje takvih situacija od strane države.

"Strah kod zdravstvenog radnika te bojazan od novih napada, a da se s druge strane nema prevelike nade i povjerenja u državne institucije, dovodi do toga da zdravstveni radnici neće moći  pružati zdravstvenu skrb na način kako bi to zaista mogli činiti da su sigurni u svom radnom okruženju", poručili su iz Hrvatsek udruge za medicinsko pravo.

Izrazili su uvjerenje da će u ovom slučaju "institucije ipak odraditi svoj posao" što prije te sankcionirati ovakav nasilni čin.

"Ujedno smatramo da će ovakav i slični slučajevi potaknuti resorno ministarstvo na nužne promjene u zdravstvenom sustavu koje su potrebne na svim razinama zdravstvene zaštite", stoji u priopćenju HUMP-a.

U Dugom Ratu istočno od Splita u utorak je, prilikom liječničke intervencije, napadnut i lakše ozlijeđen zdravstveni djelatnik Hitne medicinske pomoći, a iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo apelirali su na državne institucije da se takvi napadi konačno zaustave i sankcioniraju.

"Jutros oko 8,40 sati primili smo dojavu da  je prilikom  liječničke intervencije u Dugom Ratu jedan od članova Hitne medicinske pomoći lakše ozlijeđen", rekao je za Hinu Jerko Kurevija, policijski službenik za odnose s javnošću u splitsko-dalmatinskoj Policijskoj upravi.

Objasnio je kako je pri dolasku na liječničku intervenciju, na koju su bili pozvani, medicinsko osoblje Hitne pomoći najprije verbalno napala jedna osoba i potom bacala kamenje u smjeru članova Hitne pomoći.

"Pritom je jedan član Hitne pomoći zadobio lakšu ozljedu", rekao je Kurevija i dodao kako je u tijeku kriminalističko istraživanje o tom događaju.

Hrvatska udruga za medicinsko pravo izvijestila je da je u mjestu Krilo Jesenice suprug pacijentice kamenjem zasuo vozilo hitne pomoći i da su zdravstveni radnici hitne pritom zadobili vidne tjelesne ozljede.

Iz udruge su uputili oštri apel svim državnim institucijama, ponajprije nadležnim državnim tijelima da se konačno zaustave i spriječe te sankcioniraju "sada već svakodnevni i nebrojeni napadi na zdravstvene radnike".

Zakon izmijenjen, a napada na zdravstvene djelatnike ima više nego ikada

Podsjetili su da je stupanjem na snagu izmjena i dopuna Kaznenog zakona, s kojim je prije više od od godinu i pol dana definirano novo kazneno djelo - prisila prema zdravstvenom radniku - pokušalo pravno zakonodavnim putem djelovati da se smanje i spriječe napadi na zdravstvene radnike.

Statistika, ističu, ne ide tome u prilog jer je napada više nego ikada do sada.

"Susrećemo se sa situacijama da se dogode napadi na zdravstvene radnike, a da represivna tijela ne reagiraju ili reagiraju i dalje na način da zdravstveni radnici sami moraju pokretati kaznene progone protiv napadača ili ako se već podnese određena prijava protiv počinitelja, ista bude odbačena ili neprocesuirana", upozorili su.

Takvim primjerom, ocijenili su, državna tijela ne ulijevaju nikakvu sigurnost i povjerenje u rad državnih institucija.

Kao problem su istaknuli i izostajanje potrebne edukacije svih čimbenika da je nasilje nad zdravstvenim radnicima neprihvatljivo, kao i promptno i oštro sankcioniranje takvih situacija od strane države.

"Strah kod zdravstvenog radnika te bojazan od novih napada, a da se s druge strane nema prevelike nade i povjerenja u državne institucije, dovodi do toga da zdravstveni radnici neće moći  pružati zdravstvenu skrb na način kako bi to zaista mogli činiti da su sigurni u svom radnom okruženju", poručili su iz Hrvatsek udruge za medicinsko pravo.

Izrazili su uvjerenje da će u ovom slučaju "institucije ipak odraditi svoj posao" što prije te sankcionirati ovakav nasilni čin.

"Ujedno smatramo da će ovakav i slični slučajevi potaknuti resorno ministarstvo na nužne promjene u zdravstvenom sustavu koje su potrebne na svim razinama zdravstvene zaštite", stoji u priopćenju HUMP-a.

U Dugom Ratu istočno od Splita u utorak je, prilikom liječničke intervencije, napadnut i lakše ozlijeđen zdravstveni djelatnik Hitne medicinske pomoći, a iz Hrvatske udruge za medicinsko pravo apelirali su na državne institucije da se takvi napadi konačno zaustave i sankcioniraju.

"Jutros oko 8,40 sati primili smo dojavu da  je prilikom  liječničke intervencije u Dugom Ratu jedan od članova Hitne medicinske pomoći lakše ozlijeđen", rekao je za Hinu Jerko Kurevija, policijski službenik za odnose s javnošću u splitsko-dalmatinskoj Policijskoj upravi.

Objasnio je kako je pri dolasku na liječničku intervenciju, na koju su bili pozvani, medicinsko osoblje Hitne pomoći najprije verbalno napala jedna osoba i potom bacala kamenje u smjeru članova Hitne...
