Nakon sveobuhvatne procjene, a prvenstveno zbog zaštite pješaka, duž Grabove ulice, koja sa sjeverne strane omeđuje kompleks POS-ovih zgrada na Kili, postavljeni su metalni stupići. Radnici tvrtke “Point Split” ogradili su i drugu stranu kolnika i tako spriječili nepropisno parkiranje duž kvartovske prometnice. Unatoč protivljenju pojedinih stanovnika koji su nogostup shvatili kao bogomdan za parkiranje svojih limenih ljubimaca, predstavnici Gradskog kotara Mejaši su stali iza opravdanosti tog zahvata.

- Kada se zna da se na tom dijelu ulice nalazi dječje igralište, a uskoro će s radom početi i novi dječji vrtić, sigurnost najmlađih sugrađana bila nam je u prvom planu. Stoga smo nakon prošlogodišnje akcije postavljanja metalnih stupića s jedne strane Grabove ulice, ovih dana krenuli i s ograđivanjem druge strane kolnika. Na taj način spriječili smo nepropisno parkiranje, a ujedno vratili sigurnost pješacima – kazao nam je Vice Mihanović, kvartovski čelnik s Mejaša.

Vrijednost radova procijenjena je na gotovo 20 tisuća kuna, što uz oko 25 tisuća kuna izdvojenih za prošlogodišnji zahvat ograđivanja suprotne strane kolnika, čini ukupno oko 45 tisuća kuna za 74 metalna stupića. Što se tiče kroničnog nedostatka parkirališnog prostora, kotarsko čelništvo zajedno s udrugom “Nova Kila” će uskoro uputiti Banovini rješenje i dati prijedlog gradske lokacije od oko 1000 četvornih metara na području Kile, koja bi barem privremeno mogla poslužiti za smještaj vozila.

– Smatram da je došlo vrijeme da gradske vlasti počnu razmišljati i o pronalaženju rješenja nedostatka parkirališnog prostora i na istoku grada. Uskoro idemo s prijedlogom prihvatljive lokacije na Kili, pa se nadam da se gradske službe neće oglušiti – najavio je Mihanović.

Nakon sveobuhvatne procjene, a prvenstveno zbog zaštite pješaka, duž Grabove ulice, koja sa sjeverne strane omeđuje kompleks POS-ovih zgrada na Kili, postavljeni su metalni stupići. Radnici tvrtke “Point Split” ogradili su i drugu stranu kolnika i tako spriječili nepropisno parkiranje duž kvartovske prometnice. Unatoč protivljenju pojedinih stanovnika koji su nogostup shvatili kao bogomdan za parkiranje svojih limenih ljubimaca, predstavnici Gradskog kotara Mejaši su stali iza opravdanosti tog zahvata.

- Kada se zna da se na tom dijelu ulice nalazi dječje igralište, a uskoro će s radom početi i novi dječji vrtić, sigurnost najmlađih sugrađana bila nam je u prvom planu. Stoga smo nakon prošlogodišnje akcije postavljanja metalnih stupića s jedne strane Grabove ulice, ovih dana krenuli i s ograđivanjem druge strane kolnika. Na taj način spriječili smo nepropisno parkiranje, a ujedno vratili sigurnost pješacima – kazao nam je Vice Mihanović, kvartovski čelnik s Mejaša.

Vrijednost radova procijenjena je na gotovo 20 tisuća kuna, što uz oko 25 tisuća kuna izdvojenih za prošlogodišnji zahvat ograđivanja suprotne strane kolnika, čini ukupno oko 45 tisuća kuna za 74 metalna stupića. Što se tiče kroničnog nedostatka parkirališnog prostora, kotarsko čelništvo zajedno s udrugom “Nova Kila” će uskoro uputiti Banovini rješenje i dati prijedlog gradske lokacije od oko 1000 četvornih metara na području Kile, koja bi barem privremeno mogla poslužiti za smještaj vozila.

– Smatram da je došlo vrijeme da gradske vlasti počnu razmišljati i o pronalaženju rješenja nedostatka parkirališnog prostora i na istoku grada. Uskoro idemo s prijedlogom prihvatljive lokacije na Kili, pa se nadam da se gradske službe neće oglušiti – najavio je Mihanović.
