Što mislite, što bi se dogodilo kada bi donijeli svojih desetak stolova i četrdesetak stolica na jedan od splitskih trgova? Vjerujemo da bi komunalci vrlo brzo reagirali kada bi tako uzurpirali javnu gradsku površinu.

I sigurni smo da bi vas zauvijek zapamtili. Brojni bi vas proglasili luđakom, drugi bi vas možda uzdigli među junake, ali ako biste više puta takvo nešto ponovili, vrlo je vjerojatno da bi redari ipak pozvali policiju. Tko zna što bi sve poduzeli kako bi spriječili osobu koja uporno donosi svoje stolove i stolice na Rivu, na Prokurative ili pak Narodni trg?

No, kada ugostitelji takve stvari rade, Grad ih nagradi. Kako drugačije nazvati reakciju gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koji je zbog kršenja gradske odluke “kaznio” vlasnika bistroa “No Stress” Željka Alfirevića tako da mu je dozvolio još više.

Ovo lako možemo potkrijepiti argumentima, odnosno dokumentima koje je gradonačelnik potpisao.

Dakle, prvo je za mizernih 1240 kuna, Grad Split dozvolio “No Stressu” da postavi pokretnu opremu (šank) i božićnu jelku unutar prostora štekata. No, niti jelka niti šank nisu bili unutar gabarita zakupljene javne površine, pa su komunalci kaznili vlasnika Alfirevića.

Inače, gradonačelnik je čak potpisao kako će se zaključak ukinuti ako ga ugostitelj bude kršio, ali nije. Doduše Andro Krstulović Opara jednom je prilikom zakonske rokove nazvao preporukama, pa ne iznenađuje što se nije proveo čak ni vlastiti zaključak koji je očito, isto tako, bio tek preporuka.

Umjesto ukidanja svoga ranijeg Zaključka, čelni čovjek grada donio je novi kojim se spomenutom ugostitelju dala dozvola za postavljanje dodatnih 10 visokih stolova na dane 24. i 31. prosinca prošle godine, u vremenu od 11 sati do 21 sat, ali opet unutar gabarita štekata.

Budući da je ugostitelj kršio prvi Zaključak, bilo je logično da će kršiti i drugi. Tako je i bilo.
- Od strane Komunalnog redarstva su pokrenuti obvezni prekršajni nalozi protiv prekršitelja pravne i fizičke osobe u svezi navedene lokacije - odgovorili su iz Banovine na naš upit koje su radnje poduzeli protiv spomenutog ugostitelja budući da je ponovno kršio poteštatov Zaključak.

E, to je zanimljivi dio priče. Naime, “naivni” gradonačelnik nije mogao sam zaključiti da 10 dodatnih stolova, po svoj logici, nikako ne može stati unutar odobrenog štekata.

Tako je Andro Krstulović Opara naložio Željku Alfireviću istu stvar koju je ugostitelj kršio i u prvom zaključku, ali ovoga puta nije trebao nagurati samo šank i jelku unutar javne površine koju legalno koristi, već “samo” 10 stolova i sjedalica. Ako se “stisnu” unutar granica štekata, onda zakonski ne mogu naplatiti ugostitelju dodatne stolove.

- Spomenuti stolovi nisu besplatni jer se zakup za navedenu površinu na kojoj se odobrilo postavljanje stolova i sjedalica (štekata) plaća - odgovorili su iz gradske uprave, pa ne mogu dvaput naplatiti korištenje površine pod zakupom. Nisu računali na to da će ugostitelj ponovno kršiti njihov Zaključak.

Valja napomenuti da je "No Stressu" 31. prosinca istekao ugovor o zakupu javne površine, pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara nagraditi vlasnika spomenutog objekta jer je više puta tijekom samo mjesec dana kršio njegove odredbe, tako što će mu produžiti ugovor za štekat.

Alfirević od Grada 'za kikiriki' dobio pravo korištenja šanka na Pjaci, pa u duhu Božića prekršio jedina dva uvjeta; Bojan Ivošević: Sad mene krivi, a ilegalno je okupirao javnu površinu

Što mislite, što bi se dogodilo kada bi donijeli svojih desetak stolova i četrdesetak stolica na jedan od splitskih trgova? Vjerujemo da bi komunalci vrlo brzo reagirali kada bi tako uzurpirali javnu gradsku površinu.

I sigurni smo da bi vas zauvijek zapamtili. Brojni bi vas proglasili luđakom, drugi bi vas možda uzdigli među junake, ali ako biste više puta takvo nešto ponovili, vrlo je vjerojatno da bi redari ipak pozvali policiju. Tko zna što bi sve poduzeli kako bi spriječili osobu koja uporno donosi svoje stolove i stolice na Rivu, na Prokurative ili pak Narodni trg?

