Pliva je danas objavila poziv na izvanrednu Glavnu skupštinu dioničara za 6. travnja ove godine na kojoj po predloženom dnevnom redu trebaju biti izabrani novi članovi Nadzornog odbora (NO).

Izmjene sastava NO-a povezane su s promjenom većinskog vlasnika pa tako iz NO-a odlaze predstavnici Barra, a dolaze članovi koji će zastupati interese novog Plivinog vlasnika, izraelske tvrtke Teva.

Prema izmjenama Statuta koje se predlažu, broj članova NO-a se sa pet smanjuje na tri.

Glavnoj skupštini predlaže se donošenje odluke o prihvaćanju ostavki koje su Upravi Plive podnijeli dosadašnji članovi NO-a Frederick Jay Killion, George Frederick Wilkinson, George Peter Stephan, Jack Kay i Martin Zeiger.

NO također predlaže da se s obzirom na mogućnost da sve ili pojedine ostavke sadrže određene formalnopravne nedostatke, opreza radi na skupštini opozovu svi dosadašnji članovi NO-a.

Za članove novog NO-a predlažu se Chaim Hurvitz, Gertjan Noordermeer i Hans de Heus.

Za predsjednika Glavne skupštine Uprava i NO predlažu Darka Majera.

Pliva je danas objavila poziv na izvanrednu Glavnu skupštinu dioničara za 6. travnja ove godine na kojoj po predloženom dnevnom redu trebaju biti izabrani novi članovi Nadzornog odbora (NO).

Izmjene sastava NO-a povezane su s promjenom većinskog vlasnika pa tako iz NO-a odlaze predstavnici Barra, a dolaze članovi koji će zastupati interese novog Plivinog vlasnika, izraelske tvrtke Teva.

Prema izmjenama Statuta koje se predlažu, broj članova NO-a se sa pet smanjuje na tri.

Glavnoj skupštini predlaže se donošenje odluke o prihvaćanju ostavki koje su Upravi Plive podnijeli dosadašnji članovi NO-a Frederick Jay Killion, George Frederick Wilkinson, George Peter Stephan, Jack Kay i Martin Zeiger.

NO također predlaže da se s obzirom na mogućnost da sve ili pojedine ostavke sadrže određene formalnopravne nedostatke, opreza radi na skupštini opozovu svi dosadašnji članovi NO-a.

Za članove novog NO-a predlažu se Chaim Hurvitz, Gertjan Noordermeer i Hans de Heus.

Za predsjednika Glavne skupštine Uprava i NO predlažu Darka Majera.
