Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca zadovoljna je današnjim najavama Vlade RH o redizajnu mjera. Iz HUP-a ističu da su dijelom prihvaćeni prijedlozi koje je HUP na zahtjev svojih članica predstavio na sastanku prošlog petka, prvenstveno na stupnjevanje potpore sukladno padu prometa te oslobađanje korisnika potpore od plaćanja doprinosa.
Međutim, u HUP-u upozoravaju na to da troškovi radne snage nisu jedini troškovi poslovanja te da je likvidnost poslovanja za mnoge djelatnosti i dalje ozbiljno ugrožena.
"Za mnoge poduzetnike, posebno male i srednje, pad prihoda i manji od 40 posto predstavlja potencijalno gašenje poslovne aktivnosti“, pojasnili su iz HUP-a.
Anketa koju je HUP proveo među svojim članicama iz sektora prerađivačke industrije u listopadu ukazuje na to da će naredna godina donijeti tek blagi oporavak te da je potrebno nastaviti s mjerom skraćivanja radnog vremena te osigurati dostupna i povoljna sredstva za likvidnost, ali i za investicije.
Kao najveća tri aktualna problema poslodavci ističu: 46.67 posto anketiranih poslodavaca istaknulo je manjak novougovorenih poslova i narudžbi, 40 posto njih je istaknulo kašnjenje u isporukama sirovina i 40 posto ispitanika probleme u likvidnosti. Usprkos krizi u sektoru prerađivačke industrije, nije dolazilo do većih otpuštanja.
"Poduzetnici koji su sudjelovali u istraživanju zbog nedostatka posla otpustili su samo 2,7 posto svojih zaposlenika. To nam s jedne strane ukazuje na to da poslodavci niti u kriznom vremenu ne pribjegavaju otpuštanjima kao prvoj reakciji na krizu, a s druge strane da su mjere za spas radnih mjesta u prvom valu donesene pravovremeno“, pojasnili su iz HUP-a.
Uz pad prihoda, poslodavci imaju rast troškova za sirovine i dijelove, logistiku i prijevoz te za preventivne zdravstvene mjere.
"Da bi oporavak u idućoj godini bio što lakši i brži, potrebno je implementirati kompenzacijske mjere tako što će se smanjiti ili ukinuti parafiskalni nameti te uvesti jednostavnije i manje zahtjevno administrativno opterećenje. U interesu je svih poslodavaca da se poslovanje održi i da ne dođe do zatvaranja te bi sve epidemiološke mjere trebalo donositi imajući i to u vidu“, ističu iz HUP-a.
Oglasili su se i iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore: "Zadovoljni smo jer su prijedlozi HGK još jednom uvaženi – uvedena je gradacija potpora prema padu prometa i način na koji se taj pad mjeri. Time se maksimalno uzima u obzir specifičnosti svakog sektora, a dodatno će pomoći i rast potpora za skraćenje radnog tjedna“, istaknuo je predsjednik Hrvatske gospodarske komore Luka Burilović komentirajući najnovije mjere Vlade za pomoć gospodarstvu.
"Prioriteti su i dalje isti, očuvanje likvidnosti i radnih mjesta, a s ovim prilagodbama mjera napravili smo još jedan korak u dobrom smjeru i dali poduzetnicima mir barem do kraja godine“, naglasio je Burilović.

Hrvatska udruga poslodavaca zadovoljna je današnjim najavama Vlade RH o redizajnu mjera. Iz HUP-a ističu da su dijelom prihvaćeni prijedlozi koje je HUP na zahtjev svojih članica predstavio na sastanku prošlog petka, prvenstveno na stupnjevanje potpore sukladno padu prometa te oslobađanje korisnika potpore od plaćanja doprinosa.
Međutim, u HUP-u upozoravaju na to da troškovi radne snage nisu jedini troškovi poslovanja te da je likvidnost poslovanja za mnoge djelatnosti i dalje ozbiljno ugrožena.
"Za mnoge poduzetnike, posebno male i srednje, pad prihoda i manji od 40 posto predstavlja potencijalno gašenje poslovne aktivnosti“, pojasnili su iz HUP-a.
Anketa koju je HUP proveo među svojim članicama iz sektora prerađivačke industrije u listopadu ukazuje na to da će naredna godina donijeti tek blagi oporavak te da je potrebno nastaviti s mjerom skraćivanja radnog vremena te osigurati dostupna i povoljna sredstva za likvidnost, ali i za investicije.
Kao najveća tri aktualna problema poslodavci ističu: 46.67 posto anketiranih poslodavaca istaknulo je manjak novougovorenih poslova i narudžbi, 40 posto njih je istaknulo kašnjenje u isporukama sirovina i 40 posto ispitanika probleme u likvidnosti. Usprkos krizi u sektoru prerađivačke industrije, nije dolazilo do većih otpuštanja.
"Poduzetnici koji su sudjelovali u istraživanju zbog nedostatka posla otpustili su samo 2,7 posto svojih zaposlenika. To nam s jedne strane ukazuje na to da poslodavci niti u kriznom vremenu ne pribjegavaju otpuštanjima kao prvoj reakciji na krizu, a s druge strane da su mjere za spas radnih mjesta u prvom valu donesene pravovremeno“, pojasnili su iz HUP-a.
Uz pad prihoda, poslodavci imaju rast troškova za sirovine i dijelove, logistiku i prijevoz te za preventivne zdravstvene mjere.
"Da bi oporavak u idućoj godini bio što lakši i brži, potrebno je implementirati kompenzacijske mjere tako što će se smanjiti ili ukinuti parafiskalni nameti te uvesti jednostavnije i manje zahtjevno administrativno opterećenje. U interesu je svih poslodavaca da se poslovanje održi i da ne dođe do zatvaranja te bi sve epidemiološke mjere trebalo donositi imajući i to u vidu“, ističu iz HUP-a.
Oglasili su se i iz Hrvatske gospodarske komore: "Zadovoljni smo jer su prijedlozi HGK još jednom uvaženi – uvedena je gradacija potpora prema padu prometa i način na koji se taj pad mjeri. Time se maksimalno uzima u obzir specifičnosti svakog sektora, a dodatno će pomoći i rast potpora za skraćenje radnog tjedna“, istaknuo je predsjednik Hrvatske gospodarske komore Luka Burilović komentirajući najnovije mjere Vlade za pomoć gospodarstvu.
"Prioriteti su i dalje isti, očuvanje likvidnosti i radnih mjesta, a s ovim prilagodbama mjera napravili smo još jedan korak u dobrom smjeru i dali poduzetnicima mir barem do kraja godine“, naglasio je Burilović.
