U galeriji Muzeja grada Splita, u srcu Dioklecijanove palače, otvorena je izložba "Podvodna arheološka baština otoka Hvara", kojom su predstavljeni razvoj i recentna istraživanja hvarskog podmorja u posljednjih nekoliko godina.

Autori su Marinko Petrić iz Muzeja hvarske baštine, Jurica Bezak i Igor Mihajlović iz Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, Tea Katunarić Kirjakov s Umjetničke akademije i Saša Denegri iz Konzervatorskog odjela. Organizatori izložbe su tvrtka "Kantharos", Turistička zajednica grada Hvara, Muzej grada Splita te Umjetnička akademija.

Projekt je lani osmišljen i predstavljen javnosti u Hvaru, a ove je godine, prema riječima Eduarda Viskovića iz organizacijske tvrtke, trebala proputovati cijelu Hrvatsku, no zbog aktualne epidemiološke situacije planovi su se morali promijeniti, ali naš sugovornik ipak vjeruje da će nakon dalmatinske metropole krenuti prema ostalim zainteresiranim gradovima i mjestima Hrvatske.

Izložbu su otvorili Lino Ursić, savjetnik za turizam u županijskom Upravnom odjelu za turizam i pomorstvo, te podvodna arheologinja Tea Katunarić Kirjakov, jedna od autorica. Ursić je pozdravio sve nazočne u ime župana Blaženka Bobana te Stipe Čogelje, resornog pročelnika.

– Za nas je važno očuvanje pomorske kulturne baštine Lijepe naše i Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kao i jadranskog pomorskog identiteta. Županija zbog toga podupire i financira, ali i promovira projekte zaštite kulturne pomorske baštine kroz svoje programe s posebnim prioritetom na podmorje otoka Šćedra, smještenog nasuprot južnoj obali otoka Hvara. Krajnji je cilj Županije da svi lokaliteti koji zadovoljavaju uvjete zaštite kulturnih dobara budu turistički dostupni i iskoristivi u svrhu dugoročnog samoodrživog razvoja škoja – naglasio je Urlić.

Tea Katunarić Kirjakov istaknula je važnost suradnje s lokalnim stanovništvom, roniocima, udrugom "Prijatelji otoka Šćedra", otočnim ronilačkim centrima te hvarskim općinama i lokalnim turističkim zajednicama, kao i izvrsnu suradnju sa Županijom. Zajedničkim zalaganjem i entuzijazmom zaštićeni su svi poznati lokaliteti i otkriveni neki novi, među kojima je senzacionalno otkriće jedinog netaknutog rimskog brodoloma u srednjoj Dalmaciji, upravo kod Šćedra.

Uz panoe prikazuju se trodimenzionalne snimke upravo tog lokaliteta i podvodne strukture rimske vile maritime na Šćedru, grčka i rimska obala Farosa, današnjeg Staroga Grada, kao i balastno kamenje kasnoantičkog brodoloma uz poluotok Pelegrin.

Kako doznajemo, izložba u Muzeju grada ostaje otvorena do 19. kolovoza, i to svakim danom osim nedjeljom od 9 do 13 sati i od 16 do 20.

U galeriji Muzeja grada Splita, u srcu Dioklecijanove palače, otvorena je izložba "Podvodna arheološka baština otoka Hvara", kojom su predstavljeni razvoj i recentna istraživanja hvarskog podmorja u posljednjih nekoliko godina.

Autori su Marinko Petrić iz Muzeja hvarske baštine, Jurica Bezak i Igor Mihajlović iz Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, Tea Katunarić Kirjakov s Umjetničke akademije i Saša Denegri iz Konzervatorskog odjela. Organizatori izložbe su tvrtka "Kantharos", Turistička zajednica grada Hvara, Muzej grada Splita te Umjetnička akademija.

Projekt je lani osmišljen i predstavljen javnosti u Hvaru, a ove je godine, prema riječima Eduarda Viskovića iz organizacijske tvrtke, trebala proputovati cijelu Hrvatsku, no zbog aktualne epidemiološke situacije planovi su se morali promijeniti, ali naš sugovornik ipak vjeruje da će nakon dalmatinske metropole krenuti prema ostalim zainteresiranim gradovima i mjestima Hrvatske.

Izložbu su otvorili Lino Ursić, savjetnik za turizam u županijskom Upravnom odjelu za turizam i pomorstvo, te podvodna arheologinja Tea Katunarić Kirjakov, jedna od autorica. Ursić je pozdravio sve nazočne u ime župana Blaženka Bobana te Stipe Čogelje, resornog pročelnika.

– Za nas je važno očuvanje pomorske kulturne baštine Lijepe naše i Splitsko-dalmatinske županije, kao i jadranskog pomorskog identiteta. Županija zbog toga podupire i financira, ali i promovira projekte zaštite kulturne pomorske baštine kroz svoje programe s posebnim prioritetom na podmorje otoka Šćedra, smještenog nasuprot južnoj obali otoka Hvara. Krajnji je cilj Županije da svi lokaliteti koji zadovoljavaju uvjete zaštite kulturnih dobara budu turistički dostupni i iskoristivi u svrhu dugoročnog samoodrživog razvoja škoja – naglasio je Urlić.

Tea Katunarić Kirjakov istaknula je važnost suradnje s lokalnim stanovništvom, roniocima, udrugom "Prijatelji otoka Šćedra", otočnim ronilačkim centrima te hvarskim općinama i lokalnim turističkim zajednicama, kao i izvrsnu suradnju sa Županijom. Zajedničkim zalaganjem i entuzijazmom zaštićeni su svi poznati lokaliteti i otkriveni neki novi, među kojima je senzacionalno otkriće jedinog netaknutog rimskog brodoloma u srednjoj Dalmaciji, upravo kod Šćedra.

Uz panoe prikazuju se trodimenzionalne snimke upravo tog lokaliteta i podvodne strukture rimske vile maritime na Šćedru, grčka i rimska obala Farosa, današnjeg Staroga Grada, kao i balastno kamenje kasnoantičkog brodoloma uz poluotok Pelegrin.

Kako doznajemo, izložba u Muzeju grada ostaje otvorena do 19. kolovoza, i to svakim danom osim nedjeljom od 9 do 13 sati i od 16 do 20.

U galeriji Muzeja grada Splita, u srcu Dioklecijanove palače, otvorena je izložba "Podvodna arheološka baština otoka Hvara", kojom su predstavljeni razvoj i recentna istraživanja hvarskog podmorja u posljednjih nekoliko godina.

Autori su Marinko Petrić iz Muzeja hvarske baštine, Jurica Bezak i Igor Mihajlović iz Hrvatskog restauratorskog zavoda, Tea Katunarić Kirjakov s Umjetničke akademije i Saša Denegri iz Konzervatorskog odjela. Organizatori izložbe su tvrtka "Kantharos", Turistička zajednica grada Hvara, Muzej grada Splita te Umjetnička akademija.

Projekt je lani osmišljen i predstavljen javnosti u Hvaru, a ove je godine, prema riječima Eduarda Viskovića iz organizacijske tvrtke, trebala proputovati cijelu Hrvatsku, no zbog aktualne epidemiološke situacije planovi...
