Na oproštaju s Perom Nadovezom, na komemoraciji o Nadovezi se govorilo biranim riječima. Izdvojili smo, evo što je rekao Nikica Cukrov:

- Okupio si nas kao pravi vođa u hajdučkoj nogometnoj katedrali da se na dostojanstven način oprostimo od nama dragog prijatelja, vrhunskog igrača, hajdučke legende, dokazanog trenera, nogometnog pedagoga. Kao tvog sugrađanina, dopala me čast da se u ime veterana NK Šibenika i brojnih Šibenčana oprostim od tebe. Smrt je u našim godinama postala svakodnevica, ali tvoja nije običan rastanak jer je pogodila širok sportski auditorij. Tvoja je nogometna veličina bila planetarna, ti si bio ‘Pere, splitski Pele‘. Mene osobno vežu uspomene kad si me nagovarao da dođem u Hajduk, što sam i napravio. Poslušao sam te, postao sam igrač Hajduka, a dočekao sam i da mi ti budeš trener. Proveli smo dugo vremena zajedno, proveo sam u Hajduku svih pet godina s tobom. Imao sam čast pod tvojim vodstvom 1984. osvojiti Kup ondašnje Jugoslavije i igrati u polufinalu Kupa UEFA, što je jedan od najvećih rezultata Hajduka - rekao je Cukrov.

Dojmljive riječi uputio je Ante Ivković Zonzi, u ime veterana Hajduka:

-  Pokušat ću oslikat Peru onakvim kakvim ga nitko nije poznavao, osim njegove supruge. Moj prvi susret s njim bio je ispred starog doma, kad mi je rekao: ‘Mali, uzmi moju torbu i odnesi je do autobusa‘. Ja sam to i napravio, imao sam 17 godina, a on me zagrlio i rekao mi: ‘Nemoj misliti da se ja pravim važan, ali zapamti - uvijek poslušaj starijega‘. Sjećam se i moje prve utakmice nakon dvije godine, protivnik je bio OFK Beograd, to su bile najteže godine Hajduka. Nadoveza je dao dva gola, bio je strijelac, držao Hajduk na kisiku, nama zarađivao premije, bili smo mu svi zahvalni. U Splitu dobijemo Crvenu zvezdu, premija je bila 90.000 dinara, što je bio velik novac, a ja nisam imao ugovor. On je došao, udario šakom u stol upravi i rekao: ‘Malome dajte novac jer i on je igrao‘. I daju mi. Dođem u školu, profesor me istjera jer je on imao plaću 12.000. Dođem doma, donesem novac, a mater mi opali trisku da odakle mi tolike pare, gdje sam ukrao?! Sutra sam Nadovezi rekao da sam radi njega dobio trisku, na što se on samo nasmijao.

Nastavio je Ivković:

- Kad je kao trener osvojio Kup ovdje u Poljudu, nije htio primiti nagradu sve dok cijela radna zajednica nije bila nagrađena. To govori kakav je bio karakter. Imamo mi puno legendi, ali broj utakmica i golova je suhoparan. Peru su voljeli Get, Varoš, Matejuška. Bio je istinski hajdukovac. Došao je iz Šibenika, ali klubu je donio nešto novo, kao i Žaja. Bio je strašno privržen Branki i svojoj familiji. Bio je duhovit, a duhoviti su inteligentni ljudi. Kad je bilo najteže, šezdesetih godina, on je držao atmosferu, oko njega se sve vrtilo. Bio je legenda, ali je bio skroman. Po ljudskim kvalitetama on je bio prvi i to ga je razlikovalo od drugih - istakao je Ivković.

Anegdotu je ispričao i Ivica Šurjak:

- Imao sam 17 godina kad sam debitirao za Hajduk. Trener Luštica je došao u juniorsku svlačionicu i rekao: ‘Šurjak, igrat ćete centarfora, Nadoveza je ozlijeđen‘. Otišli smo u karantenu u Kaštela, došao je Pero dati podršku svim igračima, a najviše meni. rekao mi je: ‘Mali, ne boj se. Pun je stadion, svi smo uz tebe, dat ćeš gol. Čuva te Antić, prođi ga preko lijeve strane, brži si od njega. To mi je puno pomoglo. Nama najteže utakmice, Tuzla, Sarajevo, Zenica, gdje je bilo na nož, on je te utakmice obožavao. Bio je odličan igrač, još bolji čovjek.

