Obnova zemljišnih knjiga u zaleđu Splita, točnije u katastarskim općinama Srinjine i Sitno, traje više od 20 godina, što stvara velike muke mještanima tih splitskih mjesnih odbora i svima koji imaju nekretnine na tom području. 

Problem je kod ishođenja građevinskih dozvola, dozvola za iznajmljivanje, kupoprodaje nekretnina..., što bitno smanjuje vrijednost kuća i parcela na tom području. Ne čudi da su ljudi počeli gubiti strpljenje, jer ono što je u drugim katastarskim općinama diljem Hrvatske trajalo godinu ili dvije, ovdje se razvuklo na dva desetljeća!

Vapaj sa splitske periferije: ‘Na parcelama su nam upisani pokojnici iz doba Franje Josipa, a znate li zašto?!‘

Prvi Sporazum o provođenju katastarske izmjere između Državne geodetske uprave i Grada Splita sklopljen je 2003. godine, a izlaganje je počelo 2007. godine. Najviše posla oko sređivanja zemljišnih knjiga katastarskih općina Sitno i Srinjine obavilo se za vrijeme gradskih povjerenika Polda Gruice i Marija Bikića, ali je zapelo 2021. godine, kad ih je Grad Split prestao plaćati za taj posao jer su shvatili da njih dvojica ne mogu primati naknadu za taj rad budući da su ujedno i zaposlenici gradske uprave.

No napokon su se stvari pokrenule i imenovani su novi gradski povjerenici. Zrinka Mužinić Bikić, predsjednica Mjesnog odbora Srinjine, potvrdila nam je da se proces pokrenuo, ali se nada da će sve što prije biti gotovo jer ne mogu normalno funkcionirati dok se to ne riješi.

Ante Gabrić, predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Sitno Gornje, kaže nam kako je povjerenik za njihovo područje izabran prije mjesec dana. 

– Sada je prva faza završena i počelo se s drugom. Nadamo se da ćemo uspjeti sve riješiti jer su ljudi nestrpljivi – rekao nam je Gabrić.

– Katastarska općina Srinjine ima ukupno 8580 katastarskih čestica te da je s današnjim danom (15. ožujka, op. a.) izloženo 7110 katastarskih čestica, a za izlaganje je ostalo još 1470 čestica. Trenutno se izlažu katastarske čestice 3. zone, s obzirom na to da su tijekom veljače ove godine izložene sve katastarske čestice 2. zone – kaže sutkinja Rumora, te dodaje da je za ovu katastarsku općinu Grad Split imenovao povjerenika Ivicu Solju.

– Pritom valja navesti da se očekuje da će sudsko-katastarsko povjerenstvo tijekom ove godine izložiti sve parcele 3. zone i otvoriti zemljišnu knjigu za 2. i 3. zonu, a tijekom 2025. godine da će biti izložene i parcele 4. zone, čime će obnova zemljišne knjige za k.o. Srinjine biti dovršena. Nadalje, valja istaknuti da je tijekom 2023. godine otvorena 1. zona k.o. Srinjine Nova te da se zemljišnoknjižni podaci za ovu zonu smatraju istiniti i potpuni u pravnom prometu nekretnina – objasnila nam je Rumora. 

Što se tiče katastarske općine Sitno, ona ima ukupno 8476 katastarskih čestica. 

– Do danas je izloženo 5317 katastarskih čestica, a za izlaganje je ostalo još 3159 čestica. Grad Split je zaključkom od 25. siječnja 2024. godine imenovao povjerenika Čedu Pocrnića u postupku obnove zemljišne knjige za k.o. Sitna te je u tijeku izlaganje čestica 2. zone ove katastarske općine. Očekuje se da će sudsko-katastarsko povjerenstvo tijekom ove godine izložiti sve čestice 2. zone i otvoriti zemljišnu knjigu za 2. zonu k.o. Sitno, a do kraja 2025. godine da će biti izložene i parcele 3. i 4. zone, čime će obnova zemljišne knjige za k.o. Sitno biti dovršena. Napominje se da je tijekom 2023. godine otvorena 1. zona k.o. Sitno Nova te da se zemljišnoknjižni podaci za ovu zonu smatraju istiniti i potpuni u pravnom prometu nekretnina – za kraj nam je kazala glasnogovornica Općinskog suda u Splitu.

