Najbolji hrvatski paraplivač Dino Sinovčić (29) osvojio je zlatnu medalju na 100 metara leđno u disciplini S6 na Svjetskom paraplivačkom prvenstvu u  portugalskom Funchalu na Madeiri obranivši tako zlato osvojeno na SP-u 2019. u Londonu.

Sinovčić je pobijedio s rezultatom 1:16.83 ispred Argentinca Matiasa de Andradea s rezultatom 1:17.59, dok je broncu osvojio Talijan Antonio Fantin s rezultatom 1:19.86.

"Sretan sam i ponosan, ovo je veliki uspjeh. Obraniti titulu svjetskog prvaka je stvarno velika stvar. Potajno sam se nadao, da bi mogao biti prvi ili drugi. Na kraju je ispalo najbolje moguće. Nisam očekivao zlato s obzirom na put koji je trajao 36 sati. Tek sam sinoć u ponoć stigao u hotel, a danas odmah skočio u bazen" kazao je Sinovčić.

Mladi Splićanin je slavio ispred Argentinca koji je na paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju bio drugi sa 34 stotinke sekunde ispred brončanog Sinovčića.

"Znao sam da ću s Argentincem voditi borbu za prvo mjesto. Međutim, godinu dana nakon paraolimpijskih igara svi uzmu malo vremena za sanirati ozljede i odmoriti se. Lani je on bio ispred mene, sada sam ja bio brži. Uzvratio sam mu za Tokio. Međutim, i da sam bio drugi bio bi sretan, ovako nemam riječi." kazao je.

Sinovčić za četiri dana slavi 30. rođendan i nije mogao poželjeti ljepši poklon.

"Nije loš poklon za rođenda," dodao je sa smiješkom.

Peta je to velika medalja plivača splitskog Mornara na velikim natjecanjima u posljednjih pet godina.

Sjajnu seriju rezultata Sinovčić je započeo 2018. osvojivši zlato na Europskom prvenstvu u Dublinu, potom je u Londonu 2019. osvojio i svjetsko zlato. Uslijedila je pauza zbog korone koja je "zaustavila svijet", a na prvom velikom natjecanju nakon povratka u bazen bio je drugi na EP-u u Funchalu u svibnju 2021. godine, da bi u Tokiju iste godne osvojio i broncu na paraolimpijskim igrama. Sada se iz Portugala vraća s novim svjetskim zlatom.

Njegov trener Slobodan Glavčić istaknuo je kako je "Dino kontrolirao utrku od početka do kraja".

"Sve je odrađeno po planu, Dino je kontrolirao utrku od početka do kraja. Rezultat nam nije bio važan, bilo je bitno držati Argentinca De Andradea na oku. Na koncu je uspio, osvojio je zlato. Velike čestitke Dini i idemo dalje," kazao je Glavčić.

Zadovoljstvo nije skrivao niti izbornik reprezentacije Igor Berislavić koji je čestitao Sinovčiću i njegovom treneru na velikom uspjehu.

"Presretan sam zbog Dininog nastupa i obrane svjetskog zlata. Pritisak je bio jako veliki, međutim Dino je još jednom pokazao kako se zna nositi kada je najvažnije i najpotrebnije. S ovim zlatom smo otvorili natjecanje, a hrvatske boje u Portugalu još će braniti Paula Novina i Emma Mečić," kazao je Berislavić.

Dvostruki svjetski paraplivački prvak sada putuje u Sarajevo gdje će s hrvatskom reprezentacijom košarkaša u kolicima nastupiti na Europskom prvenstvu B i C divizije koje će se od 12. do 22. lipnja održati u Sarajevu.

"Imamo dobru ekipu, ekipa je motivirana i spremni smo za dobar rezultat. Ambije su porasle, u B diviziji smo, no trebat će se dobro pomučiti za plasman u viši rang. Dečki su odradili pripreme, ja nisam mogao zbog SP-a u plivanju. Doći ću pomoći koliko mogu," poručio je Sinovčić.

Dino od rođenja ima artrogripozu, rijetku bolest zglobova zbog koje ne može potpuno ni ispružiti ni saviti noge. Uglavnom je u invalidskim kolicima, ali može i kratko samostalno hodati, a u posebnim situacijama nosi i ortoze.

Prvu operaciju je imao kao jednogodišnje dijete, a do 2003. bilo ih je 15. Počeo je plivati 2004. u sklopu rehabilitacije, a njegov talent su prepoznali treneri iz PK Mornar.

Od 2006. je bio član plivačkog kluba za plivače s invaliditetom Cipal, a potom se vratio u Mornar. Kada ne pliva, voli igrati košarku u kolicima. Vozi i automobil, a vozački ispit položio je sa 18 godina iz prvog pokušaja. Jedan je od osnivača KK invalida Split.

Najbolji hrvatski paraplivač Dino Sinovčić (29) osvojio je zlatnu medalju na 100 metara leđno u disciplini S6 na Svjetskom paraplivačkom prvenstvu u  portugalskom Funchalu na Madeiri obranivši tako zlato osvojeno na SP-u 2019. u Londonu.

Sinovčić je pobijedio s rezultatom 1:16.83 ispred Argentinca Matiasa de Andradea s rezultatom 1:17.59, dok je broncu osvojio Talijan Antonio Fantin s rezultatom 1:19.86.

