U Ministarstvu zdravstva su u ponedjeljak potpisani ugovori o javnoj nabavi 21 linearnog akceleratora za prevenciju, dijagnostiku i liječenje onkoloških bolesnika. U Klinički bolnički centar Split stižu četiri nova uređaja.
Ravnatelj KBC-a Split prof. dr. sc. prim. Julije Meštrović istaknuo je kako je nabava linearnih akceleratora ključan iskorak u osiguravanju veće učinkovitosti i kvalitete liječenja malignih oboljenja, bolje dostupnosti te kraćeg čekanja na preglede i zahvate.

Predstojnik Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju KBC-a Split prof. dr. sc. Eduard Vrdoljak zadovoljan je ulaganjem u radioterapijsku mrežu kao najkompleksniji modalitet onkologije.
– Novi uređaji osigurat će pravodobnu optimalnu radioterapiju bez imalo čekanja, što će rezultirati zadovoljnijim pacijentima i još boljim ishodima liječenja – kazao je predstojnik Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju.

Na Klinici za onkologiju i radioterapiju KBC-a Split već postoje dva linearna akceleratora, koji su u funkciji od 2009. godine, a dnevno se na njima obradi 120 pacijenata. Ovisno o dijagnozi i hitnoći njihova stanja, na radioterapiju u KBC-u Split čeka se između tri i šest tjedana.
Kako bi osigurao prostor za nove linearne akceleratore, KBC Split je pristupio rekonstrukciji Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju. Trenutno su u tijeku radovi na novom, dograđenom prostoru u kojem će biti dvije dvorane – bunkeri za linearne akceleratore te prateći tehnički i radni prostori za osoblje i pacijente. Planiran završetak radova je travanj 2024., a njihova vrijednost je 1.901.250,24 eura s PDV-om.

Nakon završetka radova, u nove bunkere će se smjestiti dva nova linearna akceleratora, a potom će se pristupiti uklanjanju dvaju postojećih starih uređaja, obnovi prostora u kojima se oni nalaze te instalaciji preostala dva nova uređaja. U obnovljene postojeće bunkere, uz linearne akceleratore, instalirat će se i novi CT simulator i uređaj za brahiterapiju.
Prof. Vrdoljak je najavio da nakon ovoga slijedi još jedan veliki korak za onkološke bolesnike, a to je program uspostavljanja Nacionalne onkološke mreže i baze podataka.

U Ministarstvu zdravstva su u ponedjeljak potpisani ugovori o javnoj nabavi 21 linearnog akceleratora za prevenciju, dijagnostiku i liječenje onkoloških bolesnika. U Klinički bolnički centar Split stižu četiri nova uređaja.
Ravnatelj KBC-a Split prof. dr. sc. prim. Julije Meštrović istaknuo je kako je nabava linearnih akceleratora ključan iskorak u osiguravanju veće učinkovitosti i kvalitete liječenja malignih oboljenja, bolje dostupnosti te kraćeg čekanja na preglede i zahvate.

Predstojnik Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju KBC-a Split prof. dr. sc. Eduard Vrdoljak zadovoljan je ulaganjem u radioterapijsku mrežu kao najkompleksniji modalitet onkologije.
– Novi uređaji osigurat će pravodobnu optimalnu radioterapiju bez imalo čekanja, što će rezultirati zadovoljnijim pacijentima i još boljim ishodima liječenja – kazao je predstojnik Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju.

Na Klinici za onkologiju i radioterapiju KBC-a Split već postoje dva linearna akceleratora, koji su u funkciji od 2009. godine, a dnevno se na njima obradi 120 pacijenata. Ovisno o dijagnozi i hitnoći njihova stanja, na radioterapiju u KBC-u Split čeka se između tri i šest tjedana.
Kako bi osigurao prostor za nove linearne akceleratore, KBC Split je pristupio rekonstrukciji Klinike za onkologiju i radioterapiju. Trenutno su u tijeku radovi na novom, dograđenom prostoru u kojem će biti dvije dvorane – bunkeri za linearne akceleratore te prateći tehnički i radni prostori za osoblje i pacijente. Planiran završetak radova je travanj 2024., a njihova vrijednost je 1.901.250,24 eura s PDV-om.

Nakon završetka radova, u nove bunkere će se smjestiti dva nova linearna akceleratora, a potom će se pristupiti uklanjanju dvaju postojećih starih uređaja, obnovi prostora u kojima se oni nalaze te instalaciji preostala dva nova uređaja. U obnovljene postojeće bunkere, uz linearne akceleratore, instalirat će se i novi CT simulator i uređaj za brahiterapiju.
Prof. Vrdoljak je najavio da nakon ovoga slijedi još jedan veliki korak za onkološke bolesnike, a to je program uspostavljanja Nacionalne onkološke mreže i baze podataka.
