Turski aparat za kastraciju službenika opet ne radi... - ovako je glasio ironični Facebook status jednog zaposlenika Banovine nakon što je utvrđeno kako novi sustav kontrole ulaza/izlaza djelatnika gradske uprave - ne funkcionira baš uvijek kako bi trebao.
Kako doznajemo od samih zaposlenika, nisu im baš najbolje "legla" vrata koja i nisu uvijek blagonaklona prema njima, točnije prema dijelovima njihova tijela. Nekolicina ih se ozlijedila, nije baš bilo najugodnije...
Čuli smo iz prve ruke kako kontrola ulaza može poći po zlu bez po muke.
- Evo situacije koja se mnogima dogodila. Nakon pauze gdje si izašla vani, kupiš sebi marendu ili spizu, što god, staviš je u vrećicu i ideš ući u Banovinu. Ako je vrećica ispred tebe, senzor registrira vrećicu kao osobu i vrata se otvore. Vrećica prođe, ideš proći i ti, e, baš tada se vrata zatvaraju i lupe te! - tako nam je slikovito opisao način rada novog sustava kontrole zaposlenika gradske uprave.
Da ne ostane sve na žalopojkama djelatnika, poslali smo službeni upit Gradu da nam odgovore jesu li vrata ozlijeđivala djelatnike, jesu li se kvarila, zašto su nabavljena, koliko je koštala njihova nabavka...
Odgovore nam je poslala Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu.

- Grad Split je na dva ulaza u zgradu, na ulazu za djelatnike i na ulazu za stranke i osobe s invaliditetom postavio sustav kontrole ulaza/izlaza zaposlenika i onemogućavanja ulaza posjetitelja i ostalih osoba bez dozvole ulaza.
Sustav omogućava istovremenu funkcionalnost registracije radnog vremena i kontrole ulaza/izlaza korištenjem postojećih identifikacijskih kartica.
Barijere za kontrolu ulaza koriste se za pojedinačno propuštanje zaposlenika koji imaju autoriziranu osobnu identifikacijsku karticu. Barijere s pripadajućom automatikom su upravljane od strane terminala za registraciju radnog vremena Zone Touch i I/Q terminal Zone Door kao njegovog funkcionalnog dijela.

Barijere imaju pokretne dijelove od pleksiglasa koji su u prostoru razmaknuti jedan od drugoga. Barijera ima senzore koji osiguravaju da se pokretni dijelovi ne mogu zatvoriti dok prolazi osoba koja je izvršila uspješnu identifikaciju.
Od 1. ožujka kada je sustav pušten u funkciju, imali smo nekoliko prijava mogućeg neispravnog funkcioniranja, koji su odmah provjereni s dobavljačem te je zamijenjen jedan senzor koji je ponovno testiran i ispravan.
Djelatnici su educirani putem dostavljenih uputa za pravilno korištenje te više nemamo prijava o problemima u korištenju. Iznos nabavke opreme za kontrolu ulaza/izlaza je 17.200,88 eura te montaže 4.739,66 eura - odgovorila nam je Đerek.

Turski aparat za kastraciju službenika opet ne radi... - ovako je glasio ironični Facebook status jednog zaposlenika Banovine nakon što je utvrđeno kako novi sustav kontrole ulaza/izlaza djelatnika gradske uprave - ne funkcionira baš uvijek kako bi trebao.
Kako doznajemo od samih zaposlenika, nisu im baš najbolje "legla" vrata koja i nisu uvijek blagonaklona prema njima, točnije prema dijelovima njihova tijela. Nekolicina ih se ozlijedila, nije baš bilo najugodnije...
Čuli smo iz prve ruke kako kontrola ulaza može poći po zlu bez po muke.
- Evo situacije koja se mnogima dogodila. Nakon pauze gdje si izašla vani, kupiš sebi marendu ili spizu, što god, staviš je u vrećicu i ideš ući u Banovinu. Ako je vrećica ispred tebe, senzor registrira vrećicu kao osobu i vrata se otvore. Vrećica prođe, ideš proći i ti, e, baš tada se vrata zatvaraju i lupe te! - tako nam je slikovito opisao način rada novog sustava kontrole zaposlenika gradske uprave.
Da ne ostane sve na žalopojkama djelatnika, poslali smo službeni upit Gradu da nam odgovore jesu li vrata ozlijeđivala djelatnike, jesu li se kvarila, zašto su nabavljena, koliko je koštala njihova nabavka...
Odgovore nam je poslala Maja Đerek, pročelnica za gradsku imovinu.

- Grad Split je na dva ulaza u zgradu, na ulazu za djelatnike i na ulazu za stranke i osobe s invaliditetom postavio sustav kontrole ulaza/izlaza zaposlenika i onemogućavanja ulaza posjetitelja i ostalih osoba bez dozvole ulaza.
Sustav omogućava istovremenu funkcionalnost registracije radnog vremena i kontrole ulaza/izlaza korištenjem postojećih identifikacijskih kartica.
Barijere za kontrolu ulaza koriste se za pojedinačno propuštanje zaposlenika koji imaju autoriziranu osobnu identifikacijsku karticu. Barijere s pripadajućom automatikom su upravljane od strane terminala za registraciju radnog vremena Zone Touch i I/Q terminal Zone Door kao njegovog funkcionalnog dijela.

Barijere imaju pokretne dijelove od pleksiglasa koji su u prostoru razmaknuti jedan od drugoga. Barijera ima senzore koji osiguravaju da se pokretni dijelovi ne mogu zatvoriti dok prolazi osoba koja je izvršila uspješnu identifikaciju.
Od 1. ožujka kada je sustav pušten u funkciju, imali smo nekoliko prijava mogućeg neispravnog funkcioniranja, koji su odmah provjereni s dobavljačem te je zamijenjen jedan senzor koji je ponovno testiran i ispravan.
Djelatnici su educirani putem dostavljenih uputa za pravilno korištenje te više nemamo prijava o problemima u korištenju. Iznos nabavke opreme za kontrolu ulaza/izlaza je 17.200,88 eura te montaže 4.739,66 eura - odgovorila nam je Đerek.
