Split se ovog vikenda pretvorio u centar Hrvatske za sve parastolnotenisačice i parastolnotenisače. U tijeku je 26. prvenstvo Hrvatske u organizaciji stolnoteniskog kluba NEC u pomoćnoj dvorani Spaladium arene.
U ovogodišnjem izdanju grad pod Marjanom ugostio je 96 sportaša iz 16 hrvatskih klubova. Najveći je to sportski post-korona događaj za osobe s invaliditetom, a kako je tekla organizacija upitali smo alfu i omegu prvenstva, predsjednika Športskog saveza invalida Splita – Miju Bakića.
- Svjesni smo situacije oko ove pošasti koronavirusa. Morali smo napraviti određene preinake jer su neka prvenstva odgođena što nam je u jednu ruku išlo u korist jer smo tako financijski uspjeli sve pokriti – priča nam Bakić.
- 35,8! – na ulazu je ljubazna djevojka o tjelesnoj temperaturi “izmjerila” potpisnika ovih redaka. Sve preporučene mjere bile su ispoštovane. Uz neizostavnu dezinfekciju ruku, sve popratno osoblje i novinari bili su dužni nositi maske.
Nastup u Tokiju
- Svi smo malo ostali zatečeni cijelom situacijom, ali brzo smo se prilagodili – rekla je Anđela Mužinić, parastolnotenisačica koja je upravo prije koji dan primila radosne vijesti. Naime, 27-godišnjakinja će dogodine nastupiti na paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju.
Bit će joj to treći nastup i prilika za obranu ekipne medalje iz Rio de Janeira 2016. godine.
- Za vrijeme korone trenirala sam kod kuće. Nije bilo odmora, dapače, treninzi su bili svakodnevni – dodala je.
Srebrnu medalju u Riju je osvojila u paru s Helenom Dretar Karić (40). Simpatična Zagorka upoznala nas je sa svakodnevicom sportaša s invaliditetom.
- Prva tri tjedna za vrijeme korone trenirala sam kod kuće. Nakon toga smo ja i Anđela (nap.a. Mužinić) dobili propusnice za sportaše prve kategorije tako da smo mogli nesmetano trenirati – kazala je Dretar Karić.
Zlosretni virus uzeo je maha u sportskom svijetu. Tko nije stradao direktno, pogođen je financijski. Sponzori otkazuju, potpore je sve manje...
- Naš paraolimpijski odbor zadržao je sve naše stipendije i na tome smo im zahvalni. Znamo koliko je teška situacija u sportu u ovo vrijeme. Nije lako nijednom sportašu, a kamoli nama invalidima – zaključila je.
Helena čeka svoju ‘vizu’
Jednu od preostale tri vize za Tokijo trebala bi dobiti upravo Dretar Karić kao partnerica Mužinić u ekipnoj konkurenciji.
Za riječ – dvije o budućnosti sporta za osobe s invaliditetom upitali smo predsjednika Hrvatskog parastolnoteniskog saveza Dragana Rakića.
- Ima dosta zainteresirane djece, a na nama je da im osiguramo uvjete. Potrebne su im dvorane, oprema, natjecanja, nastupi...
Vjerujem da će se Hrvatski paraolimpijski odbor izboriti za još bolji status naših sportaša jer im je potpora zaista potrebna – zaključio je Rakić.
Svečano otvorenje upriličeno je jučer u 10 sati, a mečevi su se, na deset stolova, odigravali sve do 19 sati. Završnica je na rasporedu danas od 9, a natjecanja bi se trebala okončati do podneva.

Sandra Paović: ‘Sa suprugom planiram otvoriti hotel za pse’
U moru sportaša uočili smo i jedno dobro poznato lice. Naša zlatna paraolimpijka iz Rija 2016. Sandra Paović u društvu supruga došla je dati podršku parastolnotenisačima. U sportskoj mirovini je od 2017. nakon nastupa na Svjetskom prvenstvu, a otkrila nam je i čime se danas bavi.
- Želimo otvoriti vrtić i hotel za pse. Htjeli smo se okušati u nečemu van sporta, a psi su mi oduvijek velika ljubav. Fakultet sam završila, i to sportski menadžment. Nedavno smo uselili u novu kuću u Zagrebu. Lijepo nam je, stvarno uživamo –zadovoljna je Paović.

