USKOK je podigao optužnicu za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti protiv Ante Aleksića, bivšeg direktora splitske "Čistoće", a za isto kazneno djelo optužen je i poslovođa odlagališta Karepovac Marijo Jerkan, piše Dalmatinski portal.

Četvorica djelatnika Čistoće na odlagalištu, vozač Mirko Prančević, strojar Ante Čelić, rrukovatelj građevinskih strojeva Grgo Šolić i radnik Siniša Galić optuženi su za primanje mita kako bi onima koji su ima davali mito omogućili iskrcaj građevinskog otpada na deponiju.

Radilo se o manjim novčanim iznosima od 800 do pet tisuća kuna koje su podijelili među osobom. Osim šestorice iz Čistoće, u ovom slučaju je optužena još 21 osoba. Uz one koje USKOK tereti za davanje mita, tu su i oni koji su Aleksića i Jerkana poticali na zlouporabu, piše Dalmatinski portal. 

Aleksića terete da je kao v. d. direktora Čistoće i direktor tehničke službe s poslovođom odlagališta Karepovac Marijom Jerkanom, zaduženim za kontrolu materijala i otpada koji pristiže na deponij, prema prethodnom dogovoru na nagovor i traženje njihovih poznanika, također šestorice optuženih, omogućio odlaganje građevinskog otpada i drugog otpada koji se nije smio odlagati i kojeg je trebalo zbrinuti na odgovarajući način na drugom mjestu uz određenu cijenu.

Aleksić je, navodi USKOK, naložio zaposlenicima Čistoće da vozilima tvrtke s raznih adresa u Splitu preuzmu građevinski otpad i potom ga odvezu i odlože na Karepovac. Jerkan je odobravao prihvat takvog otpada, stoji u optužnici. 

U drugoj točki optužnice Jerkana terete da je na nagovor i traženje poznanika dozvolio odlaganje građevinskog otpada na Karepovcu. Tako je A.V. pribavljena korist od najmanje 21 tisuću kuna, M.B. najmanje 1500 kuna, M.T. najmanje 19 tisuća kuna, V.C. najmanje 16 i pol tisuća kuna, T.B.B. najmanje 43 tisuća kuna, T.K. najmanje 10 tisuća kuna, T.P. najmanje 12 tisuća kuna, a Z.B. najmanje 7 tisuća kuna, izračunao je USKOK. 

Treća točka optužnice odnosi se na djelatnike Čistoće Mirka Prančevića i Antu Čelića, koji su radili kao rukovatelji građevinskim strojevima te njihove kolege s deponija Grgu Šolića i Sinišu Galića, koji su bili zaduženi za vizualni pregled i pravilan prijem i odlaganja otpada. USKOK navodi kako su znali da se na Karepovcu može odlagati samo komunalni otpad, a oni  su, u nakani da se neosnovano koriste, tražili novac da omoguće odlaganje građevinskog otpada. Radnim strojevima prekrili su otpad zemljom, a novac međusobno podijelilil, piše Dalmatinski portal.     

Tako su na Karepovac, među ostalim, prebačena i zaražena stabla palmi. Zatrpane su zemljom, a ekipa iz Čistoće dobila je pet tisuća kuna za tu ‘uslugu‘. Čelića terete da je za primanje građevinskog otpada i zatrpavanje zemljom dobio 1500 kuna, kao i da je s Mirkom Prančevićem i Grgom Šolićem podijelio 2500 kuna za prihvat i zatrpavanje još nekoliko tura šuta. USKOK u optužnici navodi još niz situacija i novčanih iznosa koji su podijelili radnici na deponiju Karepovac u rasponu od 800 do 4 tisuća kuna. 

Aleksić je u obrani naveo da je već trideset godina zaposlen u "Čistoći". Smatra kako je najveći problem u Splitu što ne postoji reciklažno dvorište građevinskog otpada i da se na Karepovcu ne smije odlagati samo opasan otpad, kao elektronski otpad. Pitali su ga kako je onda Jerkan naveo da nije dopušteno odlagati građevinski otpad. Aleksić je kazao da ne zna koliko je poslovođa upoznat s tim i da oni nemaju u cjeniku cijenu za građevinski otpad, ali smatra da mogu primiti određenu količinu, oko 300 tona. 

Drži da nije napravio ništa pogrešno, već da je građanima pružio uslugu, odnosno, ubrzao proceduru jer, kako je objasnio, građani imaju pravo deponirati glomazni otpad koji je uvijek pomiješan s građevinskim otpadom, piše Dalmatinski portal.

USKOK je podigao optužnicu za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti protiv Ante Aleksića, bivšeg direktora splitske "Čistoće", a za isto kazneno djelo optužen je i poslovođa odlagališta Karepovac Marijo Jerkan, piše Dalmatinski portal.

