Boksači splitskog Groma imali su zapažene nastupe na pojedinačnom prvenstvu Hrvatske u Zagrebu, kući su se vratili s tri medalje. 

Najsjajniju, srebrnu, osvojio je Marijan Brnić u superteškoj kategoriji (+91 kg) ostvarivši na tom putu i jedan od najbržih nokauta. U polufinalu je riječkog boksača Tonija Kasumovića nokautirao za samo šest sekundi!

- Nakon prvog udarca, lijevog krošea, odmah je sudac prekinuo meč. Ne pamtim brži nokaut. Bio je dogovor da probamo riješiti meč čim prije kako bismo finale dočekali što odmorniji. Marijan je takav profil boksača, jako udara. Protivnicima je u prošlosti znao slomiti čeljust i nos. Svima stvara probleme - kaže nam Marijanov otac Ivan, inače i osnivač BK Grom.

Pisali smo već o obitelji Brnić u kojoj se troje od četvero djece bavi boksom, a Marijan je s 21 godinom najstariji među njima. U finalu ovog PH Marijan je izgubio od višestrukog prvaka i olimpijskog kandidata Marka Miluna.

U kategoriji do 81 kg Petar Leskur uzeo je broncu nakon polufinalnog poraza od još jednog olimpijskog kandidata Luke Plantića iz BK Salona Solin koji je otišao do kraja i osvojio zlato. Dok su Brnić i Leskur nastupali u seniorskoj konkurenciji, u uzrastu mlađih seniora Gromov Filip Mimica u kategoriji do 64 kg također je osvojio brončanu medalju.

- Izgubili smo od najboljih, dakle u vrhu smo hrvatskog boksa. Nije mala stvar za ovako mali klub iznjedriti dva dobra i mlada boksača kao što su Marijan i dvije godine mlađi Leskur. Malo nas je poremetila korona jer sada možemo trenirati samo s natjecateljima, ali zadovoljni smo kako se klub razvija. Imamo puno mladih, a njima su upravo mladost i entuzijazam najveće prednosti - zaključuje Ivan Brnić.

Boksači splitskog Groma imali su zapažene nastupe na pojedinačnom prvenstvu Hrvatske u Zagrebu, kući su se vratili s tri medalje. 

Najsjajniju, srebrnu, osvojio je Marijan Brnić u superteškoj kategoriji (+91 kg) ostvarivši na tom putu i jedan od najbržih nokauta. U polufinalu je riječkog boksača Tonija Kasumovića nokautirao za samo šest sekundi!

- Nakon prvog udarca, lijevog krošea, odmah je sudac prekinuo meč. Ne pamtim brži nokaut. Bio je dogovor da probamo riješiti meč čim prije kako bismo finale dočekali što odmorniji. Marijan je takav profil boksača, jako udara. Protivnicima je u prošlosti znao slomiti čeljust i nos. Svima stvara probleme - kaže nam Marijanov otac Ivan, inače i osnivač BK Grom.

Pisali smo već o obitelji Brnić u kojoj se troje od četvero djece bavi boksom, a Marijan je s 21 godinom najstariji među njima. U finalu ovog PH Marijan je izgubio od višestrukog prvaka i olimpijskog kandidata Marka Miluna.

U kategoriji do 81 kg Petar Leskur uzeo je broncu nakon polufinalnog poraza od još jednog olimpijskog kandidata Luke Plantića iz BK Salona Solin koji je otišao do kraja i osvojio zlato. Dok su Brnić i Leskur nastupali u seniorskoj konkurenciji, u uzrastu mlađih seniora Gromov Filip Mimica u kategoriji do 64 kg također je osvojio brončanu medalju.

- Izgubili smo od najboljih, dakle u vrhu smo hrvatskog boksa. Nije mala stvar za ovako mali klub iznjedriti dva dobra i mlada boksača kao što su Marijan i dvije godine mlađi Leskur. Malo nas je poremetila korona jer sada možemo trenirati samo s natjecateljima, ali zadovoljni smo kako se klub razvija. Imamo puno mladih, a njima su upravo mladost i entuzijazam najveće prednosti - zaključuje Ivan Brnić.

Boksači splitskog Groma osvojili tri medalje na državnom prvenstvu

Boksači splitskog Groma imali su zapažene nastupe na pojedinačnom prvenstvu Hrvatske u Zagrebu, kući su se vratili s tri medalje. 

Najsjajniju, srebrnu, osvojio je Marijan Brnić u superteškoj kategoriji (+91 kg) ostvarivši na tom putu i jedan od najbržih nokauta. U polufinalu je riječkog boksača Tonija Kasumovića nokautirao za samo šest sekundi!

- Nakon prvog udarca, lijevog krošea, odmah je sudac prekinuo meč. Ne pamtim brži nokaut. Bio je dogovor da probamo riješiti meč čim prije kako bismo finale dočekali što odmorniji. Marijan je takav profil boksača, jako udara. Protivnicima je u prošlosti znao slomiti čeljust i nos. Svima stvara probleme - kaže nam Marijanov otac Ivan, inače i osnivač BK Grom.
