Ministri unutarnjih poslova Hrvatske i Slovenije, Davor Božinović i  Aleš Hojs, razgovarali su u srijedu u Portorožu o predstojećem slovenskom predsjedanju Vijećem EU-a, ali i o aktualnim pitanjima, prije svega o režimu prijelaza granice u vrijeme dok pandemija Covida-19 nije još savladana.

Susret je održan na rubu ministarskog sastanka u okviru inicijative Brdo-Brijuni.

Kako su ministri potvrdili nakon razgovora, razgovaralo se o načinima kako olakšati prelazak granice i što će u tom smislu značiti uvođenje digitalnih potvrda o cijepljenju ili preboljelosti Covida. Hrvatska je već primijenila korištenje takvih potvrda koje olakšavaju prelazak granice i one se primjenjuju jer je istom programu već pristupilo više država EU-a.

Božinović je svog slovenskog kolegu izvijestio da je od početka lipnja do sada hrvatskim državljanima već izdano više od 100.000 digitalnih potvrda, te da je Hrvatska spremna na primanje takvih potvrda iz svih država Europske unije.
Digitalnim je potvrdama do sada u Hrvatsku ušlo između 8 i 10 tisuća gostiju, najviše iz Poljske i Češke, ali i iz Danske i Njemačke, dodao je.

Takvo će rješenje s Covid potvrdama uskoro, po riječima Hojsa, uvesti  i Slovenija za svoje građane, čime će se olakšati prelaženje hrvatsko-slovenske granice.

Hojs je rekao da je dogovoreno da će se radi olakšanog prelaska granice za slovenske i hrvatske radne migrante otvoriti posebni granični prijelazi na odsjeku granice koja gravitira prema Brežicama i Krškom, odnosno jugoistočnoj Sloveniji, a moći će ih koristiti samo slovenski i hrvatski radnici.

Što se tiče problema lokalnog stanovništva uz graničnu rijeku Dragonju s prelaskom granice, Hojs nije najavio novosti, ali je ocijenio da će se na graničnim prijelazima općenito mnogo manje čekati kad se u potpunosti počnu koristiti digitalne potvrde.

"Vjerujem da će tada i ovi problemi biti riješeni". kazao je Hojs.

Hojs je dodao da je s hrvatskim kolegom razgovarao i o slovenskog predsjedanju Vijećem EU-a u drugoj polovici ove godine, posebno o paktu za migracije i azil i novom schengenskom zakoniku, o čemu će u Sloveniji opet biti riječi i na predstojećem neformalnom susretu europskih ministara vanjskih poslova sredinom ovog mjeseca na Brdu kod Kranja.

Što se tiče problematike ilegalnih migracija, Hojs je kazao da je iz podataka koje ima hrvatska strana jasno da Hrvatska uspješno zaustavlja tok migranata balkanskom rutom, posebno na granici s BiH.


To znači da Hrvatska uspješno zaustavlja migrantsku rutu iz BiH prema zapadnoeuropskim državama, kazao je Hojs.Po njegovim se riječima Slovenija i zbog toga jako zauzima za ulazak Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor.

Hrvatski ministar Božinović upozorio je da slovenska policija bilježi za 26 posto manje otkrivenih ilegalnih migranata, dok je u Hrvatskoj broj zaustavljenih migranata za četiri posto veći.

"To znači  da Hrvatska brani vanjsku granicu  Europske unije, a ulazak Hrvatske u Schengen je i u slovenskom interesu", naveo je ministar Božinović.

Ministri unutarnjih poslova Hrvatske i Slovenije, Davor Božinović i  Aleš Hojs, razgovarali su u srijedu u Portorožu o predstojećem slovenskom predsjedanju Vijećem EU-a, ali i o aktualnim pitanjima, prije svega o režimu prijelaza granice u vrijeme dok pandemija Covida-19 nije još savladana.

Susret je održan na rubu ministarskog sastanka u okviru inicijative Brdo-Brijuni.

