Kaos koji je Covid-19 zbog brojnih pozitivnih igrača napravio reprezentacijama na rukometnom Europskom prvenstvu, zbog kojih Hrvatska i sve ostale momčadi gotovo na dnevnoj bazi stalno ostaju bez igrača te moraju pozivati na turnir nove, alarm je i FIFA-i da bismo nešto slično nažalost mogli gledati i krajem godine na nogometnom SP-u kojem je domaćin Katar.

Zato bi krovna svjetska nogometna organizacija poučena ovim događajima trebala unaprijed reagirati i omogućiti izbornicima da na Mundijalu reprezentacije mogu imati u kadru i više od dosad po propisima dopuštena 23 igrača.

EHF je prvotno reprezentacijama koje su na završnici u Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj propisao da mogu imati do 35 igrača na širem preliminarnom popisu s kojeg je svaka reprezentacija potom odabirala po 20 za nastup na turniru. Jedino su igrači s tog šireg popisa trebali imati pravo nastupa na EP-u.

Od tih 20, za nastup na dan svakog susreta bira ih se po 16. Pritom su se prema prvotnim zamislima tijekom prve faza natjecanja mogla još maksimalno dva igrača zamijeniti igračima s preliminarne liste, još dva u drugoj fazi, te dva finalnog vikenda. Dakle, maksimalno se po tim zamislima šest igrača moglo promijeniti tijekom turnira, isključivo igračima sa šireg spiska. Međutim, kako se opasno rasplamsao Covid-19, pred sam početak EP-a dopušteno je izbornicima kao zamjene pozivati čak i igrače koji nisu bili na preliminarnoj listi 35 rukometaša. Ujedno je i skraćena izolacija igračima na samo pet dana ako imaju dva negativna testa u roku od 24 sata.

Nema reprezentacije koju na Euru i pred turnir nije „razbucao” Covid-19, a ogledni primjer nam je vlastita. Čak devetorica reprezentativaca Hrvatske su imala ili imaju Covid-19! Pola momčadi. Na završnim priprema su pozitivni bili Domagoj Duvnjak i Luka Cindrić, a po dolasku u Szeged prije susreta s Francuskom i Marko Mamić. Uoči susreta sa Srbijom pozvan je Marin Jelinić, ali pozitivni su bili i Leon Šušnja te Lovro Mihić. Pozvani su potom naknadno Željko Musa i Valentino Ravlić, no samo tri sata prije utakmice pozitivne testove su imali i Zvonimir Srna te Matej Mandić, kao i fizioterapeut. Nakon Srbije su pozvani Jakov Gojun, Tomislav Severac (nije došao na okupljanje) i Dominik Kuzmanović, a od jučer su pozitivni Musa i David Mandić. U trenucima dok čitate ovaj tekst tko zna možda se ovaj broj i povećao.

Pritom je bilo i baš apsurdnih situacija. Izbornik Hrvoje Horvat je naknadno pozvao Severca koji nije ni došao u Mađarsku jer se pokazalo da je i on pozitivan. A Musa koji je naknadno stigao iako nije bio na prvotnom popisu 35-orice, odigrao je susret sa Srbijom pa je onda i on zbog pozitivnog testa otpao!

Sve ovo je veliko upozorenje FIFA-i, pogotovo što se prvi put SP igra u studenom i prosincu kada Covid-19 bukti. Alarm i stoga što će u Kataru biti praktično nemoguće pozvati igrača naknadno da se taj za nekoliko sati „stvori” na Mundijalu kao što to mnoge reprezentacije mogu izvesti na rukometnom Euru zbog geografske blizine. Koliko bi u ovakvoj praksi vremena trebalo europskim nogometnim reprezentacijama, a pogotovo Južnoamerikancima, Australcima da im naknadno pozvani igrači iz domovina stignu na drugi kraj planete u Katar?

Dakle, ako se ovakav trend Covida-19 nastavi, morat će FIFA-a u startu proširiti liste. Dosadašnje će u ovakvim uvjetima biti premale. Na prošlom SP-u u Rusiji svaki izbornik je deset dana prije početka turnira morao prijaviti listu od 23 igrača na koje računa, a isključivo skraćivanjem mjesec dana prije SP-a prijavljene liste od 35 igrača. U slučaju teških ozljeda moglo se zamijeniti igrača i onim koji nije na listi do 24 sata prije početka Mundijala. Međutim kad napadne Covid-19 tih 23 igrača su premalo i za rukomet, kamoli za nogomet!

Kaos koji je Covid-19 zbog brojnih pozitivnih igrača napravio reprezentacijama na rukometnom Europskom prvenstvu, zbog kojih Hrvatska i sve ostale momčadi gotovo na dnevnoj bazi stalno ostaju bez igrača te moraju pozivati na turnir nove, alarm je i FIFA-i da bismo nešto slično nažalost mogli gledati i krajem godine na nogometnom SP-u kojem je domaćin Katar.

