Pred Bijelima je zagrebački tjedan, a iza njih je serija od tri pobjede. Valdas Dambrauskas nedvojbeno radi dobar posao na Poljudu, ali prerano je još stvarati prave ocjene, kaže nam nekadašnji strateg Dinama, Mario Cvitanović - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Neozbiljno zvuči kada treneru dajete određene karakteristike, ocjenjujete mu rad nakon što je odradio tri utakmice na klupi nekog kluba. Bez obzira jesu li bile slabe ili kao u ovom slučaju bodovno besprijekorne. Nekoliko je tjedana u Hajduku, pokazuje da ima ideju, potvrđuje da istu zna i realizirati, međutim najveća iskušenja tek dolaze - kaže Cvitanović.

Svjestan da mu drži leđa

Rekli smo, zagrebački tjedan. A iza te sintagme stoje dva bitna susreta. Kup s Lokomotivom u utorak, dvoboj koji nosi ulog prolaska u polufinale. I to dakako nije sve, jer nakon Kupa u Kranjčevićevoj slijedi i prvenstveni dvoboj s Dinamom na Maksimiru u nedjelju.

- Definitivno dva susreta koji mogu bitno odrediti kamo ide Hajduk za nastavak sezone. Može se u onom najboljem scenariju dogoditi da se prođe u polufinale Kupa i dobije Dinamo, pri čemu euforija ide do neba. Ali, jasno je da postoje i druge opcije. Bit će zanimljiv tjedan kojem nijedan ozbiljan analitičar ne može predvidjeti konačni epilog, međutim jasno je da je Hajduk s tri posljednje pobjede napravio kvalitetne preduvjete uoči važnih utakmica.

Što je promijenio Dambrauskas, kako se prilagodio momčadi? Ključna su to pitanja s obzirom da je Hajduk tijekom listopada u četiri zadnje utakmice Gustafssona uzeo tek dva od mogućih 12 bodova.

- Rezultat je uvijek konačno mjerilo rada, ali bilo bi nepošteno kazati da u današnjem rezultatu novog trenera nema i rada njegovog prethodnika. U nekom detalju vas i sreća pomazi, kao što je Hajduka pomazila u Rijeci s pogotkom u 98. minuti. Činjenica je da je Dambrauskas podigao samopouzdanje momčadi, da je igračima vratio vjeru u pobjede. Uz to ide i bitan detalj, njegovo poznanstvo sa sportskim direktorom Nikoličiusom.

Toj relaciji veliku važnost pridaje Cvitanović kada se usporedi aktualnog i bivšeg trenera Hajduka.

- Dambrauskas i Nikoličius su već radili zajedno i jasno je da novi trener Hajduka ima punu podršku sportskog direktora. Razumiju se, lakše prepoznaju ideje i što je uvijek najvažnije, trener je svjestan da ima nekog tko mu drži leđa. Pored toga, Dambrauskas je pokazao veliku sposobnost adaptacije za svaku utakmicu. U tri-četiri tjedna na Poljudu nije imao vremena implementirati sve ideje, ali je shvatio mogućnosti igrača i shodno tome oblikuje momčad za svaku utakmicu.

Bit će vrlo zanimljivo vidjeti kako će taktički pripremiti momčad za Kup s Lokomotivom?

- Da, jako zahtjevna utakmica, jer Lokomotiva je momčad kojoj Hajduk odgovara. Fokusirana je na brzu tranziciju, ima mlade, poletne igrače i rekao bih da im “leži”stil igre Hajduka. U obje prvenstvene utakmice imao je Hajduk problema s Lokomotivom. Ovog puta domaćin je s bitno manjim pritiskom, a Hajduk mora proći u polufinale i time zadržati ambiciju osvajanja trofeja.

Dva velika napora

Ali, čak ni taj prolaz nije specijalni rezultat. Jer, četiri dana nakon Kranjčevićeve treba otići na noge Dinamu u Maksimir.

- Istina, treba igrače pripremiti na dva velika mentalna i fizička napora. Jer, obje su utakmice važne i nema one koja je bitnija. Najvažnija je prva sljedeća.

Tako zbori i Dambrauskas pokušavajući držati momčad s “obje noge na zemlji”.

- Ima spuštajuću retoriku kako mi treneri volimo kazati. Odlično se adaptirao na Split, zna kakva je atmosfera u gradu, kako svi brzo polete, međutim neće ni ta retorika uvijek biti djelotvorna. Očito je da je Dambrauskas prepoznao ozračje sredine u kojoj radi, pritom mu je i sportski direktor dodao vlastita iskustva. Ali, tražit će navijači da se retorika pojača, da njihov trener obeća pobjedu pred neki gostujući derbi. Bit će izazova na svim razinama,

Da, bit će izazova, ali Hajduk se definitivno vratio. Hajduk je opet u igri za oba trofeja.

- Veliki plus za HNL je povratak Hajduka u borbu za vrh, jer ta činjenica kompletnoj ligi daje na zanimljivosti. Hajduk se vratio zahvaljujući svojim pobjedama, ali i pogreškama Dinama. Modri su konkurentima ponudili šansu koji su oni iskoristili, ponajbolje Osijek. Najviše je bodova prosuo Dinamo, ali ovaj tjedan ima priliku za veliki comeback. Kao i Hajduk, jasno. Pritom je bitno reći, svi su gospodari vlastite sudbine. Hajduk ima šansu otvoriti put prema oba trofeja, ali pitat će se nešto i protivnike. Jako interesantan tjedan za Dambrauskasa i Hajduk.

