Do gradskoga stana ne može doći ni ljuta socijala, no, s druge strane, poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Splita baš i ne manjka. Jedan od tih prostora, a u pitanju je 40 metara kvadratnih velik uredski prostor na Poljičkoj cesti 31, splitski je gradonačelnik dao na korištenje političkoj stranci u strelovitom uspomu - ORAH-u, i to na rok od dvije godine.

Kad se uzme u obzir da su ostale političke stranke već zauzele atraktivne lokacije u strogom centru grada, možemo konstatirati da stranka Mirele Holy baš i nije dobila ured u najprestižnijem dijelu Splita. No, neće se baš ni istrošiti plaćanjem najma, budući da političke stranke plaćaju povlaštene najamnine.

Tako će naknada koju će ORAH uplaćivati na račun gradske blagajne za korištenje ovog poslovnog prostora iznositi samo 7,60 kuna po kvadratu, što bi mjesečno bilo oko 380 kuna, odnosno, rekli bi Hrvati, 50 eura. Dakako, ORAH će plaćati i režijske troškove.

Do gradskoga stana ne može doći ni ljuta socijala, no, s druge strane, poslovnih prostora u vlasništvu Grada Splita baš i ne manjka. Jedan od tih prostora, a u pitanju je 40 metara kvadratnih velik uredski prostor na Poljičkoj cesti 31, splitski je gradonačelnik dao na korištenje političkoj stranci u strelovitom uspomu - ORAH-u, i to na rok od dvije godine.

Kad se uzme u obzir da su ostale političke stranke već zauzele atraktivne lokacije u strogom centru grada, možemo konstatirati da stranka Mirele Holy baš i nije dobila ured u najprestižnijem dijelu Splita. No, neće se baš ni istrošiti plaćanjem najma, budući da političke stranke plaćaju povlaštene najamnine.

Tako će naknada koju će ORAH uplaćivati na račun gradske blagajne za korištenje ovog poslovnog prostora iznositi samo 7,60 kuna po kvadratu, što bi mjesečno bilo oko 380 kuna, odnosno, rekli bi Hrvati, 50 eura. Dakako, ORAH će plaćati i režijske troškove.
