Odnos snaga na tržištu rada posljednjih nekoliko godina potpuno se promijenio, kaže Antonija Tolić s portala “Moj posao”.
Tradicijski obrti, primjerice bravarija ili lončarstvo, više nikome nisu gospodarski privlačni. Razvojem tehnologije i informatičkog društva interesi se usmjeravaju u novom pravcu, pri čemu tehnologija sve više zamjenjuje ljudski rad na kojem se zasnivala većina tradicijskih obrta.
- Pojavila su se nova zanimanja – turistički komunikolog ili ekspert za međunarodni turizam. Od neobičnih svakako bih spomenula stručnjaka za životinje, ali ne veterinara, već osobu koja radi u trgovini kućnim ljubimcima, lovca na munje koji ih fotografira ili djelatnika na dječjem vrtuljku - kaže Tolić.
Kad govorimo o najbolje plaćenim radnim mjestima, s druge strane, kaže Tolić, zasigurno vode direktori za ljudske resurse, slijede ih direktori financija, marketinga i izvršni direktori.
Informatičarske plaće
Za razliku od lani, kada su najbolje plaćeni bili inženjeri informatike, ove godine prednjače inženjeri strojarstva i elektrotehnike, čije su plaće 23 posto veće od prosječne. Slijede informatičari s plaćama oko 20 posto iznad prosjeka.
Trenutačno su najniže plaćena zanimanja iz područja osobnih usluga, i to 43 posto ispod prosjeka te radnici u industriji sa 30,9 posto manjim plaćama - dodaje Tolić.
Što se tiče Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, posao se, osobito pred sezonu, zaista može pronaći, kaže Renato Jerončić, analitičar tržišta rada iz splitske podružnice Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje.
Trenutačno je na burzi čak 10.980 osoba koje na posao čekaju više od tri godine. Polovica od oko 310 tisuća radno sposobnog stanovništva radi, a s druge strane uvozi se radna snaga, posebice u turizmu.
- Na Zavodu je 30 tisuća ljudi, neka je oko 20 tisuća srednjoškolaca i studenata i oko 30 tisuća mlađih umirovljenika, pa se postavlja pitanje gdje je ostalih 80 tisuća ljudi – tvrdi Jerončić.
Prema njegovu mišljenju, ti ljudi vjerojatno rade na crno, možda su obeshrabreni jer znaju da posao neće naći, neki od njih žive na teret roditelja, a drugi imaju problema s ovisnošću. Ta kategorija neaktivne radno sposobne populacije ukazuje na nerazvijenost našega gospodarstva, što je najveći problem - smatra Jerončić.
Pedikura za krave
Spominjući neobična zanimanja, Antonija Tolić kaže kako su nedavno na portalu bili oglasili ponudu jednog Bjelovarca koji se zainteresiranim poslodavcima nudio za rezanje kravljih papaka.

Odnos snaga na tržištu rada posljednjih nekoliko godina potpuno se promijenio, kaže Antonija Tolić s portala “Moj posao”.
Tradicijski obrti, primjerice bravarija ili lončarstvo, više nikome nisu gospodarski privlačni. Razvojem tehnologije i informatičkog društva interesi se usmjeravaju u novom pravcu, pri čemu tehnologija sve više zamjenjuje ljudski rad na kojem se zasnivala većina tradicijskih obrta.
- Pojavila su se nova zanimanja – turistički komunikolog ili ekspert za međunarodni turizam. Od neobičnih svakako bih spomenula stručnjaka za životinje, ali ne veterinara, već osobu koja radi u trgovini kućnim ljubimcima, lovca na munje koji ih fotografira ili djelatnika na dječjem vrtuljku - kaže Tolić.
Kad govorimo o najbolje plaćenim radnim mjestima, s druge strane, kaže Tolić, zasigurno vode direktori za ljudske resurse, slijede ih direktori financija, marketinga i izvršni direktori.
Informatičarske plaće
Za razliku od lani, kada su najbolje plaćeni bili inženjeri informatike, ove godine prednjače inženjeri strojarstva i elektrotehnike, čije su plaće 23 posto veće od prosječne. Slijede informatičari s plaćama oko 20 posto iznad prosjeka.
Trenutačno su najniže plaćena zanimanja iz područja osobnih usluga, i to 43 posto ispod prosjeka te radnici u industriji sa 30,9 posto manjim plaćama - dodaje Tolić.
Što se tiče Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, posao se, osobito pred sezonu, zaista može pronaći, kaže Renato Jerončić, analitičar tržišta rada iz splitske podružnice Hrvatskog zavoda za zapošljavanje.
Trenutačno je na burzi čak 10.980 osoba koje na posao čekaju više od tri godine. Polovica od oko 310 tisuća radno sposobnog stanovništva radi, a s druge strane uvozi se radna snaga, posebice u turizmu.
- Na Zavodu je 30 tisuća ljudi, neka je oko 20 tisuća srednjoškolaca i studenata i oko 30 tisuća mlađih umirovljenika, pa se postavlja pitanje gdje je ostalih 80 tisuća ljudi – tvrdi Jerončić.
Prema njegovu mišljenju, ti ljudi vjerojatno rade na crno, možda su obeshrabreni jer znaju da posao neće naći, neki od njih žive na teret roditelja, a drugi imaju problema s ovisnošću. Ta kategorija neaktivne radno sposobne populacije ukazuje na nerazvijenost našega gospodarstva, što je najveći problem - smatra Jerončić.
Pedikura za krave
Spominjući neobična zanimanja, Antonija Tolić kaže kako su nedavno na portalu bili oglasili ponudu jednog Bjelovarca koji se zainteresiranim poslodavcima nudio za rezanje kravljih papaka.