Zato bi krovna svjetska nogometna organizacija poučena ovim događajima trebala unaprijed reagirati i omogućiti izbornicima da na Mundijalu reprezentacije mogu imati u kadru i više od dosad po propisima dopuštena 23 igrača.

EHF je prvotno reprezentacijama koje su na završnici u Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj propisao da mogu imati do 35 igrača na širem preliminarnom popisu s kojeg je svaka reprezentacija potom odabirala po 20 za nastup na turniru. Jedino su igrači s tog šireg popisa trebali imati pravo nastupa na EP-u.

Od tih 20, za nastup na dan svakog susreta bira ih se po 16. Pritom su se prema prvotnim zamislima tijekom prve faza natjecanja mogla još maksimalno dva igrača zamijeniti igračima s preliminarne liste, još dva u drugoj fazi, te dva finalnog vikenda. Dakle, maksimalno se po tim zamislima šest igrača moglo promijeniti tijekom turnira, isključivo igračima sa šireg spiska. Međutim, kako se opasno rasplamsao Covid-19, pred sam početak EP-a dopušteno je izbornicima kao zamjene pozivati čak i igrače koji nisu bili na preliminarnoj listi 35 rukometaša. Ujedno je i skraćena izolacija igračima na samo pet dana ako imaju dva negativna testa u roku od 24 sata.

Nema reprezentacije koju na Euru i pred turnir nije „razbucao” Covid-19, a ogledni primjer nam je vlastita. Čak devetorica reprezentativaca Hrvatske su imala ili imaju Covid-19! Pola momčadi. Na završnim priprema su pozitivni bili Domagoj Duvnjak i Luka Cindrić, a po dolasku u Szeged prije susreta s Francuskom i Marko Mamić. Uoči susreta sa Srbijom pozvan je Marin Jelinić, ali pozitivni su bili i Leon Šušnja te Lovro Mihić. Pozvani su potom naknadno Željko Musa i Valentino Ravlić, no samo tri sata prije utakmice pozitivne testove su imali i Zvonimir Srna te Matej Mandić, kao i fizioterapeut. Nakon Srbije su pozvani Jakov Gojun, Tomislav Severac (nije došao na okupljanje) i Dominik Kuzmanović, a od jučer su pozitivni Musa i David Mandić. U trenucima dok čitate ovaj tekst tko zna možda se ovaj broj i povećao.

Pritom je bilo i baš apsurdnih situacija. Izbornik Hrvoje Horvat je naknadno pozvao Severca koji nije ni došao u Mađarsku jer se pokazalo da je i on pozitivan. A Musa koji je naknadno stigao iako nije bio na prvotnom popisu 35-orice, odigrao je susret sa Srbijom pa je onda i on zbog pozitivnog testa otpao!

Sve ovo je veliko upozorenje FIFA-i, pogotovo što se prvi put SP igra u studenom i prosincu kada Covid-19 bukti. Alarm i stoga što će u Kataru biti praktično nemoguće pozvati igrača naknadno da se taj za nekoliko sati „stvori” na Mundijalu kao što to mnoge reprezentacije mogu izvesti na rukometnom Euru zbog geografske blizine. Koliko bi u ovakvoj praksi vremena trebalo europskim nogometnim reprezentacijama, a pogotovo Južnoamerikancima, Australcima da im naknadno pozvani igrači iz domovina stignu na drugi kraj planete u Katar?

Dakle, ako se ovakav trend Covida-19 nastavi, morat će FIFA-a u startu proširiti liste. Dosadašnje će u ovakvim uvjetima biti premale. Na prošlom SP-u u Rusiji svaki izbornik je deset dana prije početka turnira morao prijaviti listu od 23 igrača na koje računa, a isključivo skraćivanjem mjesec dana prije SP-a prijavljene liste od 35 igrača. U slučaju teških ozljeda moglo se zamijeniti igrača i onim koji nije na listi do 24 sata prije početka Mundijala. Međutim kad napadne Covid-19 tih 23 igrača su premalo i za rukomet, kamoli za nogomet!

Kaos koji je Covid-19 zbog brojnih pozitivnih igrača napravio reprezentacijama na rukometnom Europskom prvenstvu, zbog kojih Hrvatska i sve ostale momčadi gotovo na dnevnoj bazi stalno ostaju bez igrača te moraju pozivati na turnir nove, alarm je i FIFA-i da bismo nešto slično nažalost mogli gledati i krajem godine na nogometnom SP-u kojem je domaćin Katar.

Zato bi krovna svjetska nogometna organizacija poučena ovim događajima trebala unaprijed reagirati i omogućiti izbornicima da na Mundijalu reprezentacije mogu imati u kadru i više od dosad po propisima dopuštena 23 igrača.

EHF je prvotno reprezentacijama koje su na završnici u Mađarskoj i Slovačkoj propisao da mogu imati do 35 igrača na širem preliminarnom popisu s kojeg je svaka reprezentacija potom odabirala po 20...
