Talijanske banke mogle bi se u 2021. i 2022. godini suočiti s oko devet milijardi eura gubitaka po zajmovima zbog ekonomske štete koju je prouzročila pandemija koronavirusa, izračunala je talijanska središnja banka.

Iako je udio nenaplativih korporativnih zajmova još uvijek vrlo nizak i iznosi 1,5 posto, središnja banka upozorila je na prijetnju koju predstavlja sve veći udio zajmova koje klijenti još vraćaju, ali su prema međunarodnim računovodstvenim standardima označeni su kao „faza 2“.

Njihov je udio u drugoj polovini prošle godine porastao 11 posto i sada čini 10,7 posto ukupnih zajmova, a banke moraju za njih stavljati na stranu novac kako bi se pripremile za eventualne gubitke.

Banke su u kategoriju 'faze 2' uvrstile i gotovo trećinu zajmova pod moratorijem, nakon poziva regulatora da se pripreme na mogućnost da zajmoprimci možda neće moći nastaviti vraćati kredite kad završi razdoblje poticaja.

Krajem 2020. u Italiji je zamrznula otplata 147 milijardi eura kredita, što čini 9,1 posto kredita kod većih banaka. U eurozoni prosjek iznosi 2,6 posto.

Veći udio zajmova pod moratorijem, u brojnim slučajevima odobrenim sektorima najteže pogođenima pandemijom, podrazumijeva da velike talijanske banke imaju više zajmova klasificiranih kao faza 2 nego ostale banke u eurozoni.

Talijanski zajmodavci prošle su godine povećali rezervacije za nenaplative kredite za trećinu, što je pogodilo njihovu profitabilnost. Prosječni povrat na ulaganja u bankovnom sektoru pao je u prosincu 2020. na 1,9 posto, s pet posto u godini ranije kada se isključe jednokratne stavke.

Potaknute poreznim poticajima, talijanske su banke u drugoj polovini 2020. smanjile neplative zajmove u svojim bilancama za četvrtinu, na 103,6 milijardi eura ili 4,4 posto ukupnih zajmova, sa 6,1 posto krajem lipnja.

To je ispod referentnog praga od pet posto koji su postavile europske vlasti i manje je za trećinu u usporedbi s najvišom razinom u razdoblju nakon svjetske financijske krize 2008/2009. godine i dužničke krize eurozone.

Banke su prošle godine prodale 33 milijarde eura problematičnih zajmova, priopćila je središnja talijanska banka krajem prošlog tjedna.

Talijanske banke mogle bi se u 2021. i 2022. godini suočiti s oko devet milijardi eura gubitaka po zajmovima zbog ekonomske štete koju je prouzročila pandemija koronavirusa, izračunala je talijanska središnja banka.

Iako je udio nenaplativih korporativnih zajmova još uvijek vrlo nizak i iznosi 1,5 posto, središnja banka upozorila je na prijetnju koju predstavlja sve veći udio zajmova koje klijenti još vraćaju, ali su prema međunarodnim računovodstvenim standardima označeni su kao „faza 2“.

Njihov je udio u drugoj polovini prošle godine porastao 11 posto i sada čini 10,7 posto ukupnih zajmova, a banke moraju za njih stavljati na stranu novac kako bi se pripremile za eventualne gubitke.

Banke su u kategoriju 'faze 2' uvrstile i gotovo trećinu zajmova pod moratorijem, nakon poziva regulatora da se pripreme na mogućnost da zajmoprimci možda neće moći nastaviti vraćati kredite kad završi razdoblje poticaja.

Krajem 2020. u Italiji je zamrznula otplata 147 milijardi eura kredita, što čini 9,1 posto kredita kod većih banaka. U eurozoni prosjek iznosi 2,6 posto.

Veći udio zajmova pod moratorijem, u brojnim slučajevima odobrenim sektorima najteže pogođenima pandemijom, podrazumijeva da velike talijanske banke imaju više zajmova klasificiranih kao faza 2 nego ostale banke u eurozoni.

Talijanski zajmodavci prošle su godine povećali rezervacije za nenaplative kredite za trećinu, što je pogodilo njihovu profitabilnost. Prosječni povrat na ulaganja u bankovnom sektoru pao je u prosincu 2020. na 1,9 posto, s pet posto u godini ranije kada se isključe jednokratne stavke.

Potaknute poreznim poticajima, talijanske su banke u drugoj polovini 2020. smanjile neplative zajmove u svojim bilancama za četvrtinu, na 103,6 milijardi eura ili 4,4 posto ukupnih zajmova, sa 6,1 posto krajem lipnja.

To je ispod referentnog praga od pet posto koji su postavile europske vlasti i manje je za trećinu u usporedbi s najvišom razinom u razdoblju nakon svjetske financijske krize 2008/2009. godine i dužničke krize eurozone.

Banke su prošle godine prodale 33 milijarde eura problematičnih zajmova, priopćila je središnja talijanska banka krajem prošlog tjedna.

Talijanske banke mogle bi se u 2021. i 2022. godini suočiti s oko devet milijardi eura gubitaka po zajmovima zbog ekonomske štete koju je prouzročila pandemija koronavirusa, izračunala je talijanska središnja banka.

Iako je udio nenaplativih korporativnih zajmova još uvijek vrlo nizak i iznosi 1,5 posto, središnja banka upozorila je na prijetnju koju predstavlja sve veći udio zajmova koje klijenti još vraćaju, ali su prema međunarodnim računovodstvenim standardima označeni su kao „faza 2“.

Njihov je udio u drugoj polovini prošle godine porastao 11 posto i sada čini 10,7 posto ukupnih zajmova, a banke moraju za njih stavljati na stranu novac kako bi se pripremile za eventualne gubitke.
