Izvršavajući želju mnogih generacija svih klupskih uzrasta HNK Hajduk, a uz suglasnost obitelji, Klub je u povodu 100 godina organiziranog rada s mlađim uzrastima  donio odluku da se od 18. ožujka 2019. godine klupska nogometna akademija službeno naziva:

AKADEMIJA HNK HAJDUK "LUKA KALITERNA“

Organizirani rad s juniorima započeo je odmah nakon Prvog svjetskog rata, u proljeće 1919. godine, kada se pod stručnim nadzorom trenera Luke Kaliterne, koji je za ono vrijeme u treniranje uveo nove, moderne metode, okupila grupa nadarene djece koje je u “Lukinoj školi” radila i učila pune četiri godine. 

Nije stoga bilo nikakvo iznenađenje, pogotovo za one koji su bili upućeni u ozbiljan rad, da je prva smjena generacija prošla ne samo bezbolno, već su se baš od tada počele pisati prve zlatne stranice Hajdukove povijesti. Naravno, to se nije ponavljalo kod svake smjene generacija, ali su Hajdukovi mlađi uzrasti kroz cijelu povijest bili izvor iz kojega su se crpile nove snage; oni su trajno, nekada više, nekada manje, pomlađivali pomalo umorni “bijeli stroj”, dajući mu uvijek svježe elemente.

Središnje obilježavanje stotog rođendana Akademije bit će 18. ožujka.

Izvršavajući želju mnogih generacija svih klupskih uzrasta HNK Hajduk, a uz suglasnost obitelji, Klub je u povodu 100 godina organiziranog rada s mlađim uzrastima  donio odluku da se od 18. ožujka 2019. godine klupska nogometna akademija službeno naziva:

AKADEMIJA HNK HAJDUK "LUKA KALITERNA“

Organizirani rad s juniorima započeo je odmah nakon Prvog svjetskog rata, u proljeće 1919. godine, kada se pod stručnim nadzorom trenera Luke Kaliterne, koji je za ono vrijeme u treniranje uveo nove, moderne metode, okupila grupa nadarene djece koje je u “Lukinoj školi” radila i učila pune četiri godine. 

Nije stoga bilo nikakvo iznenađenje, pogotovo za one koji su bili upućeni u ozbiljan rad, da je prva smjena generacija prošla ne samo bezbolno, već su se baš od tada počele pisati prve zlatne stranice Hajdukove povijesti. Naravno, to se nije ponavljalo kod svake smjene generacija, ali su Hajdukovi mlađi uzrasti kroz cijelu povijest bili izvor iz kojega su se crpile nove snage; oni su trajno, nekada više, nekada manje, pomlađivali pomalo umorni “bijeli stroj”, dajući mu uvijek svježe elemente.

Središnje obilježavanje stotog rođendana Akademije bit će 18. ožujka.