"Sretan sam i ponosan, ovo je veliki uspjeh. Obraniti titulu svjetskog prvaka je stvarno velika stvar. Potajno sam se nadao, da bi mogao biti prvi ili drugi. Na kraju je ispalo najbolje moguće. Nisam očekivao zlato s obzirom na put koji je trajao 36 sati. Tek sam sinoć u ponoć stigao u hotel, a danas odmah skočio u bazen" kazao je Sinovčić.

Mladi Splićanin je slavio ispred Argentinca koji je na paraolimpijskim igrama u Tokiju bio drugi sa 34 stotinke sekunde ispred brončanog Sinovčića.

"Znao sam da ću s Argentincem voditi borbu za prvo mjesto. Međutim, godinu dana nakon paraolimpijskih igara svi uzmu malo vremena za sanirati ozljede i odmoriti se. Lani je on bio ispred mene, sada sam ja bio brži. Uzvratio sam mu za Tokio. Međutim, i da sam bio drugi bio bi sretan, ovako nemam riječi." kazao je.

Sinovčić za četiri dana slavi 30. rođendan i nije mogao poželjeti ljepši poklon.

"Nije loš poklon za rođenda," dodao je sa smiješkom.

Peta je to velika medalja plivača splitskog Mornara na velikim natjecanjima u posljednjih pet godina.

Sjajnu seriju rezultata Sinovčić je započeo 2018. osvojivši zlato na Europskom prvenstvu u Dublinu, potom je u Londonu 2019. osvojio i svjetsko zlato. Uslijedila je pauza zbog korone koja je "zaustavila svijet", a na prvom velikom natjecanju nakon povratka u bazen bio je drugi na EP-u u Funchalu u svibnju 2021. godine, da bi u Tokiju iste godne osvojio i broncu na paraolimpijskim igrama. Sada se iz Portugala vraća s novim svjetskim zlatom.

Njegov trener Slobodan Glavčić istaknuo je kako je "Dino kontrolirao utrku od početka do kraja".

"Sve je odrađeno po planu, Dino je kontrolirao utrku od početka do kraja. Rezultat nam nije bio važan, bilo je bitno držati Argentinca De Andradea na oku. Na koncu je uspio, osvojio je zlato. Velike čestitke Dini i idemo dalje," kazao je Glavčić.

Zadovoljstvo nije skrivao niti izbornik reprezentacije Igor Berislavić koji je čestitao Sinovčiću i njegovom treneru na velikom uspjehu.

"Presretan sam zbog Dininog nastupa i obrane svjetskog zlata. Pritisak je bio jako veliki, međutim Dino je još jednom pokazao kako se zna nositi kada je najvažnije i najpotrebnije. S ovim zlatom smo otvorili natjecanje, a hrvatske boje u Portugalu još će braniti Paula Novina i Emma Mečić," kazao je Berislavić.

Dvostruki svjetski paraplivački prvak sada putuje u Sarajevo gdje će s hrvatskom reprezentacijom košarkaša u kolicima nastupiti na Europskom prvenstvu B i C divizije koje će se od 12. do 22. lipnja održati u Sarajevu.

"Imamo dobru ekipu, ekipa je motivirana i spremni smo za dobar rezultat. Ambije su porasle, u B diviziji smo, no trebat će se dobro pomučiti za plasman u viši rang. Dečki su odradili pripreme, ja nisam mogao zbog SP-a u plivanju. Doći ću pomoći koliko mogu," poručio je Sinovčić.

Dino od rođenja ima artrogripozu, rijetku bolest zglobova zbog koje ne može potpuno ni ispružiti ni saviti noge. Uglavnom je u invalidskim kolicima, ali može i kratko samostalno hodati, a u posebnim situacijama nosi i ortoze.

Prvu operaciju je imao kao jednogodišnje dijete, a do 2003. bilo ih je 15. Počeo je plivati 2004. u sklopu rehabilitacije, a njegov talent su prepoznali treneri iz PK Mornar.

Od 2006. je bio član plivačkog kluba za plivače s invaliditetom Cipal, a potom se vratio u Mornar. Kada ne pliva, voli igrati košarku u kolicima. Vozi i automobil, a vozački ispit položio je sa 18 godina iz prvog pokušaja. Jedan je od osnivača KK invalida Split.

Najbolji hrvatski paraplivač Dino Sinovčić u Portugalu obranio svjetsko zlato

Najbolji hrvatski paraplivač Dino Sinovčić (29) osvojio je zlatnu medalju na 100 metara leđno u disciplini S6 na Svjetskom paraplivačkom prvenstvu u  portugalskom Funchalu na Madeiri obranivši tako zlato osvojeno na SP-u 2019. u Londonu.

Sinovčić je pobijedio s rezultatom 1:16.83 ispred Argentinca Matiasa de Andradea s rezultatom 1:17.59, dok je broncu osvojio Talijan Antonio Fantin s rezultatom 1:19.86.

"Sretan sam i ponosan, ovo je veliki uspjeh. Obraniti titulu svjetskog prvaka je stvarno velika stvar. Potajno sam se nadao, da bi mogao biti prvi ili drugi. Na kraju je ispalo najbolje moguće. Nisam očekivao zlato s obzirom na put koji je trajao 36 sati. Tek sam sinoć u ponoć stigao u hotel, a danas odmah skočio u bazen" kazao je Sinovčić.