Split se ovog vikenda pretvorio u centar Hrvatske za sve parastolnotenisačice i parastolnotenisače. U tijeku je 26. prvenstvo Hrvatske u organizaciji stolnoteniskog kluba NEC u pomoćnoj dvorani Spaladium arene.
U ovogodišnjem izdanju grad pod Marjanom ugostio je 96 sportaša iz 16 hrvatskih klubova. Najveći je to sportski post-korona događaj za osobe s invaliditetom, a kako je tekla organizacija upitali smo alfu i omegu prvenstva, predsjednika Športskog saveza invalida Splita – Miju Bakića.
- Svjesni smo situacije oko ove pošasti koronavirusa. Morali smo napraviti određene preinake jer su neka prvenstva odgođena što nam je u jednu ruku išlo u korist jer smo tako financijski uspjeli sve pokriti – priča nam Bakić.
- 35,8! – na ulazu je ljubazna djevojka o tjelesnoj temperaturi “izmjerila” potpisnika ovih redaka. Sve preporučene mjere bile su ispoštovane. Uz neizostavnu dezinfekciju ruku, sve popratno osoblje i novinari bili su dužni nositi maske.
Nastup u Tokiju
- Svi smo malo ostali zatečeni cijelom situacijom, ali brzo smo se prilagodili – rekla je Anđela Mužinić, parastolnotenisačica koja je upravo prije koji dan primila radosne vijesti. Naime, 27-godišnjakinja će dogodine nastupiti na paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju.
Bit će joj to treći nastup i prilika za obranu ekipne medalje iz Rio de Janeira 2016. godine.
- Za vrijeme korone trenirala sam kod kuće. Nije bilo odmora, dapače, treninzi su bili svakodnevni – dodala je.
Srebrnu medalju u Riju je osvojila u paru s Helenom Dretar Karić (40). Simpatična Zagorka upoznala nas je sa svakodnevicom sportaša s invaliditetom.
- Prva tri tjedna za vrijeme korone trenirala sam kod kuće. Nakon toga smo ja i Anđela (nap.a. Mužinić) dobili propusnice za sportaše prve kategorije tako da smo mogli nesmetano trenirati – kazala je Dretar Karić.
Zlosretni virus uzeo je maha u sportskom svijetu. Tko nije stradao direktno, pogođen je financijski. Sponzori otkazuju, potpore je sve manje...
- Naš paraolimpijski odbor zadržao je sve naše stipendije i na tome smo im zahvalni. Znamo koliko je teška situacija u sportu u ovo vrijeme. Nije lako nijednom sportašu, a kamoli nama invalidima – zaključila je.
Helena čeka svoju ‘vizu’
Jednu od preostale tri vize za Tokijo trebala bi dobiti upravo Dretar Karić kao partnerica Mužinić u ekipnoj konkurenciji.
Za riječ – dvije o budućnosti sporta za osobe s invaliditetom upitali smo predsjednika Hrvatskog parastolnoteniskog saveza Dragana Rakića.
- Ima dosta zainteresirane djece, a na nama je da im osiguramo uvjete. Potrebne su im dvorane, oprema, natjecanja, nastupi...
Vjerujem da će se Hrvatski paraolimpijski odbor izboriti za još bolji status naših sportaša jer im je potpora zaista potrebna – zaključio je Rakić.
Svečano otvorenje upriličeno je jučer u 10 sati, a mečevi su se, na deset stolova, odigravali sve do 19 sati. Završnica je na rasporedu danas od 9, a natjecanja bi se trebala okončati do podneva.

Sandra Paović: ‘Sa suprugom planiram otvoriti hotel za pse’
U moru sportaša uočili smo i jedno dobro poznato lice. Naša zlatna paraolimpijka iz Rija 2016. Sandra Paović u društvu supruga došla je dati podršku parastolnotenisačima. U sportskoj mirovini je od 2017. nakon nastupa na Svjetskom prvenstvu, a otkrila nam je i čime se danas bavi.
- Želimo otvoriti vrtić i hotel za pse. Htjeli smo se okušati u nečemu van sporta, a psi su mi oduvijek velika ljubav. Fakultet sam završila, i to sportski menadžment. Nedavno smo uselili u novu kuću u Zagrebu. Lijepo nam je, stvarno uživamo –zadovoljna je Paović.
