Splitska je mladost zasjala na Danima hrvatskoga turizma u Šibeniku! Na natječaj "Promocija zanimanja i jačanje kompetencija strukovnih zanimanja za turizam", kojega provodi Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, snage su ujedinile dvije splitske srednje škole, Turističko-ugostiteljska i Elektrotehnička izradivši videoigricu "Treasure digging game". Kruna njihovog marljivog četveromjesečnog rada na izradi ove videoigrice je pobjeda u kategoriji najboljih projekata u realizaciji srednjih strukovnih škola iz sektora turizma i ugostiteljstva na Danima hrvatskoga turizma.

Cilj ove zanimljive videoigrice je upoznavanje Dioklecijanove palače, a glavni vodič pri tome je kujica Bela. Igrica funkcionira po principu da Bela trčkara po ulicama stare gradske jezgre te se uz pomoć djece turista koja ju navode približava skrivenom blagu, a skriveno blago je, dakako, naša kulturna baština. Kvaka je u tome da se i Bela nekada umori, a kako bi zadržala energiju potrebno je točno odgovoriti na što više pitanja iz područja povijesti grada i njegove kulturne baštine. Sve se ovo odvijalo pod mentorskom palicom nastavnika Andree Bilandžić i Marina Ivandića. U projektu je sudjelovalo 16 učenika, no nagradu su preuzeli predstavnici timova ovih dvaju strukovnih škola, Laura Jelača i Dominik Oreč.

 

Kroz projekte do prakse

Laura, bivša učenica Turističko-ugostiteljske škole i studentica turizma na splitskom Ekonomskom fakultetu, u turističku je karijeru već debelo zakoračila uzlaznom putanjom.

- Moje četverogodišnje školovanje dosta mi je pomoglo tijekom petomjesečne prakse u hotelu od pet zvjezdica "Radisson Blu" gdje sam radila na front officeu na recepciji. Posebno mi je pomoglo to što u Turističkoj školi učimo mnogo jezika, već sam savladala engleski i njemački, a talijanski je na putu. Svakako mi je pomoglo i to što smo se tijekom školovanja bavili digitalnim programima i računalstvom. Prije početka rada u hotelu naučila sam raditi u jednom recepcijskom sustavu, a tijekom prakse u "Radissona" sam to znanje samo nadogradila – zbori Laura koja nakon fakulteta cilja poprilično visoko te se, najvjerojatnije, vidi na poziciji menadžera.

- Raznovrsna sam osoba, međutim i prije srednje škole razmišljala sam o tome kako je pozicija menadžera idealna za mene. Volim i komunikaciju s ljudima pa mi ni Ministarstvo turizma ne bi bilo loša opcija – otkriva nam Laura svoje ambicije u budućnosti. Otkad je stupila nogom u srednju školu maksimalno se posvetila sudjelovanju na razno raznim projektima, a svakim novim projektom samo je nadograđivala prethodno stečeno znanje. Tako je, naime, i završila na recepciji Radissona. Tijekom natjecanja "WorldSkills Croatia" uočio ju je jedan od sudaca, inače menadžer ljudskih resursa u Radissona, i tako joj ponudio posao u hotelu. No, svjesni smo svi da turizam ipak ne čine samo uljepšane, vedre priče. Biti na usluzi drugima ima i manjkavosti.

- Ono što je nekada izazovno u ovome poslu je udovoljiti nerealnim prohtjevima gostiju. Neki su gosti uvjereni da turistički djelatnici moraju čitati misli. Razumljivo je da im trebamo pomoći i da od nas imaju visoka očekivanja, ali ta su očekivanja nekada nadrealna – navodi Laura i onu drugu stranu turističkoga sektora. Na pitanje tko su bolji gosti, naši ljudi ili stranci, uz malo previranja mislima, složila se da su domaći ljudi ipak zahvalniji gosti.

- Iz osobnoga iskustva mogu reći da su naši gosti razumljiviji jer su upoznati s time koliko je naš posao zahtjevan, pogotovo u srcu sezone – rezimira Laura.

 

Najzahtjevniji zadatak

Dominik, inače maturant Elektrotehničke škole, ovim je projektom također obogatio riznicu znanja.

- Proširio sam znanja iz 3D modeliranja jer se do sada nismo susretali s time, također smo radili na programima koji nisu inače dio školskoga kurikuluma. Morali smo praktički izgraditi cijelu Palaču, teksture, zidove, a onda dodati i funkcionalnost u igricu, primjerice lavež pasa, pozadinske zvukove i slično. S obzirom na to da je igrica prevedena na četiri strana jezika i to smo morali implementirati unutar sustava i to je bio možda jedan od zahtjevnijih zadataka - kazao nam je, ovaj, kako se nada, budući student FESB-a.

