Dobili smo dozvolu Stožera civilne zaštite splitskodalmatinske županije kako regatu možemo organizirati, pa ćemo i ove godine zajedriti na našoj tradicionalnoj Viškoj regati krstaša, premda će njeno 76. izdanje po svemu biti drukčije.

Prilagođeno novom-normalom jer se o zdravlju svih sudionika trebamo brinuti i pozivamo sve posade neka nam se pridruže u petak na startu prve navigacijske utrke u 11 sati ispred splitske gradske luke – najavio je kapetan Toni Mlikota, predsjednik jedriličarskog kluba Labud, trodnevno jedrenje kojim većina posada krstaša okončanje sezonu regatavanja. A „novitada” u svezi omiljene regate ima mnogo! Termin ostaje isti, jedri se od 16. do 18. listopada, dvije navigacije i jedna regata u portu, no sve drugo je novo.

Prvo odredište – umjesto jedrenja do Visa, ove godine se iznimno jedri do Starog Grada na otoku Hvaru. - Do sada je grad Vis bio suorganizator regate, no načelnik Stožera civilne zaštite grada Visa i gradonačelnik Visa Ivo Radica su mišljenja kako se ovogodišnja Viška regata treba otkazati, zbog opasnosti od zaraze Covidom 19. Odlučili smo zadržati tradicionalni format regate, ali na drugoj lokaciji te nam je u susret izašao Stari Grad uz punu podršku gradonačelnika Antonia Škarpe, pa će nam hvarski Paiz kako mještani zovu svoj grad, biti domaćin.

I 76. izdanja Viške ove godine smo iznimno nazvali Pa(V)iška regata – kazuje ispred organizatora JK Labuda, kap. Mlikota. Prijave se primaju isključivo on-line, neće biti ni sastanka kormilara a ni proglašenja pobjednika, sve kako bi se anuliralo nepotrebno okupljanje i izbjegla ugroza zdravlja svih sudionika od korona-virusa. Ujedno je start prve etape, u petak sa uobičajenih 9 sati „prebačen” na 11 sati zbog dolaska posada iz udaljenih destinacija.

Flotu taj dan čeka navigacija od Splita do Starog Grada u dužini 22 nautičke milje, u subotu je u suradnji sa domicilnim klubom „Helios” regata unutar luke kako bi i Starograđani mogli uživati u majstorijama posada, a u nedjelju je povratak za Split sa startom u 9 sati. Očekuje se flota od stotinjak brodova koja će zajedriti ove godine iznimno prema Hvaru, pa „labudaši” pozivaju Splićane da u petak uoči starta dođu na Sustipan i uživaju u fantastičnoj slici šarenih jedara ispred gradske luke..

Dobili smo dozvolu Stožera civilne zaštite splitskodalmatinske županije kako regatu možemo organizirati, pa ćemo i ove godine zajedriti na našoj tradicionalnoj Viškoj regati krstaša, premda će njeno 76. izdanje po svemu biti drukčije.

Prilagođeno novom-normalom jer se o zdravlju svih sudionika trebamo brinuti i pozivamo sve posade neka nam se pridruže u petak na startu prve navigacijske utrke u 11 sati ispred splitske gradske luke – najavio je kapetan Toni Mlikota, predsjednik jedriličarskog kluba Labud, trodnevno jedrenje kojim većina posada krstaša okončanje sezonu regatavanja. A „novitada” u svezi omiljene regate ima mnogo! Termin ostaje isti, jedri se od 16. do 18. listopada, dvije navigacije i jedna regata u portu, no sve drugo je novo.

Prvo odredište – umjesto jedrenja do Visa, ove godine se iznimno jedri do Starog Grada na otoku Hvaru. - Do sada je grad Vis bio suorganizator regate, no načelnik Stožera civilne zaštite grada Visa i gradonačelnik Visa Ivo Radica su mišljenja kako se ovogodišnja Viška regata treba otkazati, zbog opasnosti od zaraze Covidom 19. Odlučili smo zadržati tradicionalni format regate, ali na drugoj lokaciji te nam je u susret izašao Stari Grad uz punu podršku gradonačelnika Antonia Škarpe, pa će nam hvarski Paiz kako mještani zovu svoj grad, biti domaćin.

I 76. izdanja Viške ove godine smo iznimno nazvali Pa(V)iška regata – kazuje ispred organizatora JK Labuda, kap. Mlikota. Prijave se primaju isključivo on-line, neće biti ni sastanka kormilara a ni proglašenja pobjednika, sve kako bi se anuliralo nepotrebno okupljanje i izbjegla ugroza zdravlja svih sudionika od korona-virusa. Ujedno je start prve etape, u petak sa uobičajenih 9 sati „prebačen” na 11 sati zbog dolaska posada iz udaljenih destinacija.

Flotu taj dan čeka navigacija od Splita do Starog Grada u dužini 22 nautičke milje, u subotu je u suradnji sa domicilnim klubom „Helios” regata unutar luke kako bi i Starograđani mogli uživati u majstorijama posada, a u nedjelju je povratak za Split sa startom u 9 sati. Očekuje se flota od stotinjak brodova koja će zajedriti ove godine iznimno prema Hvaru, pa „labudaši” pozivaju Splićane da u petak uoči starta dođu na Sustipan i uživaju u fantastičnoj slici šarenih jedara ispred gradske luke..

Viška regata na Hvaru: korona je ‘skratila’ rutu, pa će na tradicionalnom nadmetanju krstaša flota jedriti do Starog Grada

Dobili smo dozvolu Stožera civilne zaštite splitskodalmatinske županije kako regatu možemo organizirati, pa ćemo i ove godine zajedriti na našoj tradicionalnoj Viškoj regati krstaša, premda će njeno 76. izdanje po svemu biti drukčije.

Prilagođeno novom-normalom jer se o zdravlju svih sudionika trebamo brinuti i pozivamo sve posade neka nam se pridruže u petak na startu prve navigacijske utrke u 11 sati ispred splitske gradske luke – najavio je kapetan Toni Mlikota, predsjednik jedriličarskog kluba Labud, trodnevno jedrenje kojim većina posada krstaša okončanje sezonu regatavanja. A „novitada” u svezi omiljene regate ima mnogo! Termin ostaje isti, jedri se od 16. do 18. listopada, dvije navigacije i jedna regata u portu, no sve drugo je novo.
