Konačna odluka Međunarodne rukometne federacije (IHF) po pitanju održavanja kvalifikacijskih turnira za Olimpijske igre u Tokiju i dalje se čeka, no nakon videokonferencije čelnika rukometnih saveza sudionika tih turnira neslužbeno su se pojavile neke opcije.

Jedna je od njih ta da bi se turnir u Montpellieru gdje su Francuska, Portugal, Hrvatska i Tunis mogao održati bez Tunisa koji zbog ograničenja vezanih za Covid-19 ne smije putovati u Francusku. U tom bi se slučaju preostale tri reprezentacije borile za dva mjesta koja vode u Tokio.

Moguće je i da se turnir preseli na neutralni teren kako bi Tunis ipak nastupio, a navodno je Hrvatska spremna ponuditi se kao zamjenski domaćin. Norveška je već odustala od domaćinstva zbog obvezne dvotjedne karantene za sve koji dolaze u tu zemlju pa se traži novi domaćin tog turnira.

Ako bi IHF odlučio otkazati sve turnire, onda bi se putnici za Tokio vjerojatno odredili po plasmanu sa zadnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva 2019., a među njima bi tada bila i Hrvatska. Odluka IHF-a očekuje se do kraja tjedna, možda već danas.

Konačna odluka Međunarodne rukometne federacije (IHF) po pitanju održavanja kvalifikacijskih turnira za Olimpijske igre u Tokiju i dalje se čeka, no nakon videokonferencije čelnika rukometnih saveza sudionika tih turnira neslužbeno su se pojavile neke opcije.

Jedna je od njih ta da bi se turnir u Montpellieru gdje su Francuska, Portugal, Hrvatska i Tunis mogao održati bez Tunisa koji zbog ograničenja vezanih za Covid-19 ne smije putovati u Francusku. U tom bi se slučaju preostale tri reprezentacije borile za dva mjesta koja vode u Tokio.

Moguće je i da se turnir preseli na neutralni teren kako bi Tunis ipak nastupio, a navodno je Hrvatska spremna ponuditi se kao zamjenski domaćin. Norveška je već odustala od domaćinstva zbog obvezne dvotjedne karantene za sve koji dolaze u tu zemlju pa se traži novi domaćin tog turnira.

Ako bi IHF odlučio otkazati sve turnire, onda bi se putnici za Tokio vjerojatno odredili po plasmanu sa zadnjeg Svjetskog prvenstva 2019., a među njima bi tada bila i Hrvatska. Odluka IHF-a očekuje se do kraja tjedna, možda već danas.

Čeka se konačna odluka IHF-a za olimpijske kvalifikacije : nove lokacije za turnire ili pak prema plasmanu sa Svjetskog prvenstva 2019.

Konačna odluka Međunarodne rukometne federacije (IHF) po pitanju održavanja kvalifikacijskih turnira za Olimpijske igre u Tokiju i dalje se čeka, no nakon videokonferencije čelnika rukometnih saveza sudionika tih turnira neslužbeno su se pojavile neke opcije.

Jedna je od njih ta da bi se turnir u Montpellieru gdje su Francuska, Portugal, Hrvatska i Tunis mogao održati bez Tunisa koji zbog ograničenja vezanih za Covid-19 ne smije putovati u Francusku. U tom bi se slučaju preostale tri reprezentacije borile za dva mjesta koja vode u Tokio.

Moguće je i da se turnir preseli na neutralni teren kako bi Tunis ipak nastupio, a navodno je Hrvatska spremna ponuditi se kao zamjenski domaćin. Norveška je već odustala od domaćinstva zbog obvezne dvotjedne karantene za sve koji dolaze u...