Splitska je mladost zasjala na Danima hrvatskoga turizma u Šibeniku! Na natječaj "Promocija zanimanja i jačanje kompetencija strukovnih zanimanja za turizam", kojega provodi Ministarstvo turizma i sporta, snage su ujedinile dvije splitske srednje škole, Turističko-ugostiteljska i Elektrotehnička izradivši videoigricu "Treasure digging game". Kruna njihovog marljivog četveromjesečnog rada na izradi ove videoigrice je pobjeda u kategoriji najboljih projekata u realizaciji srednjih strukovnih škola iz sektora turizma i ugostiteljstva na Danima hrvatskoga turizma.

Cilj ove zanimljive videoigrice je upoznavanje Dioklecijanove palače, a glavni vodič pri tome je kujica Bela. Igrica funkcionira po principu da Bela trčkara po ulicama stare gradske jezgre te se uz pomoć djece turista koja ju navode približava skrivenom blagu, a skriveno blago je, dakako, naša kulturna baština. Kvaka je u tome da se i Bela nekada umori, a kako bi zadržala energiju potrebno je točno odgovoriti na što više pitanja iz područja povijesti grada i njegove kulturne baštine. Sve se ovo odvijalo pod mentorskom palicom nastavnika Andree Bilandžić i Marina Ivandića. U projektu je sudjelovalo 16 učenika, no nagradu su preuzeli predstavnici timova ovih dvaju strukovnih škola, Laura Jelača i Dominik Oreč.

 

Kroz projekte do prakse

Laura, bivša učenica Turističko-ugostiteljske škole i studentica turizma na splitskom Ekonomskom fakultetu, u turističku je karijeru već debelo zakoračila uzlaznom putanjom.

- Moje četverogodišnje školovanje dosta mi je pomoglo tijekom petomjesečne prakse u hotelu od pet zvjezdica "Radisson Blu" gdje sam radila na front officeu na recepciji. Posebno mi je pomoglo to što u Turističkoj školi učimo mnogo jezika, već sam savladala engleski i njemački, a talijanski je na putu. Svakako mi je pomoglo i to što smo se tijekom školovanja bavili digitalnim programima i računalstvom. Prije početka rada u hotelu naučila sam raditi u jednom recepcijskom sustavu, a tijekom prakse u "Radissona" sam to znanje samo nadogradila – zbori Laura koja nakon fakulteta cilja poprilično visoko te se, najvjerojatnije, vidi na poziciji menadžera.

- Raznovrsna sam osoba, međutim i prije srednje škole razmišljala sam o tome kako je pozicija menadžera idealna za mene. Volim i komunikaciju s ljudima pa mi ni Ministarstvo turizma ne bi bilo loša opcija – otkriva nam Laura svoje ambicije u budućnosti. Otkad je stupila nogom u srednju školu maksimalno se posvetila sudjelovanju na razno raznim projektima, a svakim novim projektom samo je nadograđivala prethodno stečeno znanje. Tako je, naime, i završila na recepciji Radissona. Tijekom natjecanja "WorldSkills Croatia" uočio ju je jedan od sudaca, inače menadžer ljudskih resursa u Radissona, i tako joj ponudio posao u hotelu. No, svjesni smo svi da turizam ipak ne čine samo uljepšane, vedre priče. Biti na usluzi drugima ima i manjkavosti.

- Ono što je nekada izazovno u ovome poslu je udovoljiti nerealnim prohtjevima gostiju. Neki su gosti uvjereni da turistički djelatnici moraju čitati misli. Razumljivo je da im trebamo pomoći i da od nas imaju visoka očekivanja, ali ta su očekivanja nekada nadrealna – navodi Laura i onu drugu stranu turističkoga sektora. Na pitanje tko su bolji gosti, naši ljudi ili stranci, uz malo previranja mislima, složila se da su domaći ljudi ipak zahvalniji gosti.

- Iz osobnoga iskustva mogu reći da su naši gosti razumljiviji jer su upoznati s time koliko je naš posao zahtjevan, pogotovo u srcu sezone – rezimira Laura.

 

Najzahtjevniji zadatak

Dominik, inače maturant Elektrotehničke škole, ovim je projektom također obogatio riznicu znanja.

- Proširio sam znanja iz 3D modeliranja jer se do sada nismo susretali s time, također smo radili na programima koji nisu inače dio školskoga kurikuluma. Morali smo praktički izgraditi cijelu Palaču, teksture, zidove, a onda dodati i funkcionalnost u igricu, primjerice lavež pasa, pozadinske zvukove i slično. S obzirom na to da je igrica prevedena na četiri strana jezika i to smo morali implementirati unutar sustava i to je bio možda jedan od zahtjevnijih zadataka - kazao nam je, ovaj, kako se nada, budući student FESB-a.
