Vjerojatno najčudniji zahtjev u skoro dvije godina mandata sletio je prošlog tjedna na stol splitskog gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i nadležnih gradskih službi.

Ivan Kaloper, stočar iz Trilja, o čijim smo problemima s državom proteklih godina pisali u više navrata, zatražio je da mu se službeno odobri da na konferenciju za novinare u centru grada dovede – kravu. Pridružilo bi mu se još par kolega s istim problemima i svatko bi od njih poveo po jedno grlo iz svoje staje.

Kaloper je već odabrao i lokacije u centru grada gdje bi se obratio novinarima i usput vezao kravu: može ispred Državnog inspektorata na Brodarici, nije loša ni Zvonimirova ulica gdje je splitska ispostava Hrvatskih šuma, ali bi mu najviše odgovaralo da se sve to odigra kod zgrade suda i Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, jer ima i nešto zelenila za njegovu Šarenku.

- Poštovani, podnosimo zahtjev za odobrenjem održavanja tiskovne konferencije na javnoj površini kojom gospodari Grad Split, a kojom bi prilikom dovezli neku od domaćih životinja, najvjerojatnije kravu. Razlog ovog pothvata je ukazivanje nezadovoljnih stočara koji nisu bliski vladajućoj garnituri i samoj resornoj ministrici gospođi Mariji Vučković, ravnatelju Agencije za plaćanje gospodinu Antonu Vujiću. Ukazivanje na kriminal, pogodovanje Hrvatskih šuma, zaštita pojedinaca od strane Državnog inspektorata, tj. zlouporaba službenog položaja i ovlasti na štetu drugih sudionika. Zašto Split? U Splitu je sjedište regionalnog ureda HŠ u Ulici Kralja Zvonimira 35/3,

Državni inspektorat je na adresi Mike Tripala 6, a DORH u Ivana Gundulića 29A. Stoga bi nam odgovarala najbliža lokacija navedenih adresa – piše u zahtjevu OPG-a Kaloper.

Još su napomenuli da se ne radi o nikakvom skupu i prosvjedima te bi ovom prilikom došao tek neznatan broj od, kako navode, ‘nekoliko hrabrih, poštenih i marljivih ljudi koji se nisu i neće prodati‘.

- Na kravu bi postavili zvonce, koje bi možda probudilo državne institucije, a mišljenja smo da bi ujedno bila i turistička atrakcija – još su napomenuli.

U ponedjeljak smo razgovarali s Ivanom Kaloperom i on nam je potvrdio da stoji iza ovog neobičnog zahtjeva. Već je pripremio popis tema o kojima bi progovorio pred prozorima institucija, počevši od poteza koji se vuku na relaciji Ministarstvo poljoprivrede-Hrvatske šume – Agencija za plaćanja u poljoprivredi oko dodjela površina, preko pogodovanja podobnima, gdje spominje slučaj jedne zadruge i tvrdi da staje ima u susjednoj Bosni i Hercegovini, a nemale poticaje dobiva iz proračuna RH i EU, pa do slučaja poznatog mesara i njegovog, navodne nezakonitog, uvoza bikova preko granice.

To je bila kap koje je prelila strpljenje ovog stočara tijekom nedavnog posjeta Inspektoratu. Najprije je s dokazima, među kojima je i video snimka koju je objavio sam vlasnik, pa onda povukao, došao sve prijaviti u jednu, a onda žaliti se zbog nepostupanja i ignoriranja u drugu kancelariju. Čak tvrdi da ga je pročelnik pozvao da uđe u ured, a kada je to učinio i sjeo, navodno ga je pitao tko mu je to dopustio.

- Ja sam u prijavi protiv tog mesara naveo da ona nije tužibabskog karaktera, već zbog čiste bojazni i opasnosti za zdravlje i ljude, a za što dokazi proizlaze iz samog videa. A to je da su nezakonito uvezeni iz BIH, dovezeni na teritorij RH i da je iz tog potencionalno opasnog stada određeni broj grla došao na moj pašnjak evidentiran u Arkod sustav. Iz navedenog videa je vidljivo da jedan bik ne posjeduje ušne markice, dok dva posjeduju identično iste markice, a i sve ostale su upitne. To vam je isto kao da ja na svoj auto stavi tuđe tablice. Umjesto da Inspektorat odmah djeluje na osnovu dokaza, ja ih moram moliti da rade svoj posao – ogorčen je Kaloper.

Sada je pitanje kako će Banovina odgovoriti na njegov zahtjev za dovođenje krava u centar grada. Voditelj odsjeka za redarstvo, Josip Gabelica, kazao nam je da je na godišnjem odmoru, ali da nikakav zahtjev još nije stigao do njih, već vjerojatnije da će biti proslijeđen odjelu u čijoj su nadležnosti javne površine i najamnime.

- Ako im oni ne odobre, a oni se odluče dovesti stoku, mi ćemo reagirati – kazao nam je kratko Gabelica, uz napomenu da se domaće životinje ne smiju držati u gradu.

Kaloper je, ako bude potrebno, odlučan i prekršiti zakon jer, kako kaže, ‘pun mu je kufer nepravde‘.

- Ako toliko Splićana može šetati pse, zašto ja ne bi mogao kravu?! Osim toga, ja ću sve uredno počistiti. Gradonačelnik Puljak je razuman čovjek i vjerujem da će mi izaći u susret – poručuje Kaloper.