Pred Bijelima je zagrebački tjedan, a iza njih je serija od tri pobjede. Valdas Dambrauskas nedvojbeno radi dobar posao na Poljudu, ali prerano je još stvarati prave ocjene, kaže nam nekadašnji strateg Dinama, Mario Cvitanović - pišu Sportske novosti.

- Neozbiljno zvuči kada treneru dajete određene karakteristike, ocjenjujete mu rad nakon što je odradio tri utakmice na klupi nekog kluba. Bez obzira jesu li bile slabe ili kao u ovom slučaju bodovno besprijekorne. Nekoliko je tjedana u Hajduku, pokazuje da ima ideju, potvrđuje da istu zna i realizirati, međutim najveća iskušenja tek dolaze - kaže Cvitanović.

Svjestan da mu drži leđa

Rekli smo, zagrebački tjedan. A iza te sintagme stoje dva bitna susreta. Kup s Lokomotivom u utorak, dvoboj koji nosi ulog prolaska u polufinale. I to dakako nije sve, jer nakon Kupa u Kranjčevićevoj slijedi i prvenstveni dvoboj s Dinamom na Maksimiru u nedjelju.

- Definitivno dva susreta koji mogu bitno odrediti kamo ide Hajduk za nastavak sezone. Može se u onom najboljem scenariju dogoditi da se prođe u polufinale Kupa i dobije Dinamo, pri čemu euforija ide do neba. Ali, jasno je da postoje i druge opcije. Bit će zanimljiv tjedan kojem nijedan ozbiljan analitičar ne može predvidjeti konačni epilog, međutim jasno je da je Hajduk s tri posljednje pobjede napravio kvalitetne preduvjete uoči važnih utakmica.

Što je promijenio Dambrauskas, kako se prilagodio momčadi? Ključna su to pitanja s obzirom da je Hajduk tijekom listopada u četiri zadnje utakmice Gustafssona uzeo tek dva od mogućih 12 bodova.

- Rezultat je uvijek konačno mjerilo rada, ali bilo bi nepošteno kazati da u današnjem rezultatu novog trenera nema i rada njegovog prethodnika. U nekom detalju vas i sreća pomazi, kao što je Hajduka pomazila u Rijeci s pogotkom u 98. minuti. Činjenica je da je Dambrauskas podigao samopouzdanje momčadi, da je igračima vratio vjeru u pobjede. Uz to ide i bitan detalj, njegovo poznanstvo sa sportskim direktorom Nikoličiusom.

Toj relaciji veliku važnost pridaje Cvitanović kada se usporedi aktualnog i bivšeg trenera Hajduka.

- Dambrauskas i Nikoličius su već radili zajedno i jasno je da novi trener Hajduka ima punu podršku sportskog direktora. Razumiju se, lakše prepoznaju ideje i što je uvijek najvažnije, trener je svjestan da ima nekog tko mu drži leđa. Pored toga, Dambrauskas je pokazao veliku sposobnost adaptacije za svaku utakmicu. U tri-četiri tjedna na Poljudu nije imao vremena implementirati sve ideje, ali je shvatio mogućnosti igrača i shodno tome oblikuje momčad za svaku utakmicu.

Bit će vrlo zanimljivo vidjeti kako će taktički pripremiti momčad za Kup s Lokomotivom?

- Da, jako zahtjevna utakmica, jer Lokomotiva je momčad kojoj Hajduk odgovara. Fokusirana je na brzu tranziciju, ima mlade, poletne igrače i rekao bih da im “leži”stil igre Hajduka. U obje prvenstvene utakmice imao je Hajduk problema s Lokomotivom. Ovog puta domaćin je s bitno manjim pritiskom, a Hajduk mora proći u polufinale i time zadržati ambiciju osvajanja trofeja.

Dva velika napora

Ali, čak ni taj prolaz nije specijalni rezultat. Jer, četiri dana nakon Kranjčevićeve treba otići na noge Dinamu u Maksimir.

- Istina, treba igrače pripremiti na dva velika mentalna i fizička napora. Jer, obje su utakmice važne i nema one koja je bitnija. Najvažnija je prva sljedeća.

Tako zbori i Dambrauskas pokušavajući držati momčad s “obje noge na zemlji”.

- Ima spuštajuću retoriku kako mi treneri volimo kazati. Odlično se adaptirao na Split, zna kakva je atmosfera u gradu, kako svi brzo polete, međutim neće ni ta retorika uvijek biti djelotvorna. Očito je da je Dambrauskas prepoznao ozračje sredine u kojoj radi, pritom mu je i sportski direktor dodao vlastita iskustva. Ali, tražit će navijači da se retorika pojača, da njihov trener obeća pobjedu pred neki gostujući derbi. Bit će izazova na svim razinama,

Da, bit će izazova, ali Hajduk se definitivno vratio. Hajduk je opet u igri za oba trofeja.

- Veliki plus za HNL je povratak Hajduka u borbu za vrh, jer ta činjenica kompletnoj ligi daje na zanimljivosti. Hajduk se vratio zahvaljujući svojim pobjedama, ali i pogreškama Dinama. Modri su konkurentima ponudili šansu koji su oni iskoristili, ponajbolje Osijek. Najviše je bodova prosuo Dinamo, ali ovaj tjedan ima priliku za veliki comeback. Kao i Hajduk, jasno. Pritom je bitno reći, svi su gospodari vlastite sudbine. Hajduk ima šansu otvoriti put prema oba trofeja, ali pitat će se nešto i protivnike. Jako interesantan tjedan za Dambrauskasa i Hajduk.
