Prijevremeni izbori za gradonačelnika i zamjenike gradonačelnika Splita održat će se u nedjelju 26. lipnja, odlučila je Vlada u petak, donijevši i rješenje o raspuštanju splitskog Gradskog vijeća.

Ministar pravosuđa i uprave Ivan Malenica podsjetio je na sjednici Vlade da su splitski gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici podnijeli ostavke 8. travnja, čime im je prestao mandat te se, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi, raspisuju izbori jer im je mandat prestao prije isteka dvije godine.

Budući da je 20 od 31 vijećnika splitskog Gradskog vijeća podnijelo ostavke na dužnost, što znači da da je Gradsko vijeće trajno ostalo bez potrebnog broja članova za rad i donošenje odluka, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi, Vlada je donijela i rješenje o raspuštanju Gradskog vijeća.

Prijevremeni izbori za gradonačelnika i zamjenike gradonačelnika Splita održat će se u nedjelju 26. lipnja, odlučila je Vlada u petak, donijevši i rješenje o raspuštanju splitskog Gradskog vijeća.

Ministar pravosuđa i uprave Ivan Malenica podsjetio je na sjednici Vlade da su splitski gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici podnijeli ostavke 8. travnja, čime im je prestao mandat te se, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi, raspisuju izbori jer im je mandat prestao prije isteka dvije godine.

Budući da je 20 od 31 vijećnika splitskog Gradskog vijeća podnijelo ostavke na dužnost, što znači da da je Gradsko vijeće trajno ostalo bez potrebnog broja članova za rad i donošenje odluka, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi, Vlada je donijela i rješenje o raspuštanju Gradskog vijeća.

Prijevremeni izbori za gradonačelnika i zamjenike gradonačelnika Splita održat će se u nedjelju 26. lipnja, odlučila je Vlada u petak, donijevši i rješenje o raspuštanju splitskog Gradskog vijeća.

Ministar pravosuđa i uprave Ivan Malenica podsjetio je na sjednici Vlade da su splitski gradonačelnik i njegovi zamjenici podnijeli ostavke 8. travnja, čime im je prestao mandat te se, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi, raspisuju izbori jer im je mandat prestao prije isteka dvije godine.

Budući da je 20 od 31 vijećnika splitskog Gradskog vijeća podnijelo ostavke na dužnost, što znači da da je Gradsko vijeće trajno ostalo bez potrebnog broja članova za rad i donošenje odluka, sukladno Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj (regionalnoj) samoupravi,...
