Još uvijek je neizvjesno, bolje rečeno rano govoriti o proglašenju elementarne nepogode za područje Splita. Kako nam je kazao gradonačelnik Ivo Baldasar, još uvijek nisu završile intervencije dežurnih službi diljem grada, tako da tek kada se situacija smiri slijedi stručna procjena.
- Popisat ćemo sve štete i kada vidimo koliko ih točno ima, donijet ćemo u suradnji sa županom Zlatkom Ževrnjom odluku ima li smisla proglašavati elementarnu nepogodu ili nema. Ovom prilikom bih zamolio sve upravitelje zgrada da obiđu objekte i popišu sve kvarove i štete, kojih je najviše na vodovodnim instalacijama. Sa Stano-upravom smo to već dogovorili - kazao nam je poteštat.
S obzirom na to da smo najprije o samom proglašenju elementarne nepogode još u srijedu poslali upit kabinetu župana, od njega smo dobili odgovor kako ide cijela procedura.
- Svaka jedinica lokalne samouprave, sukladno Zakonu o proglašenju elementarne nepogode, dužna je donijeti odluku o osnivanju povjerenstva za procjenu šteta na svom području koje za svaki grad ili općinu procjenjuje postoje li uvjeti za proglašenje elementarne nepogode. Ako se ti uvjeti ispune, gradonačelnik podnosi zahtjev županu za proglašenje elementarne nepogode te daje podatke županijskom stručnom povjerenstvu o razmjerima štete koje provjerava opravdanost te odluke. Tek ako se ona utvrdi, župan će proglasiti elementarnu nepogodu - navodi se u odgovoru iz županovog ureda.
No, tu priči nije kraj. Nakon navedene procedure, cjelokupna dokumentacija se šalje Ministarstvu financija koje odlučuje o prihvaćanju ili neprihvaćanju argumenata za proglašenje elementarne nepogode na području određene jedinice lokalne samouprave. Ove godine do danas u županiju nije stigla ni jedna prijava lokalnih povjerenstava za proglašenjem elementarne nepogode.
Štete će, kako smo već navodili, zbog pucanja vodovodnih cijevi biti velike u objektima u kojima se stalno ne živi, poput vikendica, apartmana i garaža, kao i u poljoprivredi. Kako doznajemo od Milana Stojića, predsjednika Mjesnog odbora Žrnovnica, najviše su zbog bure i hladnoće stradali kupus i blitva, a dio sugrađana nam je prijavio i velike štete na agrumima koji nisu bili zaštićeni.

Još uvijek je neizvjesno, bolje rečeno rano govoriti o proglašenju elementarne nepogode za područje Splita. Kako nam je kazao gradonačelnik Ivo Baldasar, još uvijek nisu završile intervencije dežurnih službi diljem grada, tako da tek kada se situacija smiri slijedi stručna procjena.
- Popisat ćemo sve štete i kada vidimo koliko ih točno ima, donijet ćemo u suradnji sa županom Zlatkom Ževrnjom odluku ima li smisla proglašavati elementarnu nepogodu ili nema. Ovom prilikom bih zamolio sve upravitelje zgrada da obiđu objekte i popišu sve kvarove i štete, kojih je najviše na vodovodnim instalacijama. Sa Stano-upravom smo to već dogovorili - kazao nam je poteštat.
S obzirom na to da smo najprije o samom proglašenju elementarne nepogode još u srijedu poslali upit kabinetu župana, od njega smo dobili odgovor kako ide cijela procedura.
- Svaka jedinica lokalne samouprave, sukladno Zakonu o proglašenju elementarne nepogode, dužna je donijeti odluku o osnivanju povjerenstva za procjenu šteta na svom području koje za svaki grad ili općinu procjenjuje postoje li uvjeti za proglašenje elementarne nepogode. Ako se ti uvjeti ispune, gradonačelnik podnosi zahtjev županu za proglašenje elementarne nepogode te daje podatke županijskom stručnom povjerenstvu o razmjerima štete koje provjerava opravdanost te odluke. Tek ako se ona utvrdi, župan će proglasiti elementarnu nepogodu - navodi se u odgovoru iz županovog ureda.
No, tu priči nije kraj. Nakon navedene procedure, cjelokupna dokumentacija se šalje Ministarstvu financija koje odlučuje o prihvaćanju ili neprihvaćanju argumenata za proglašenje elementarne nepogode na području određene jedinice lokalne samouprave. Ove godine do danas u županiju nije stigla ni jedna prijava lokalnih povjerenstava za proglašenjem elementarne nepogode.
Štete će, kako smo već navodili, zbog pucanja vodovodnih cijevi biti velike u objektima u kojima se stalno ne živi, poput vikendica, apartmana i garaža, kao i u poljoprivredi. Kako doznajemo od Milana Stojića, predsjednika Mjesnog odbora Žrnovnica, najviše su zbog bure i hladnoće stradali kupus i blitva, a dio sugrađana nam je prijavio i velike štete na agrumima koji nisu bili zaštićeni.