Obnova zemljišnih knjiga u zaleđu Splita, točnije u katastarskim općinama Srinjine i Sitno, traje više od 20 godina, što stvara velike muke mještanima tih splitskih mjesnih odbora i svima koji imaju nekretnine na tom području. 

Problem je kod ishođenja građevinskih dozvola, dozvola za iznajmljivanje, kupoprodaje nekretnina..., što bitno smanjuje vrijednost kuća i parcela na tom području. Ne čudi da su ljudi počeli gubiti strpljenje, jer ono što je u drugim katastarskim općinama diljem Hrvatske trajalo godinu ili dvije, ovdje se razvuklo na dva desetljeća!

Vapaj sa splitske periferije: ‘Na parcelama su nam upisani pokojnici iz doba Franje Josipa, a znate li zašto?!‘

Prvi Sporazum o provođenju katastarske izmjere između Državne geodetske uprave i Grada Splita sklopljen je 2003. godine, a izlaganje je počelo 2007. godine. Najviše posla oko sređivanja zemljišnih knjiga katastarskih općina Sitno i Srinjine obavilo se za vrijeme gradskih povjerenika Polda Gruice i Marija Bikića, ali je zapelo 2021. godine, kad ih je Grad Split prestao plaćati za taj posao jer su shvatili da njih dvojica ne mogu primati naknadu za taj rad budući da su ujedno i zaposlenici gradske uprave.

No napokon su se stvari pokrenule i imenovani su novi gradski povjerenici. Zrinka Mužinić Bikić, predsjednica Mjesnog odbora Srinjine, potvrdila nam je da se proces pokrenuo, ali se nada da će sve što prije biti gotovo jer ne mogu normalno funkcionirati dok se to ne riješi.

Ante Gabrić, predsjednik Mjesnog odbora Sitno Gornje, kaže nam kako je povjerenik za njihovo područje izabran prije mjesec dana. 

– Sada je prva faza završena i počelo se s drugom. Nadamo se da ćemo uspjeti sve riješiti jer su ljudi nestrpljivi – rekao nam je Gabrić.

– Katastarska općina Srinjine ima ukupno 8580 katastarskih čestica te da je s današnjim danom (15. ožujka, op. a.) izloženo 7110 katastarskih čestica, a za izlaganje je ostalo još 1470 čestica. Trenutno se izlažu katastarske čestice 3. zone, s obzirom na to da su tijekom veljače ove godine izložene sve katastarske čestice 2. zone – kaže sutkinja Rumora, te dodaje da je za ovu katastarsku općinu Grad Split imenovao povjerenika Ivicu Solju.

– Pritom valja navesti da se očekuje da će sudsko-katastarsko povjerenstvo tijekom ove godine izložiti sve parcele 3. zone i otvoriti zemljišnu knjigu za 2. i 3. zonu, a tijekom 2025. godine da će biti izložene i parcele 4. zone, čime će obnova zemljišne knjige za k.o. Srinjine biti dovršena. Nadalje, valja istaknuti da je tijekom 2023. godine otvorena 1. zona k.o. Srinjine Nova te da se zemljišnoknjižni podaci za ovu zonu smatraju istiniti i potpuni u pravnom prometu nekretnina – objasnila nam je Rumora. 

Što se tiče katastarske općine Sitno, ona ima ukupno 8476 katastarskih čestica. 

– Do danas je izloženo 5317 katastarskih čestica, a za izlaganje je ostalo još 3159 čestica. Grad Split je zaključkom od 25. siječnja 2024. godine imenovao povjerenika Čedu Pocrnića u postupku obnove zemljišne knjige za k.o. Sitna te je u tijeku izlaganje čestica 2. zone ove katastarske općine. Očekuje se da će sudsko-katastarsko povjerenstvo tijekom ove godine izložiti sve čestice 2. zone i otvoriti zemljišnu knjigu za 2. zonu k.o. Sitno, a do kraja 2025. godine da će biti izložene i parcele 3. i 4. zone, čime će obnova zemljišne knjige za k.o. Sitno biti dovršena. Napominje se da je tijekom 2023. godine otvorena 1. zona k.o. Sitno Nova te da se zemljišnoknjižni podaci za ovu zonu smatraju istiniti i potpuni u pravnom prometu nekretnina – za kraj nam je kazala glasnogovornica Općinskog suda u Splitu.
