Igor Tudor je napustio Marseille nakon samo jedne sezone provedene u klubu, nakon što je ostvario treće mjesto u prvenstvu. Tudorovo razdoblje u Francuskoj je bilo vrlo burno a iako je, sve u svemu napravio dobar posao, svojim potezima bi često iznenadio mnoge igrače i navijače kluba.

Primjerice, klupska legenda Dimitri Payet se ove sezone u početnoj postavi našao samo 11 puta, dok je pod bivšim trenerom Sampaolijem bio ključni igrač kluba. Sada je progovorio o tome kako mu je bilo pod Tudorom.

"Nisam bio ljubitelj njegovih metoda rada od samog početka, krajem srpnja prošle godine otkrili smo zaista kako je brutalan i žestok u svojem radu. Kako je on sam rekao, preferira autoritativni pristup. Svi smo bili šokirani, potpuno suprotno je bilo sa Sampaolijem. Naravno, svaki trener ima svoju filozofiju igre, ali Tudor je zanemario ljudsku stranu priče. Uvijek je bio glasan, a ja sam emotivan, ne treba meni pristupati kao stariji brat ili otac", rekao je.

Dodao je kako je s vremenom omekšao, ali je na početku bio vrlo žestok.

‘‘On je u početku bio jako težak, pretjerano težak, gotovo da je htio označiti svoj teritorij po dolasku, postaviti stvari na svoje mjesto. A onda je s vremenom bilo malo bolje. Nije cool, ne, ali bolje, malo je bio fleksibilniji."

Igor Tudor je napustio Marseille nakon samo jedne sezone provedene u klubu, nakon što je ostvario treće mjesto u prvenstvu. Tudorovo razdoblje u Francuskoj je bilo vrlo burno a iako je, sve u svemu napravio dobar posao, svojim potezima bi često iznenadio mnoge igrače i navijače kluba.

Primjerice, klupska legenda Dimitri Payet se ove sezone u početnoj postavi našao samo 11 puta, dok je pod bivšim trenerom Sampaolijem bio ključni igrač kluba. Sada je progovorio o tome kako mu je bilo pod Tudorom.

"Nisam bio ljubitelj njegovih metoda rada od samog početka, krajem srpnja prošle godine otkrili smo zaista kako je brutalan i žestok u svojem radu. Kako je on sam rekao, preferira autoritativni pristup. Svi smo bili šokirani, potpuno suprotno je bilo sa Sampaolijem. Naravno, svaki trener ima svoju filozofiju igre, ali Tudor je zanemario ljudsku stranu priče. Uvijek je bio glasan, a ja sam emotivan, ne treba meni pristupati kao stariji brat ili otac", rekao je.

Dodao je kako je s vremenom omekšao, ali je na početku bio vrlo žestok.

‘‘On je u početku bio jako težak, pretjerano težak, gotovo da je htio označiti svoj teritorij po dolasku, postaviti stvari na svoje mjesto. A onda je s vremenom bilo malo bolje. Nije cool, ne, ali bolje, malo je bio fleksibilniji."

Igor Tudor je napustio Marseille nakon samo jedne sezone provedene u klubu, nakon što je ostvario treće mjesto u prvenstvu. Tudorovo razdoblje u Francuskoj je bilo vrlo burno a iako je, sve u svemu napravio dobar posao, svojim potezima bi često iznenadio mnoge igrače i navijače kluba.

Primjerice, klupska legenda Dimitri Payet se ove sezone u početnoj postavi našao samo 11 puta, dok je pod bivšim trenerom Sampaolijem bio ključni igrač kluba. Sada je progovorio o tome kako mu je bilo pod Tudorom.

"Nisam bio ljubitelj njegovih metoda rada od samog početka, krajem srpnja prošle godine otkrili smo zaista kako je brutalan i žestok u svojem radu. Kako je on sam rekao, preferira autoritativni pristup. Svi smo bili šokirani, potpuno suprotno je bilo sa Sampaolijem. Naravno, svaki trener ima svoju filozofiju igre, ali Tudor je zanemario ljudsku stranu priče. Uvijek je bio glasan, a ja sam emotivan, ne treba meni pristupati kao stariji brat ili otac", rekao je.

Dodao je kako je s vremenom omekšao, ali je na početku bio vrlo žestok.

‘‘On je u početku bio jako težak, pretjerano težak, gotovo da je htio označiti svoj teritorij po dolasku, postaviti stvari na svoje mjesto. A onda je s vremenom bilo malo bolje. Nije cool, ne, ali bolje, malo je bio fleksibilniji."
