Prema podacima iz zadnjeg Biltena Hrvatske narodne banke, domaće banke su u prvih šest mjeseci 2008. ostvarile rekordan povrat na aktivu (ROAA) od 1,9 posto, u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine, dok je povrat na kapital (ROAE) prvi put nakon trogodišnjeg razdoblja pada ostvario rast i iznosio je 12,1 posto.
Glavninu dobiti ostvarile su velike banke, a grupa malih banaka jedina je zabilježila pad dobiti.
Krediti stanovništvu
U Biltenu se navodi kako je poslovanje banaka bilo usmjereno na kreditiranje, a u uvjetima kontrakcije primljenih depozita i kredita rast je danih kredita u najvećoj mjeri omogućen promjenama u strukturi aktive i smanjenjem gotovo svih drugih oblika plasmana, te zatim i povećanjem kapitala i hibridnih instrumenata.
Restrukturiranje aktive u korist veće kreditne aktivnosti i rast cijene kredita uz istodobno poboljšanje ocjene njihove naplativosti rezultiralo je, navode u HNB-u, visokim rastom dobiti u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne godine.
Ukupna aktiva svih banaka na kraju prve polovine 2008. iznosila je 348,2 milijarde kuna, a u usporedbi sa stanjem na kraju 2007., povećala se za 3,1 milijardu kuna, za 0,9 posto.
U promatranom polugodišnjem razdoblju porasla je aktiva 21 banke, dok se aktiva preostalih 12 banaka smanjila. Ukupni neto krediti povećali su se za 12 milijardi kuna, što je gotovo četiri puta više od iznosa povećanja aktive, zbog čega je povrat na aktivu i ostvario rekordan iznos.
Kreditna aktivnost banaka i dalje je bila najviše usmjerena na stanovništvo, na nenamjenske kredite (gotovinske, okvirne i ostale) i na stambene kredite.
Više kredita nezaštićenih od valutnog rizika
Zbog porasta deviznih (i indeksiranih) plasmana klijentima koji nemaju usklađenu deviznu poziciju, povećan je udio plasmana nezaštićenih od valutno induciranog kreditnog rizika, čime je narušen silazni trend prisutan od prve polovine 2006., kada je uvedeno praćenje ovog rizika.

Prema podacima iz zadnjeg Biltena Hrvatske narodne banke, domaće banke su u prvih šest mjeseci 2008. ostvarile rekordan povrat na aktivu (ROAA) od 1,9 posto, u odnosu na isto razdoblje prošle godine, dok je povrat na kapital (ROAE) prvi put nakon trogodišnjeg razdoblja pada ostvario rast i iznosio je 12,1 posto.
Glavninu dobiti ostvarile su velike banke, a grupa malih banaka jedina je zabilježila pad dobiti.
Krediti stanovništvu
U Biltenu se navodi kako je poslovanje banaka bilo usmjereno na kreditiranje, a u uvjetima kontrakcije primljenih depozita i kredita rast je danih kredita u najvećoj mjeri omogućen promjenama u strukturi aktive i smanjenjem gotovo svih drugih oblika plasmana, te zatim i povećanjem kapitala i hibridnih instrumenata.
Restrukturiranje aktive u korist veće kreditne aktivnosti i rast cijene kredita uz istodobno poboljšanje ocjene njihove naplativosti rezultiralo je, navode u HNB-u, visokim rastom dobiti u odnosu na isto razdoblje prethodne godine.
Ukupna aktiva svih banaka na kraju prve polovine 2008. iznosila je 348,2 milijarde kuna, a u usporedbi sa stanjem na kraju 2007., povećala se za 3,1 milijardu kuna, za 0,9 posto.
U promatranom polugodišnjem razdoblju porasla je aktiva 21 banke, dok se aktiva preostalih 12 banaka smanjila. Ukupni neto krediti povećali su se za 12 milijardi kuna, što je gotovo četiri puta više od iznosa povećanja aktive, zbog čega je povrat na aktivu i ostvario rekordan iznos.
Kreditna aktivnost banaka i dalje je bila najviše usmjerena na stanovništvo, na nenamjenske kredite (gotovinske, okvirne i ostale) i na stambene kredite.
Više kredita nezaštićenih od valutnog rizika
Zbog porasta deviznih (i indeksiranih) plasmana klijentima koji nemaju usklađenu deviznu poziciju, povećan je udio plasmana nezaštićenih od valutno induciranog kreditnog rizika, čime je narušen silazni trend prisutan od prve polovine 2006., kada je uvedeno praćenje ovog rizika.