Vjerojatno najčudniji zahtjev u skoro dvije godina mandata sletio je prošlog tjedna na stol splitskog gradonačelnika Ivice Puljka i nadležnih gradskih službi.

Ivan Kaloper, stočar iz Trilja, o čijim smo problemima s državom proteklih godina pisali u više navrata, zatražio je da mu se službeno odobri da na konferenciju za novinare u centru grada dovede – kravu. Pridružilo bi mu se još par kolega s istim problemima i svatko bi od njih poveo po jedno grlo iz svoje staje.

Kaloper je već odabrao i lokacije u centru grada gdje bi se obratio novinarima i usput vezao kravu: može ispred Državnog inspektorata na Brodarici, nije loša ni Zvonimirova ulica gdje je splitska ispostava Hrvatskih šuma, ali bi mu najviše odgovaralo da se sve to odigra kod zgrade suda i Županijskog državnog odvjetništva, jer ima i nešto zelenila za njegovu Šarenku.

- Poštovani, podnosimo zahtjev za odobrenjem održavanja tiskovne konferencije na javnoj površini kojom gospodari Grad Split, a kojom bi prilikom dovezli neku od domaćih životinja, najvjerojatnije kravu. Razlog ovog pothvata je ukazivanje nezadovoljnih stočara koji nisu bliski vladajućoj garnituri i samoj resornoj ministrici gospođi Mariji Vučković, ravnatelju Agencije za plaćanje gospodinu Antonu Vujiću. Ukazivanje na kriminal, pogodovanje Hrvatskih šuma, zaštita pojedinaca od strane Državnog inspektorata, tj. zlouporaba službenog položaja i ovlasti na štetu drugih sudionika. Zašto Split? U Splitu je sjedište regionalnog ureda HŠ u Ulici Kralja Zvonimira 35/3,

Državni inspektorat je na adresi Mike Tripala 6, a DORH u Ivana Gundulića 29A. Stoga bi nam odgovarala najbliža lokacija navedenih adresa – piše u zahtjevu OPG-a Kaloper.

Još su napomenuli da se ne radi o nikakvom skupu i prosvjedima te bi ovom prilikom došao tek neznatan broj od, kako navode, ‘nekoliko hrabrih, poštenih i marljivih ljudi koji se nisu i neće prodati‘.

- Na kravu bi postavili zvonce, koje bi možda probudilo državne institucije, a mišljenja smo da bi ujedno bila i turistička atrakcija – još su napomenuli.

U ponedjeljak smo razgovarali s Ivanom Kaloperom i on nam je potvrdio da stoji iza ovog neobičnog zahtjeva. Već je pripremio popis tema o kojima bi progovorio pred prozorima institucija, počevši od poteza koji se vuku na relaciji Ministarstvo poljoprivrede-Hrvatske šume – Agencija za plaćanja u poljoprivredi oko dodjela površina, preko pogodovanja podobnima, gdje spominje slučaj jedne zadruge i tvrdi da staje ima u susjednoj Bosni i Hercegovini, a nemale poticaje dobiva iz proračuna RH i EU, pa do slučaja poznatog mesara i njegovog, navodne nezakonitog, uvoza bikova preko granice.

To je bila kap koje je prelila strpljenje ovog stočara tijekom nedavnog posjeta Inspektoratu. Najprije je s dokazima, među kojima je i video snimka koju je objavio sam vlasnik, pa onda povukao, došao sve prijaviti u jednu, a onda žaliti se zbog nepostupanja i ignoriranja u drugu kancelariju. Čak tvrdi da ga je pročelnik pozvao da uđe u ured, a kada je to učinio i sjeo, navodno ga je pitao tko mu je to dopustio.

- Ja sam u prijavi protiv tog mesara naveo da ona nije tužibabskog karaktera, već zbog čiste bojazni i opasnosti za zdravlje i ljude, a za što dokazi proizlaze iz samog videa. A to je da su nezakonito uvezeni iz BIH, dovezeni na teritorij RH i da je iz tog potencionalno opasnog stada određeni broj grla došao na moj pašnjak evidentiran u Arkod sustav. Iz navedenog videa je vidljivo da jedan bik ne posjeduje ušne markice, dok dva posjeduju identično iste markice, a i sve ostale su upitne. To vam je isto kao da ja na svoj auto stavi tuđe tablice. Umjesto da Inspektorat odmah djeluje na osnovu dokaza, ja ih moram moliti da rade svoj posao – ogorčen je Kaloper.

Sada je pitanje kako će Banovina odgovoriti na njegov zahtjev za dovođenje krava u centar grada. Voditelj odsjeka za redarstvo, Josip Gabelica, kazao nam je da je na godišnjem odmoru, ali da nikakav zahtjev još nije stigao do njih, već vjerojatnije da će biti proslijeđen odjelu u čijoj su nadležnosti javne površine i najamnime.

- Ako im oni ne odobre, a oni se odluče dovesti stoku, mi ćemo reagirati – kazao nam je kratko Gabelica, uz napomenu da se domaće životinje ne smiju držati u gradu.

Kaloper je, ako bude potrebno, odlučan i prekršiti zakon jer, kako kaže, ‘pun mu je kufer nepravde‘.

- Ako toliko Splićana može šetati pse, zašto ja ne bi mogao kravu?! Osim toga, ja ću sve uredno počistiti. Gradonačelnik Puljak je razuman čovjek i vjerujem da će mi izaći u susret – poručuje Kaloper.
