"Vidjeli smo da je jučer objavljena izmjena upute o kriterijima fiksnih troškova. Uvaženi su naši zahtjevi da se ne moraju unaprijed platiti računi te da se u fiksni trošak uvrsti i najam sustava za fiskalizaciju i materijalno knjigovodstvo", kazala nam je Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Nacionalne udruge ugostitelja nakon što je Porezna uprava priopćila kako poduzetnici kojima je Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske od 8. siječnja 2021. godine produžena mjera obustave rada i kojima je pad prihoda/primitaka u siječnju 2021. godine u odnosu na siječanj 2020. godine bio najmanje 60% ostvaruju pravo na nadoknadu svih ili dijela fiksnih troškova za siječanj 2021. godine.

Porezna uprava je, kao što smo objavili, također informirala kako poduzetnici koji su započeli s radom tijekom 2020. godine ostvaruju pravo na nadoknadu fiksnih troškova za siječanj 2021. ako im je pad prihoda/primitaka u siječnju 2021. godine u odnosu na studeni 2020. godine bio najmanje 60%.

​Novost u odnosu na mjeru za prosinac 2020. je da su poduzetnici dužni platiti račune u roku 8 dana od isplate nadoknade (ako to nisu učinili prije podnošenja zahtjeva). Također, u fiksne troškove koji će se nadoknađivati uvršten je i mjesečni trošak softverske opreme za fiskalizaciju.

- Zahvalni smo na ovom konkretnom pomaku i nastavljamo dalje naglašavati naše osnovne zahtjeve, a to je horizontalna primjena kriterija na koji način će biti moguće raditi i da se to onda primjeni na sve ugostiteljske objekte, a ne da se određuje tko smije a tko ne, tj koja kategorija ugostiteljskih objekata može raditi te da se nastave financijske mjere za svo vrijeme dok radimo pod restrikcijama – istaknula je Jelena Tabak u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju.

Na upit o pozivu udruge Glas poduzetnika za prosvjednim okupljanjem poduzetnika i obrtnika u srijedu, 3. veljače u Zagrebu, Jelena Tabak kaže da u Nacionalnoj udruzi ugostitelja podržavaju svaki prosvjed koji se održava u okviru važećih epidemioloških mjera. O tome će još razgovarati nakon čega će moći iznijeti više detalja.

- Slijedi nam maratonski oporavak i bit će nam potrebna maratonska suradnja. Vjerujem da ćemo ostvariti većinu svojih zahtjeva. Među njima je i mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta koja uključuje i direktore društava koji imaju više od 10 zaposlenih, očekujemo da će i to brzo biti riješeno, uz naše ostale zahtjeve - kazala je Jelena Tabak.

"Vidjeli smo da je jučer objavljena izmjena upute o kriterijima fiksnih troškova. Uvaženi su naši zahtjevi da se ne moraju unaprijed platiti računi te da se u fiksni trošak uvrsti i najam sustava za fiskalizaciju i materijalno knjigovodstvo", kazala nam je Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Nacionalne udruge ugostitelja nakon što je Porezna uprava priopćila kako poduzetnici kojima je Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske od 8. siječnja 2021. godine produžena mjera obustave rada i kojima je pad prihoda/primitaka u siječnju 2021. godine u odnosu na siječanj 2020. godine bio najmanje 60% ostvaruju pravo na nadoknadu svih ili dijela fiksnih troškova za siječanj 2021. godine.

Porezna uprava je, kao što smo objavili, također informirala kako poduzetnici koji su započeli s radom tijekom 2020. godine ostvaruju pravo na nadoknadu fiksnih troškova za siječanj 2021. ako im je pad prihoda/primitaka u siječnju 2021. godine u odnosu na studeni 2020. godine bio najmanje 60%.

​Novost u odnosu na mjeru za prosinac 2020. je da su poduzetnici dužni platiti račune u roku 8 dana od isplate nadoknade (ako to nisu učinili prije podnošenja zahtjeva). Također, u fiksne troškove koji će se nadoknađivati uvršten je i mjesečni trošak softverske opreme za fiskalizaciju.

- Zahvalni smo na ovom konkretnom pomaku i nastavljamo dalje naglašavati naše osnovne zahtjeve, a to je horizontalna primjena kriterija na koji način će biti moguće raditi i da se to onda primjeni na sve ugostiteljske objekte, a ne da se određuje tko smije a tko ne, tj koja kategorija ugostiteljskih objekata može raditi te da se nastave financijske mjere za svo vrijeme dok radimo pod restrikcijama – istaknula je Jelena Tabak u izjavi za Slobodnu Dalmaciju.

Na upit o pozivu udruge Glas poduzetnika za prosvjednim okupljanjem poduzetnika i obrtnika u srijedu, 3. veljače u Zagrebu, Jelena Tabak kaže da u Nacionalnoj udruzi ugostitelja podržavaju svaki prosvjed koji se održava u okviru važećih epidemioloških mjera. O tome će još razgovarati nakon čega će moći iznijeti više detalja.

- Slijedi nam maratonski oporavak i bit će nam potrebna maratonska suradnja. Vjerujem da ćemo ostvariti većinu svojih zahtjeva. Među njima je i mjera za očuvanje radnih mjesta koja uključuje i direktore društava koji imaju više od 10 zaposlenih, očekujemo da će i to brzo biti riješeno, uz naše ostale zahtjeve - kazala je Jelena Tabak.

"Vidjeli smo da je jučer objavljena izmjena upute o kriterijima fiksnih troškova. Uvaženi su naši zahtjevi da se ne moraju unaprijed platiti računi te da se u fiksni trošak uvrsti i najam sustava za fiskalizaciju i materijalno knjigovodstvo", kazala nam je Jelena Tabak, predsjednica Nacionalne udruge ugostitelja nakon što je Porezna uprava priopćila kako poduzetnici kojima je Odlukom Stožera civilne zaštite Republike Hrvatske od 8. siječnja 2021. godine produžena mjera obustave rada i kojima je pad prihoda/primitaka u siječnju 2021. godine u odnosu na siječanj 2020. godine bio najmanje 60% ostvaruju pravo na nadoknadu svih ili dijela fiksnih troškova za siječanj 2021. godine.