No, kada ugostitelji takve stvari rade, Grad ih nagradi. Kako drugačije nazvati reakciju gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koji je zbog kršenja gradske odluke “kaznio” vlasnika bistroa “No Stress” Željka Alfirevića tako da mu je dozvolio još više.

Ovo lako možemo potkrijepiti argumentima, odnosno dokumentima koje je gradonačelnik potpisao.

Dakle, prvo je za mizernih 1240 kuna, Grad Split dozvolio “No Stressu” da postavi pokretnu opremu (šank) i božićnu jelku unutar prostora štekata. No, niti jelka niti šank nisu bili unutar gabarita zakupljene javne površine, pa su komunalci kaznili vlasnika Alfirevića.

Inače, gradonačelnik je čak potpisao kako će se zaključak ukinuti ako ga ugostitelj bude kršio, ali nije. Doduše Andro Krstulović Opara jednom je prilikom zakonske rokove nazvao preporukama, pa ne iznenađuje što se nije proveo čak ni vlastiti zaključak koji je očito, isto tako, bio tek preporuka.

Umjesto ukidanja svoga ranijeg Zaključka, čelni čovjek grada donio je novi kojim se spomenutom ugostitelju dala dozvola za postavljanje dodatnih 10 visokih stolova na dane 24. i 31. prosinca prošle godine, u vremenu od 11 sati do 21 sat, ali opet unutar gabarita štekata.

Budući da je ugostitelj kršio prvi Zaključak, bilo je logično da će kršiti i drugi. Tako je i bilo.
- Od strane Komunalnog redarstva su pokrenuti obvezni prekršajni nalozi protiv prekršitelja pravne i fizičke osobe u svezi navedene lokacije - odgovorili su iz Banovine na naš upit koje su radnje poduzeli protiv spomenutog ugostitelja budući da je ponovno kršio poteštatov Zaključak.

E, to je zanimljivi dio priče. Naime, “naivni” gradonačelnik nije mogao sam zaključiti da 10 dodatnih stolova, po svoj logici, nikako ne može stati unutar odobrenog štekata.

Tako je Andro Krstulović Opara naložio Željku Alfireviću istu stvar koju je ugostitelj kršio i u prvom zaključku, ali ovoga puta nije trebao nagurati samo šank i jelku unutar javne površine koju legalno koristi, već “samo” 10 stolova i sjedalica. Ako se “stisnu” unutar granica štekata, onda zakonski ne mogu naplatiti ugostitelju dodatne stolove.

- Spomenuti stolovi nisu besplatni jer se zakup za navedenu površinu na kojoj se odobrilo postavljanje stolova i sjedalica (štekata) plaća - odgovorili su iz gradske uprave, pa ne mogu dvaput naplatiti korištenje površine pod zakupom. Nisu računali na to da će ugostitelj ponovno kršiti njihov Zaključak.

Valja napomenuti da je "No Stressu" 31. prosinca istekao ugovor o zakupu javne površine, pa će biti zanimljivo vidjeti hoće li gradonačelnik Andro Krstulović Opara nagraditi vlasnika spomenutog objekta jer je više puta tijekom samo mjesec dana kršio njegove odredbe, tako što će mu produžiti ugovor za štekat.

Alfirević od Grada 'za kikiriki' dobio pravo korištenja šanka na Pjaci, pa u duhu Božića prekršio jedina dva uvjeta; Bojan Ivošević: Sad mene krivi, a ilegalno je okupirao javnu površinu

Što mislite, što bi se dogodilo kada bi donijeli svojih desetak stolova i četrdesetak stolica na jedan od splitskih trgova? Vjerujemo da bi komunalci vrlo brzo reagirali kada bi tako uzurpirali javnu gradsku površinu.

I sigurni smo da bi vas zauvijek zapamtili. Brojni bi vas proglasili luđakom, drugi bi vas možda uzdigli među junake, ali ako biste više puta takvo nešto ponovili, vrlo je vjerojatno da bi redari ipak pozvali policiju. Tko zna što bi sve poduzeli kako bi spriječili osobu koja uporno donosi svoje stolove i stolice na Rivu, na Prokurative ili pak Narodni trg?

No, kada ugostitelji takve stvari rade, Grad ih nagradi. Kako drugačije nazvati reakciju gradonačelnika Andre Krstulovića Opare koji je zbog kršenja gradske odluke “kaznio” vlasnika bistroa “No Stress” ...