Četvorica djelatnika Čistoće na odlagalištu, vozač Mirko Prančević, strojar Ante Čelić, rrukovatelj građevinskih strojeva Grgo Šolić i radnik Siniša Galić optuženi su za primanje mita kako bi onima koji su ima davali mito omogućili iskrcaj građevinskog otpada na deponiju.

Radilo se o manjim novčanim iznosima od 800 do pet tisuća kuna koje su podijelili među osobom. Osim šestorice iz Čistoće, u ovom slučaju je optužena još 21 osoba. Uz one koje USKOK tereti za davanje mita, tu su i oni koji su Aleksića i Jerkana poticali na zlouporabu, piše Dalmatinski portal. 

Aleksića terete da je kao v. d. direktora Čistoće i direktor tehničke službe s poslovođom odlagališta Karepovac Marijom Jerkanom, zaduženim za kontrolu materijala i otpada koji pristiže na deponij, prema prethodnom dogovoru na nagovor i traženje njihovih poznanika, također šestorice optuženih, omogućio odlaganje građevinskog otpada i drugog otpada koji se nije smio odlagati i kojeg je trebalo zbrinuti na odgovarajući način na drugom mjestu uz određenu cijenu.

Aleksić je, navodi USKOK, naložio zaposlenicima Čistoće da vozilima tvrtke s raznih adresa u Splitu preuzmu građevinski otpad i potom ga odvezu i odlože na Karepovac. Jerkan je odobravao prihvat takvog otpada, stoji u optužnici. 

U drugoj točki optužnice Jerkana terete da je na nagovor i traženje poznanika dozvolio odlaganje građevinskog otpada na Karepovcu. Tako je A.V. pribavljena korist od najmanje 21 tisuću kuna, M.B. najmanje 1500 kuna, M.T. najmanje 19 tisuća kuna, V.C. najmanje 16 i pol tisuća kuna, T.B.B. najmanje 43 tisuća kuna, T.K. najmanje 10 tisuća kuna, T.P. najmanje 12 tisuća kuna, a Z.B. najmanje 7 tisuća kuna, izračunao je USKOK. 

Treća točka optužnice odnosi se na djelatnike Čistoće Mirka Prančevića i Antu Čelića, koji su radili kao rukovatelji građevinskim strojevima te njihove kolege s deponija Grgu Šolića i Sinišu Galića, koji su bili zaduženi za vizualni pregled i pravilan prijem i odlaganja otpada. USKOK navodi kako su znali da se na Karepovcu može odlagati samo komunalni otpad, a oni  su, u nakani da se neosnovano koriste, tražili novac da omoguće odlaganje građevinskog otpada. Radnim strojevima prekrili su otpad zemljom, a novac međusobno podijelilil, piše Dalmatinski portal.     

Tako su na Karepovac, među ostalim, prebačena i zaražena stabla palmi. Zatrpane su zemljom, a ekipa iz Čistoće dobila je pet tisuća kuna za tu ‘uslugu‘. Čelića terete da je za primanje građevinskog otpada i zatrpavanje zemljom dobio 1500 kuna, kao i da je s Mirkom Prančevićem i Grgom Šolićem podijelio 2500 kuna za prihvat i zatrpavanje još nekoliko tura šuta. USKOK u optužnici navodi još niz situacija i novčanih iznosa koji su podijelili radnici na deponiju Karepovac u rasponu od 800 do 4 tisuća kuna. 

Aleksić je u obrani naveo da je već trideset godina zaposlen u "Čistoći". Smatra kako je najveći problem u Splitu što ne postoji reciklažno dvorište građevinskog otpada i da se na Karepovcu ne smije odlagati samo opasan otpad, kao elektronski otpad. Pitali su ga kako je onda Jerkan naveo da nije dopušteno odlagati građevinski otpad. Aleksić je kazao da ne zna koliko je poslovođa upoznat s tim i da oni nemaju u cjeniku cijenu za građevinski otpad, ali smatra da mogu primiti određenu količinu, oko 300 tona. 

Drži da nije napravio ništa pogrešno, već da je građanima pružio uslugu, odnosno, ubrzao proceduru jer, kako je objasnio, građani imaju pravo deponirati glomazni otpad koji je uvijek pomiješan s građevinskim otpadom, piše Dalmatinski portal.

USKOK je podigao optužnicu za zlouporabu položaja i ovlasti protiv Ante Aleksića, bivšeg direktora splitske "Čistoće", a za isto kazneno djelo optužen je i poslovođa odlagališta Karepovac Marijo Jerkan, piše Dalmatinski portal.

Četvorica djelatnika Čistoće na odlagalištu, vozač Mirko Prančević, strojar Ante Čelić, rrukovatelj građevinskih strojeva Grgo Šolić i radnik Siniša Galić optuženi su za primanje mita kako bi onima koji su ima davali mito omogućili iskrcaj građevinskog otpada na deponiju.
