Španjolsko državno odvjetništvo zatražilo je u četvrtak od suda u Barceloni da zadrži brazilskog nogometaša Danija Alvesa (39) u pritvoru navodeći indicije da je silovao jednu djevojku (23) u diskoteci, dok je igračeva obrana nanovo dovela u pitanje vjerodostojnost navodne žrtve te zatražila da se brani sa slobode.

Ročište je održano jer je Alvesova obrana uložila žalbu na prethodnu odluku istražne sutkinje koja je nogometaša poslala u pritvor, bez mogućnosti plaćanja jamčevine.

Alves, koji je u prosincu igrao za Brazil na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Katru, optužen je da je nakon dolaska u Barcelonu silovao jednu djevojku u noći 30. prosinca u toaletu diskoteke.

Ročište je u četvrtak bilo zatvoreno za javnost kako bi se zaštitila intimnost navedene djevojke. Izvori sa suda rekli su novinarima da je Alvesova obrana ustrajala u zahtjevu da se brani sa slobode tvrdeći da je "čvrsto ukorijenjen" u Španjolskoj pa da nema bojazni da će pobjeći. Obrana je također izrazila sumnju u vjerodostojnost djevojčine priče, spomenuvši da tijekom pregleda nije imala vaginalne ozljede.

Državno odvjetništvo i djevojčina odvjetnica pozvali su se pak na nalaze DNK analize, otiske prstiju i tragove pronađene na mjestu događaja, ustvrdivši da su brojni elementi koji ukazuju na njegovu krivicu.

Alvesov odvjetnik Cristóbal Martell naglasio je da je seksualni odnos bio usuglašen, što je potkrijepio podatkom da navodna žrtva nije imala vaginalne ozljede te da su ju nadzorne kamere snimile kako opušteno pleše malo prije nego se slučaj dogodio. Martell je time priznao da je Alves penetrirao u djevojku, što je sam igrač ranije negirao pred istražnom sutkinjom, a u čemu su ga demantirali biološki dokazi. Analiza je otkrila da je djevojka imala ostatke sperme među intimnim dijelovima tijela.

Kako bi dodatno pritisnula Alvesa, te pokušala uvjeriti sutkinju da njena klijentica nije bila pristala na odnos, odvjetnica je pokazala snimku s nadzorne kamere na kojoj se vidi Alves kako izlazi iz diskoteke na centimetar udaljen od djevojke, "bez da se zanima za nju, premda ona u tom trenutku nekontrolirano plače i govori zaštitarima da je seksualno napadnuta".

Alvesov odvjetnik ranije je spomenuo da kamere pokazuju da je Alves prvi otišao u toalet, a da je ona ušla ondje nekoliko minuta kasnije.

Pokazao je dokumente iz kojih je vidljivo koliko je dugo Brazilac živio u Španjolskoj i da je vlasnik kuće u mjestu Esplugues de Llobregat pored Barcelone, kao jamstvo da neće pobjeći dok traje suđenje. Dodao je i da je Alves upravitelj dviju kompanija u Španjolskoj. Djevojčina odvjetnica je pak odgovorila da je kapital Alvesovih kompanija oko milijun eura, a da je njegova bivša supruga suvlasnica kuće, čime to nije jamstvo njegovog ostanka u zemlji. Ustvrdila je da bi Alves, zahvaljujući prihodima ostvarenim tijekom nogometne karijere, mogao pobjeći privatnim zrakoplovom.

To je bio razlog zašto mu je 20.siječnja bio određen pritvor.

Idućih dana će sud u Barceloni odlučiti hoće li prihvatiti zahtjev Alvesove obrane i pustiti ga na uvjetnu slobodu dok traje postupak. Njegova obrana je ponudila sudu mjere opreza, odnosno da Alves nosi narukvicu kojom bi ga se moglo nadzirati na daljinu, da mu se uzme putovnica, da plati jamčevinu te da se svakodnevno javlja na sud.

Alves je od 2002. do 2008. igrao za Sevillu pa zatim za Barcelonu do 2016. godine. Nastupao je onda za Juventus, Paris SG i Sao Paulo te opet za Barcelonu. Njegov posljednji klub, meksički Pumas raskinuo je ugovor s njime kada mu je 20.siječnja određen pritvor u Barceloni.

Španjolsko državno odvjetništvo zatražilo je u četvrtak od suda u Barceloni da zadrži brazilskog nogometaša Danija Alvesa (39) u pritvoru navodeći indicije da je silovao jednu djevojku (23) u diskoteci, dok je igračeva obrana nanovo dovela u pitanje vjerodostojnost navodne žrtve te zatražila da se brani sa slobode.

Ročište je održano jer je Alvesova obrana uložila žalbu na prethodnu odluku istražne sutkinje koja je nogometaša poslala u pritvor, bez mogućnosti plaćanja jamčevine.

