Ponovo je, nažalost, aktualno pitanje broja i iskoristivosti atomskih skloništa. Grad Split ima 115 skloništa osnovne zaštite i deset dopunskih.

Premda se u pojedinim skloništima nalaze zakupci, jer se temeljem zakona javna skloništa u miru mogu davati u najam, mogu se isprazniti u roku od jednog dana.

- U svakom ugovoru o zakupu skloništa navedena je odredba kojom se zakupnik obvezuje, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, a najkasnije u roku od 24 sata, isprazniti sklonište od osoba i stvari i osposobiti ga za sklanjanje ljudi - odgovorili su iz Banovine.

Dodali su kako je u ugovorima navedeno da je zakupnik dužan, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, omogućiti ovlaštenoj osobi civilne zaštite obavljanje inspekcijskog nadzora skloništa. Isto tako, dužni su osigurati odgovarajući prostor za pravilan smještaj opreme skloništa, čuvati instalacije i uređaje u skloništu kao i ostalu opremu i elemente koji osiguravaju zaštitnu funkciju skloništa te je zakupniku izričito zabranjena adaptacija skloništa koja utječe ili može utjecati na temeljnu namjenu i zaštitne značajke skloništa

Premda je Banovini poslan upit koliko se osoba može skriti od mogućeg nuklearnog napada i je li taj broj skloništa dovoljan za grad Split, nisu odgovorili na taj upit.

Naime, prema Narodnim novinama, u gradovima i naseljenim mjestima prvog stupnja ugroženosti (a Split spada u takve gradove budući da ima preko 30.000 stanovnika!) u radijusu ili na udaljenosti od 150 metara od objekata koji bi mogli biti meta napada, treba planirati izgradnju skloništa osnovne zaštite otpornosti 100 kilopaskala.

Na udaljenosti od objekata koji bi mogli biti meta napada do 650 metara i u gusto naseljenim urbanim sredinama (kvartovima) treba graditi skloništa dopunske zaštite i skloništa za zaštitu od radijacije.

Prema stupnju zaštite i autonomije razlikuju se skloništa za dopunsku zaštitu, koja moraju izdržati nadtlak od 50 kilopaskala, te ljudima omogućiti višesatni boravak. Za osnovnu zaštitu, moraju osigurati nadtlak od 100 do 300 kilopaskala te sedmodnevni boravak, a ona za pojačanu zaštitu moraju izdržati izravan pogodak zrakoplovne bombe od 300 kg ili veće te 14-dnevni boravak.

Ponovo je, nažalost, aktualno pitanje broja i iskoristivosti atomskih skloništa. Grad Split ima 115 skloništa osnovne zaštite i deset dopunskih.

Premda se u pojedinim skloništima nalaze zakupci, jer se temeljem zakona javna skloništa u miru mogu davati u najam, mogu se isprazniti u roku od jednog dana.

- U svakom ugovoru o zakupu skloništa navedena je odredba kojom se zakupnik obvezuje, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, a najkasnije u roku od 24 sata, isprazniti sklonište od osoba i stvari i osposobiti ga za sklanjanje ljudi - odgovorili su iz Banovine.

Dodali su kako je u ugovorima navedeno da je zakupnik dužan, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, omogućiti ovlaštenoj osobi civilne zaštite obavljanje inspekcijskog nadzora skloništa. Isto tako, dužni su osigurati odgovarajući prostor za pravilan smještaj opreme skloništa, čuvati instalacije i uređaje u skloništu kao i ostalu opremu i elemente koji osiguravaju zaštitnu funkciju skloništa te je zakupniku izričito zabranjena adaptacija skloništa koja utječe ili može utjecati na temeljnu namjenu i zaštitne značajke skloništa

Premda je Banovini poslan upit koliko se osoba može skriti od mogućeg nuklearnog napada i je li taj broj skloništa dovoljan za grad Split, nisu odgovorili na taj upit.

Naime, prema Narodnim novinama, u gradovima i naseljenim mjestima prvog stupnja ugroženosti (a Split spada u takve gradove budući da ima preko 30.000 stanovnika!) u radijusu ili na udaljenosti od 150 metara od objekata koji bi mogli biti meta napada, treba planirati izgradnju skloništa osnovne zaštite otpornosti 100 kilopaskala.

Na udaljenosti od objekata koji bi mogli biti meta napada do 650 metara i u gusto naseljenim urbanim sredinama (kvartovima) treba graditi skloništa dopunske zaštite i skloništa za zaštitu od radijacije.

Prema stupnju zaštite i autonomije razlikuju se skloništa za dopunsku zaštitu, koja moraju izdržati nadtlak od 50 kilopaskala, te ljudima omogućiti višesatni boravak. Za osnovnu zaštitu, moraju osigurati nadtlak od 100 do 300 kilopaskala te sedmodnevni boravak, a ona za pojačanu zaštitu moraju izdržati izravan pogodak zrakoplovne bombe od 300 kg ili veće te 14-dnevni boravak.

Zlu ne trebalo, ali mnoge građane to sada zanima: saznali smo koliko Split ima atomskih skloništa i što će biti s njihovim zakupcima u slučaju najcrnjeg scenarija

Ponovo je, nažalost, aktualno pitanje broja i iskoristivosti atomskih skloništa. Grad Split ima 115 skloništa osnovne zaštite i deset dopunskih.

Premda se u pojedinim skloništima nalaze zakupci, jer se temeljem zakona javna skloništa u miru mogu davati u najam, mogu se isprazniti u roku od jednog dana.

- U svakom ugovoru o zakupu skloništa navedena je odredba kojom se zakupnik obvezuje, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, a najkasnije u roku od 24 sata, isprazniti sklonište od osoba i stvari i osposobiti ga za sklanjanje ljudi - odgovorili su iz Banovine.

Dodali su kako je u ugovorima navedeno da je zakupnik dužan, na zahtjev nadležnog tijela civilne zaštite, bez odgode, omogućiti ovlaštenoj osobi civilne zaštite obavljanje inspekcijskog nadzora...
