Odbojkaši Mladosti Ribole Kaštela večeras u 20 sati u Milanu igraju uzvratnu utakmicu Challenge kupa protiv Allianz Powervolley Milana.

Put je to u nemoguću misiju – reći će mnogi nakon poraza Kaštelana u prvoj utakmici rezultatom 3:0. Premda je povijest više puta dokazala da riječ ‘nemoguće’ u sportskom žargonu  ne postoji, glavni cilj Mladosti ipak nije pokušati izbaciti daleko jaču talijansku momčad. Kaštelani se idu nadmetati. 

- Svjesni smo da ih ne možemo izbaciti, ali želimo im parirati. Ovo je povijesna prilika gdje se jedna kaštelanska momčad može predstaviti Talijanima i želimo se pokazati u najboljem svjetlu - kazao je uoči utakmice trener kaštelanske momčadi Ivan Rančić.

Sudeći po prvoj utakmici to možemo i očekivati. Mladost je pred svojom publikom, doduše, izgubila 3:0, ali su se Talijani za svaki poen dobrano namučili. Sva tri seta bila su neizvjesna do 15:15, a onda su tadašnji gosti ubacili u višu brzinu. Trener milanske momčadi Roberto Piazza bio je nakon utakmice pun pohvala na račun Kaštelana zbog pruženog otpora.

Aziz rastura

- Oni to nisu očekivali, a mi smo stvarno dobro odigrali. U uzvratu želimo dobiti širinu u momčadi za nastavak prvenstva, šteta samo što putujemo bez Cikojevića i De Marchija kojisu pod temperaturom, a upitan je nastup Medana – rekao je Rančić istaknuvši kako nije mala stvari imati 15 europskih utakmica u jednoj sezoni, zahvalivši pritom igračima i klubu.

Kaštelanima je ovo drugo cjelodnevno putovanje u razmaku od samo par dana. Prošli vikend putovali su na sjever Austrije, a sada prevaili još jedan 1800 kilometara zahtjevan put. Ritam se nastavlja narednih dana gdje ih čeka još dva daleka gostovanja.

No, vratimo se utakmici. Allianz Powervolley Milano je trenutno peta momčad izrazito jakog talijanskog prvenstva, a najveća prijetnja jest Nizozemac NimirAbdel Aziz. On im je glavni napadač koji je i u Kaštelima nosio najveći teret utakmice, posebno u trenucima kada je trebalo prelomiti set.

- Sigurno da je on njihov najbolji igrač. O tome govore sve novine i statističke brojke. Nevjerojatno je kako je visok u skoku i kako lako probija obranu. On je najbolji igrač protiv kojeg sam igrao – kaže najviši i ponajbolji bloker kaštelanske momčadi Stipe Perić. 

Kaštelanima neće biti lako, pogotovo ako tisuću navijača do posljednjeg mjesta ispuni dvoranu u Centru Pavesi. Ali zadaća je jasna – ako se već ispada ide se ispasti muški.

Odbojkaši Mladosti Ribole Kaštela večeras u 20 sati u Milanu igraju uzvratnu utakmicu Challenge kupa protiv Allianz Powervolley Milana.

Put je to u nemoguću misiju – reći će mnogi nakon poraza Kaštelana u prvoj utakmici rezultatom 3:0. Premda je povijest više puta dokazala da riječ ‘nemoguće’ u sportskom žargonu  ne postoji, glavni cilj Mladosti ipak nije pokušati izbaciti daleko jaču talijansku momčad. Kaštelani se idu nadmetati. 

- Svjesni smo da ih ne možemo izbaciti, ali želimo im parirati. Ovo je povijesna prilika gdje se jedna kaštelanska momčad može predstaviti Talijanima i želimo se pokazati u najboljem svjetlu - kazao je uoči utakmice trener kaštelanske momčadi Ivan Rančić.

Sudeći po prvoj utakmici to možemo i očekivati. Mladost je pred svojom publikom, doduše, izgubila 3:0, ali su se Talijani za svaki poen dobrano namučili. Sva tri seta bila su neizvjesna do 15:15, a onda su tadašnji gosti ubacili u višu brzinu. Trener milanske momčadi Roberto Piazza bio je nakon utakmice pun pohvala na račun Kaštelana zbog pruženog otpora.

Aziz rastura

- Oni to nisu očekivali, a mi smo stvarno dobro odigrali. U uzvratu želimo dobiti širinu u momčadi za nastavak prvenstva, šteta samo što putujemo bez Cikojevića i De Marchija kojisu pod temperaturom, a upitan je nastup Medana – rekao je Rančić istaknuvši kako nije mala stvari imati 15 europskih utakmica u jednoj sezoni, zahvalivši pritom igračima i klubu.

Kaštelanima je ovo drugo cjelodnevno putovanje u razmaku od samo par dana. Prošli vikend putovali su na sjever Austrije, a sada prevaili još jedan 1800 kilometara zahtjevan put. Ritam se nastavlja narednih dana gdje ih čeka još dva daleka gostovanja.

No, vratimo se utakmici. Allianz Powervolley Milano je trenutno peta momčad izrazito jakog talijanskog prvenstva, a najveća prijetnja jest Nizozemac NimirAbdel Aziz. On im je glavni napadač koji je i u Kaštelima nosio najveći teret utakmice, posebno u trenucima kada je trebalo prelomiti set.

- Sigurno da je on njihov najbolji igrač. O tome govore sve novine i statističke brojke. Nevjerojatno je kako je visok u skoku i kako lako probija obranu. On je najbolji igrač protiv kojeg sam igrao – kaže najviši i ponajbolji bloker kaštelanske momčadi Stipe Perić. 

Kaštelanima neće biti lako, pogotovo ako tisuću navijača do posljednjeg mjesta ispuni dvoranu u Centru Pavesi. Ali zadaća je jasna – ako se već ispada ide se ispasti muški.

Put je to u nemoguću misiju – reći će mnogi nakon poraza Kaštelana u prvoj utakmici rezultatom 3:0. Premda je povijest više puta dokazala da riječ ‘nemoguće’ u sportskom žargonu  ne postoji, glavni cilj Mladosti ipak nije pokušati izbaciti daleko jaču talijansku momčad. Kaštelani se idu nadmetati. 

- Svjesni smo da ih ne možemo izbaciti, ali želimo im parirati. Ovo je povijesna prilika gdje se jedna kaštelanska momčad može predstaviti Talijanima i želimo se pokazati u najboljem svjetlu - kazao je uoči utakmice trener kaštelanske momčadi Ivan Rančić.