Alves, koji je u prosincu igrao za Brazil na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Katru, optužen je da je nakon dolaska u Barcelonu silovao jednu djevojku u noći 30. prosinca u toaletu diskoteke.

Ročište je u četvrtak bilo zatvoreno za javnost kako bi se zaštitila intimnost navedene djevojke. Izvori sa suda rekli su novinarima da je Alvesova obrana ustrajala u zahtjevu da se brani sa slobode tvrdeći da je "čvrsto ukorijenjen" u Španjolskoj pa da nema bojazni da će pobjeći. Obrana je također izrazila sumnju u vjerodostojnost djevojčine priče, spomenuvši da tijekom pregleda nije imala vaginalne ozljede.

Državno odvjetništvo i djevojčina odvjetnica pozvali su se pak na nalaze DNK analize, otiske prstiju i tragove pronađene na mjestu događaja, ustvrdivši da su brojni elementi koji ukazuju na njegovu krivicu.

Alvesov odvjetnik Cristóbal Martell naglasio je da je seksualni odnos bio usuglašen, što je potkrijepio podatkom da navodna žrtva nije imala vaginalne ozljede te da su ju nadzorne kamere snimile kako opušteno pleše malo prije nego se slučaj dogodio. Martell je time priznao da je Alves penetrirao u djevojku, što je sam igrač ranije negirao pred istražnom sutkinjom, a u čemu su ga demantirali biološki dokazi. Analiza je otkrila da je djevojka imala ostatke sperme među intimnim dijelovima tijela.

Kako bi dodatno pritisnula Alvesa, te pokušala uvjeriti sutkinju da njena klijentica nije bila pristala na odnos, odvjetnica je pokazala snimku s nadzorne kamere na kojoj se vidi Alves kako izlazi iz diskoteke na centimetar udaljen od djevojke, "bez da se zanima za nju, premda ona u tom trenutku nekontrolirano plače i govori zaštitarima da je seksualno napadnuta".

Alvesov odvjetnik ranije je spomenuo da kamere pokazuju da je Alves prvi otišao u toalet, a da je ona ušla ondje nekoliko minuta kasnije.

Pokazao je dokumente iz kojih je vidljivo koliko je dugo Brazilac živio u Španjolskoj i da je vlasnik kuće u mjestu Esplugues de Llobregat pored Barcelone, kao jamstvo da neće pobjeći dok traje suđenje. Dodao je i da je Alves upravitelj dviju kompanija u Španjolskoj. Djevojčina odvjetnica je pak odgovorila da je kapital Alvesovih kompanija oko milijun eura, a da je njegova bivša supruga suvlasnica kuće, čime to nije jamstvo njegovog ostanka u zemlji. Ustvrdila je da bi Alves, zahvaljujući prihodima ostvarenim tijekom nogometne karijere, mogao pobjeći privatnim zrakoplovom.

To je bio razlog zašto mu je 20.siječnja bio određen pritvor.

Idućih dana će sud u Barceloni odlučiti hoće li prihvatiti zahtjev Alvesove obrane i pustiti ga na uvjetnu slobodu dok traje postupak. Njegova obrana je ponudila sudu mjere opreza, odnosno da Alves nosi narukvicu kojom bi ga se moglo nadzirati na daljinu, da mu se uzme putovnica, da plati jamčevinu te da se svakodnevno javlja na sud.

Alves je od 2002. do 2008. igrao za Sevillu pa zatim za Barcelonu do 2016. godine. Nastupao je onda za Juventus, Paris SG i Sao Paulo te opet za Barcelonu. Njegov posljednji klub, meksički Pumas raskinuo je ugovor s njime kada mu je 20.siječnja određen pritvor u Barceloni.

Državno odvjetništvo traži da Alves ostane u pritvoru, obrana podnijela žalbu i tražila puštanje uz jamčevinu

Španjolsko državno odvjetništvo zatražilo je u četvrtak od suda u Barceloni da zadrži brazilskog nogometaša Danija Alvesa (39) u pritvoru navodeći indicije da je silovao jednu djevojku (23) u diskoteci, dok je igračeva obrana nanovo dovela u pitanje vjerodostojnost navodne žrtve te zatražila da se brani sa slobode.

Ročište je održano jer je Alvesova obrana uložila žalbu na prethodnu odluku istražne sutkinje koja je nogometaša poslala u pritvor, bez mogućnosti plaćanja jamčevine.

Alves, koji je u prosincu igrao za Brazil na Svjetskom prvenstvu u Katru, optužen je da je nakon dolaska u Barcelonu silovao jednu djevojku u noći 30. prosinca u toaletu diskoteke.

Ročište je u četvrtak bilo zatvoreno za javnost kako bi se zaštitila intimnost navedene djevojke. Izvori...