Kako su ministri potvrdili nakon razgovora, razgovaralo se o načinima kako olakšati prelazak granice i što će u tom smislu značiti uvođenje digitalnih potvrda o cijepljenju ili preboljelosti Covida. Hrvatska je već primijenila korištenje takvih potvrda koje olakšavaju prelazak granice i one se primjenjuju jer je istom programu već pristupilo više država EU-a.

Božinović je svog slovenskog kolegu izvijestio da je od početka lipnja do sada hrvatskim državljanima već izdano više od 100.000 digitalnih potvrda, te da je Hrvatska spremna na primanje takvih potvrda iz svih država Europske unije.
Digitalnim je potvrdama do sada u Hrvatsku ušlo između 8 i 10 tisuća gostiju, najviše iz Poljske i Češke, ali i iz Danske i Njemačke, dodao je.

Takvo će rješenje s Covid potvrdama uskoro, po riječima Hojsa, uvesti  i Slovenija za svoje građane, čime će se olakšati prelaženje hrvatsko-slovenske granice.

Hojs je rekao da je dogovoreno da će se radi olakšanog prelaska granice za slovenske i hrvatske radne migrante otvoriti posebni granični prijelazi na odsjeku granice koja gravitira prema Brežicama i Krškom, odnosno jugoistočnoj Sloveniji, a moći će ih koristiti samo slovenski i hrvatski radnici.

Što se tiče problema lokalnog stanovništva uz graničnu rijeku Dragonju s prelaskom granice, Hojs nije najavio novosti, ali je ocijenio da će se na graničnim prijelazima općenito mnogo manje čekati kad se u potpunosti počnu koristiti digitalne potvrde.

"Vjerujem da će tada i ovi problemi biti riješeni". kazao je Hojs.

Hojs je dodao da je s hrvatskim kolegom razgovarao i o slovenskog predsjedanju Vijećem EU-a u drugoj polovici ove godine, posebno o paktu za migracije i azil i novom schengenskom zakoniku, o čemu će u Sloveniji opet biti riječi i na predstojećem neformalnom susretu europskih ministara vanjskih poslova sredinom ovog mjeseca na Brdu kod Kranja.

Što se tiče problematike ilegalnih migracija, Hojs je kazao da je iz podataka koje ima hrvatska strana jasno da Hrvatska uspješno zaustavlja tok migranata balkanskom rutom, posebno na granici s BiH.


To znači da Hrvatska uspješno zaustavlja migrantsku rutu iz BiH prema zapadnoeuropskim državama, kazao je Hojs.Po njegovim se riječima Slovenija i zbog toga jako zauzima za ulazak Hrvatske u Schengenski prostor.

Hrvatski ministar Božinović upozorio je da slovenska policija bilježi za 26 posto manje otkrivenih ilegalnih migranata, dok je u Hrvatskoj broj zaustavljenih migranata za četiri posto veći.

"To znači  da Hrvatska brani vanjsku granicu  Europske unije, a ulazak Hrvatske u Schengen je i u slovenskom interesu", naveo je ministar Božinović.

Susreli se hrvatski i slovenski ministar unutarnjih poslova: do u detalje raspravili uvjete prijelaza granica između dvije države

Ministri unutarnjih poslova Hrvatske i Slovenije, Davor Božinović i  Aleš Hojs, razgovarali su u srijedu u Portorožu o predstojećem slovenskom predsjedanju Vijećem EU-a, ali i o aktualnim pitanjima, prije svega o režimu prijelaza granice u vrijeme dok pandemija Covida-19 nije još savladana.

Susret je održan na rubu ministarskog sastanka u okviru inicijative Brdo-Brijuni.

Kako su ministri potvrdili nakon razgovora, razgovaralo se o načinima kako olakšati prelazak granice i što će u tom smislu značiti uvođenje digitalnih potvrda o cijepljenju ili preboljelosti Covida. Hrvatska je već primijenila korištenje takvih potvrda koje olakšavaju prelazak granice i one se primjenjuju jer je istom programu već pristupilo više država EU-a.
