Pojačane su kontrole komunalnih redara na području grada. Gradski kotar Lučac-Manuš je nedavno na svojoj službenoj Facebook stranici precizirao lokacije na kojima je dozvoljeno puštati pse bez povodca.
S obzirom na maleni broj prostora predviđenih za istrčavanje pasa, ovo se čini kao idealna prilika za kažnjavanje građana i lijepljenje kazni. Podsjetimo, kazna za šetanje psa bez povodca za fizičke osobe iznosi 66,36 eura. Grad Split je 2015. godine na planu grada označio je površine na kojima je dozvoljeno puštati pse, kao što se može vidjeti na fotografiji:

Isto tako se na fotografiji uočava kako su neki gradski kotari zakinuti za ovaj “luksuz”, a među takvima je i Lučac-Manuš.
- Na razini cijelog kotara Lučac Manuš ne postoji nijedna ograđena površina za puštanje i istrčavanje pasa. Zaključci Grada Splita koji propisuju na kojim lokacijama je to dozvoljeno, doneseni su 2014. i 2015. godine i apsolutno su zastarjeli.

Primjerice, izmjena 2015. je ukinula jednu od dozvoljenih lokacija, a nova nikada nije utvrđena. Znači, odgovornost je i na vodstvu kotara da odredi prioritete i na Gradu Splitu da revidira svoje propise i postupi u skladu s postojećim stanjem u kotaru – kazala nam je jedna od stanovnica kotara.

Dodaje da je pse trenutno dozvoljeno puštati poviše Vrzovog doca koji za to nije primjeren jer se nalazi u blizini prometnica. Druga lokacija je poviše škole Lučac, gdje se djeca svakodnevno igraju i prolaznici šetaju, pa zna doći do svađa između prolaznika i vlasnika pasa. Kaže da vlasnici pasa, u nemogućnosti pronalaska pogodnog mjesta ulaze u nogometne terene ispod Tvrđave Gripe pa dobivaju upozorenja komunalnih redara.
Predsjednica kotara Iva Tukić kazala je da je svjesna da problem postoji i da se trude pronaći najbolje rješenje.
- Mi u kotaru nemamo svoje zemljište, sve je privatno ili u procesu povrata. Pokušali smo napravit nešto pored Vrzovog doca, ali to je također jako maleni prostor. Ja vam nemam gdje u kotaru stablo posadit, jer je tako malo zemljišta u našem posjedu.

Dodaje da nisu krivi psi, nego vlasnici koji radi vlastitog komoda odlaze na igralište. Pokušavali su pronaći prostor i za izgradnju novog dječjeg igrališta, ali u gradskom kotaru Lučac-Manuš mjesta jednostavno nema.

Pojačane su kontrole komunalnih redara na području grada. Gradski kotar Lučac-Manuš je nedavno na svojoj službenoj Facebook stranici precizirao lokacije na kojima je dozvoljeno puštati pse bez povodca.
S obzirom na maleni broj prostora predviđenih za istrčavanje pasa, ovo se čini kao idealna prilika za kažnjavanje građana i lijepljenje kazni. Podsjetimo, kazna za šetanje psa bez povodca za fizičke osobe iznosi 66,36 eura. Grad Split je 2015. godine na planu grada označio je površine na kojima je dozvoljeno puštati pse, kao što se može vidjeti na fotografiji:

Isto tako se na fotografiji uočava kako su neki gradski kotari zakinuti za ovaj “luksuz”, a među takvima je i Lučac-Manuš.
- Na razini cijelog kotara Lučac Manuš ne postoji nijedna ograđena površina za puštanje i istrčavanje pasa. Zaključci Grada Splita koji propisuju na kojim lokacijama je to dozvoljeno, doneseni su 2014. i 2015. godine i apsolutno su zastarjeli.

Primjerice, izmjena 2015. je ukinula jednu od dozvoljenih lokacija, a nova nikada nije utvrđena. Znači, odgovornost je i na vodstvu kotara da odredi prioritete i na Gradu Splitu da revidira svoje propise i postupi u skladu s postojećim stanjem u kotaru – kazala nam je jedna od stanovnica kotara.

Dodaje da je pse trenutno dozvoljeno puštati poviše Vrzovog doca koji za to nije primjeren jer se nalazi u blizini prometnica. Druga lokacija je poviše škole Lučac, gdje se djeca svakodnevno igraju i prolaznici šetaju, pa zna doći do svađa između prolaznika i vlasnika pasa. Kaže da vlasnici pasa, u nemogućnosti pronalaska pogodnog mjesta ulaze u nogometne terene ispod Tvrđave Gripe pa dobivaju upozorenja komunalnih redara.
Predsjednica kotara Iva Tukić kazala je da je svjesna da problem postoji i da se trude pronaći najbolje rješenje.
- Mi u kotaru nemamo svoje zemljište, sve je privatno ili u procesu povrata. Pokušali smo napravit nešto pored Vrzovog doca, ali to je također jako maleni prostor. Ja vam nemam gdje u kotaru stablo posadit, jer je tako malo zemljišta u našem posjedu.

Dodaje da nisu krivi psi, nego vlasnici koji radi vlastitog komoda odlaze na igralište. Pokušavali su pronaći prostor i za izgradnju novog dječjeg igrališta, ali u gradskom kotaru Lučac-Manuš mjesta jednostavno nema.
