Kada se u današnjoj Iločkoj ulici 1969. godine izgradio niz od pet nebodera, Plokite su postale bogatije za 420 stanova.
U sjeverozapadnom dijelu tog kvarta, omeđenom Velebitskom i Dubrovačkom ulicom, smjestila su se po 84 nova obiteljska doma u svakoj od tih zgrada na 14 katova. O parkirališnim se mjestima malo manje razmišljalo, jer, ah Bože moj, nije baš svaki stan imao svoje vozilo, no bila su i ona uplanjena, kao i nekoliko desetaka izgrađenih garaža među neboderima.

To razmišljanje unaprijed i jest spasilo stanovnike tog dijela Plokita u današnje vrijeme, jer sada, a to je činjenica, svaki stan ima najmanje dva vozila. Slobodan prostor za parkiranje se ipak uspijeva naći, pogotovo za one koji (svoj) kvart znaju u dušu, uvijek se pronađe kantunić za limenog ljubimca.

Do jučer, kada su započeli radovi na pripremi sigurnog vatrogasnog prilaza portunu na adresi Iločka 4, i to za gasiteljski kamion s ljestvama. Po zakonu i propisima takav se prostor mora osigurati, što nije sporno, ali je donesena odluka kako se zbog toga mora ukinuti 10 parkirnih mjesta ispred nebodera. I eto nevolje!
– Gdje s vozilima - pitaju nas stanari, koji, kako kažu, ne strahuju od vatre i prilaza jer rješenje imaju:

– Dovoljno je izgraditi pristup zgradi iz Dubrovačke ulice, sa zapadne strane nebodera. No za tako što trebalo bi uništiti doslovno dva grma pitospore, ali se naši vatrogasni stručnjaci ustručavaju tako što uraditi – vele ljutiti susjedi.
Svugdje se na svijetu, kako dodaju naši čitatelji, vatrogasna vozila izrađuju na način da se prilagođavaju gradu u kojem će se koristiti, jedino se kod nas, u Splitu, grad prekraja prema raspoloživim vatrogasnim vozilima. Skrenuli su pozornost stanari Iločke 4 na drugačije rješenje, ali to se neće ostvariti.
Hoće li doći do "mini stanarske revolucije" još uvijek se ne zna, ali je izgledno...

Kada se u današnjoj Iločkoj ulici 1969. godine izgradio niz od pet nebodera, Plokite su postale bogatije za 420 stanova.
U sjeverozapadnom dijelu tog kvarta, omeđenom Velebitskom i Dubrovačkom ulicom, smjestila su se po 84 nova obiteljska doma u svakoj od tih zgrada na 14 katova. O parkirališnim se mjestima malo manje razmišljalo, jer, ah Bože moj, nije baš svaki stan imao svoje vozilo, no bila su i ona uplanjena, kao i nekoliko desetaka izgrađenih garaža među neboderima.

To razmišljanje unaprijed i jest spasilo stanovnike tog dijela Plokita u današnje vrijeme, jer sada, a to je činjenica, svaki stan ima najmanje dva vozila. Slobodan prostor za parkiranje se ipak uspijeva naći, pogotovo za one koji (svoj) kvart znaju u dušu, uvijek se pronađe kantunić za limenog ljubimca.

Do jučer, kada su započeli radovi na pripremi sigurnog vatrogasnog prilaza portunu na adresi Iločka 4, i to za gasiteljski kamion s ljestvama. Po zakonu i propisima takav se prostor mora osigurati, što nije sporno, ali je donesena odluka kako se zbog toga mora ukinuti 10 parkirnih mjesta ispred nebodera. I eto nevolje!
– Gdje s vozilima - pitaju nas stanari, koji, kako kažu, ne strahuju od vatre i prilaza jer rješenje imaju:

– Dovoljno je izgraditi pristup zgradi iz Dubrovačke ulice, sa zapadne strane nebodera. No za tako što trebalo bi uništiti doslovno dva grma pitospore, ali se naši vatrogasni stručnjaci ustručavaju tako što uraditi – vele ljutiti susjedi.
Svugdje se na svijetu, kako dodaju naši čitatelji, vatrogasna vozila izrađuju na način da se prilagođavaju gradu u kojem će se koristiti, jedino se kod nas, u Splitu, grad prekraja prema raspoloživim vatrogasnim vozilima. Skrenuli su pozornost stanari Iločke 4 na drugačije rješenje, ali to se neće ostvariti.
Hoće li doći do "mini stanarske revolucije" još uvijek se ne zna, ali je izgledno...

Kada se u današnjoj Iločkoj ulici 1969. godine izgradio niz od pet nebodera, Plokite su postale bogatije za 420 stanova.
U sjeverozapadnom dijelu tog kvarta, omeđenom Velebitskom i Dubrovačkom ulicom, smjestila su se po 84 nova obiteljska doma u svakoj od tih zgrada na 14 katova. O parkirališnim se mjestima malo manje razmišljalo, jer, ah Bože moj, nije baš svaki stan imao svoje vozilo, no bila su i ona uplanjena, kao i nekoliko desetaka izgrađenih garaža među neboderima.

To razmišljanje unaprijed i jest spasilo stanovnike tog dijela Plokita u današnje vrijeme, jer sada, a to je činjenica, svaki stan ima najmanje dva vozila. Slobodan prostor za parkiranje se ipak uspijeva naći, pogotovo za one koji (svoj) kvart znaju u dušu, uvijek se pronađe kantunić za limenog ljubimca....