Na oproštaju s Perom Nadovezom, na komemoraciji o Nadovezi se govorilo biranim riječima. Izdvojili smo, evo što je rekao Nikica Cukrov:

- Okupio si nas kao pravi vođa u hajdučkoj nogometnoj katedrali da se na dostojanstven način oprostimo od nama dragog prijatelja, vrhunskog igrača, hajdučke legende, dokazanog trenera, nogometnog pedagoga. Kao tvog sugrađanina, dopala me čast da se u ime veterana NK Šibenika i brojnih Šibenčana oprostim od tebe. Smrt je u našim godinama postala svakodnevica, ali tvoja nije običan rastanak jer je pogodila širok sportski auditorij. Tvoja je nogometna veličina bila planetarna, ti si bio ‘Pere, splitski Pele‘. Mene osobno vežu uspomene kad si me nagovarao da dođem u Hajduk, što sam i napravio. Poslušao sam te, postao sam igrač Hajduka, a dočekao sam i da mi ti budeš trener. Proveli smo dugo vremena zajedno, proveo sam u Hajduku svih pet godina s tobom. Imao sam čast pod tvojim vodstvom 1984. osvojiti Kup ondašnje Jugoslavije i igrati u polufinalu Kupa UEFA, što je jedan od najvećih rezultata Hajduka - rekao je Cukrov.

Dojmljive riječi uputio je Ante Ivković Zonzi, u ime veterana Hajduka:

-  Pokušat ću oslikat Peru onakvim kakvim ga nitko nije poznavao, osim njegove supruge. Moj prvi susret s njim bio je ispred starog doma, kad mi je rekao: ‘Mali, uzmi moju torbu i odnesi je do autobusa‘. Ja sam to i napravio, imao sam 17 godina, a on me zagrlio i rekao mi: ‘Nemoj misliti da se ja pravim važan, ali zapamti - uvijek poslušaj starijega‘. Sjećam se i moje prve utakmice nakon dvije godine, protivnik je bio OFK Beograd, to su bile najteže godine Hajduka. Nadoveza je dao dva gola, bio je strijelac, držao Hajduk na kisiku, nama zarađivao premije, bili smo mu svi zahvalni. U Splitu dobijemo Crvenu zvezdu, premija je bila 90.000 dinara, što je bio velik novac, a ja nisam imao ugovor. On je došao, udario šakom u stol upravi i rekao: ‘Malome dajte novac jer i on je igrao‘. I daju mi. Dođem u školu, profesor me istjera jer je on imao plaću 12.000. Dođem doma, donesem novac, a mater mi opali trisku da odakle mi tolike pare, gdje sam ukrao?! Sutra sam Nadovezi rekao da sam radi njega dobio trisku, na što se on samo nasmijao.

Nastavio je Ivković:

- Kad je kao trener osvojio Kup ovdje u Poljudu, nije htio primiti nagradu sve dok cijela radna zajednica nije bila nagrađena. To govori kakav je bio karakter. Imamo mi puno legendi, ali broj utakmica i golova je suhoparan. Peru su voljeli Get, Varoš, Matejuška. Bio je istinski hajdukovac. Došao je iz Šibenika, ali klubu je donio nešto novo, kao i Žaja. Bio je strašno privržen Branki i svojoj familiji. Bio je duhovit, a duhoviti su inteligentni ljudi. Kad je bilo najteže, šezdesetih godina, on je držao atmosferu, oko njega se sve vrtilo. Bio je legenda, ali je bio skroman. Po ljudskim kvalitetama on je bio prvi i to ga je razlikovalo od drugih - istakao je Ivković.

Anegdotu je ispričao i Ivica Šurjak:

- Imao sam 17 godina kad sam debitirao za Hajduk. Trener Luštica je došao u juniorsku svlačionicu i rekao: ‘Šurjak, igrat ćete centarfora, Nadoveza je ozlijeđen‘. Otišli smo u karantenu u Kaštela, došao je Pero dati podršku svim igračima, a najviše meni. rekao mi je: ‘Mali, ne boj se. Pun je stadion, svi smo uz tebe, dat ćeš gol. Čuva te Antić, prođi ga preko lijeve strane, brži si od njega. To mi je puno pomoglo. Nama najteže utakmice, Tuzla, Sarajevo, Zenica, gdje je bilo na nož, on je te utakmice obožavao. Bio je odličan igrač, još bolji čovjek.

Na oproštaju s Perom Nadovezom, na komemoraciji o Nadovezi se govorilo biranim riječima. Izdvojili smo, evo što je rekao Nikica Cukrov:

- Okupio si nas kao pravi vođa u hajdučkoj nogometnoj katedrali da se na dostojanstven način oprostimo od nama dragog prijatelja, vrhunskog igrača, hajdučke legende, dokazanog trenera, nogometnog pedagoga. Kao tvog sugrađanina, dopala me čast da se u ime veterana NK Šibenika i brojnih Šibenčana oprostim od tebe. Smrt je u našim godinama postala svakodnevica, ali tvoja nije običan rastanak jer je pogodila širok sportski auditorij. Tvoja je nogometna veličina bila planetarna, ti si bio ‘Pere, splitski Pele‘. Mene osobno vežu uspomene kad si me nagovarao da dođem u Hajduk, što sam i napravio. Poslušao sam te, postao sam igrač...
