Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu (HZTM) kupio je Plivin pogon u Hrvatskom Leskovcu za proizvodnju infuzijskih otopina, kao i određene pokretnine i prava na proizvode iz asortimana infuzijskih otopina.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji imovine potpisan je jučer u Hrvatskom Leskovcu, a završetak transakcije vrijedne 60 milijuna kuna očekuje se do kraja godine. nakon zatvaranja transakcije, veći dio Plivinih zaposlenika iz pogona zaposlit će se u HZTM-u.

- Iznimno sam zadovoljna što Zavod ovom transakcijom dobiva mogućnost za povećanje svojih proizvodnih kapaciteta, bolje uvjete rada i mogućnost racionalizacije poslovanja te nesmetano snabdijevanje hrvatskih bolnica asortimanom infuzijskih otopina - istaknula je ravnateljica HZTM-a Irena Jukić.

Predsjednik Uprave Plive Matko Bolanča rekao je kako se na prodaju ove lokacije Pliva odlučila još prije nekoliko godina kada je uprava kompanije zaključila kako ona nije ključna za Plivinu strategiju razvoja usmjerenu isključivo na proizvodnju lijekova.

Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu (HZTM) kupio je Plivin pogon u Hrvatskom Leskovcu za proizvodnju infuzijskih otopina, kao i određene pokretnine i prava na proizvode iz asortimana infuzijskih otopina.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji imovine potpisan je jučer u Hrvatskom Leskovcu, a završetak transakcije vrijedne 60 milijuna kuna očekuje se do kraja godine. nakon zatvaranja transakcije, veći dio Plivinih zaposlenika iz pogona zaposlit će se u HZTM-u.

- Iznimno sam zadovoljna što Zavod ovom transakcijom dobiva mogućnost za povećanje svojih proizvodnih kapaciteta, bolje uvjete rada i mogućnost racionalizacije poslovanja te nesmetano snabdijevanje hrvatskih bolnica asortimanom infuzijskih otopina - istaknula je ravnateljica HZTM-a Irena Jukić.

Predsjednik Uprave Plive Matko Bolanča rekao je kako se na prodaju ove lokacije Pliva odlučila još prije nekoliko godina kada je uprava kompanije zaključila kako ona nije ključna za Plivinu strategiju razvoja usmjerenu isključivo na proizvodnju lijekova.

Hrvatski zavod za transfuzijsku medicinu (HZTM) kupio je Plivin pogon u Hrvatskom Leskovcu za proizvodnju infuzijskih otopina, kao i određene pokretnine i prava na proizvode iz asortimana infuzijskih otopina.

Ugovor o kupoprodaji imovine potpisan je jučer u Hrvatskom Leskovcu, a završetak transakcije vrijedne 60 milijuna kuna očekuje se do kraja godine. nakon zatvaranja transakcije, veći dio Plivinih zaposlenika iz pogona zaposlit će se u HZTM-u.
