I dok u Hrvatskoj prosječne plaće rastu, naknade splitskih političara su u slobodnom padu još od 2013. godine. Prije nego je na čelo Grada došao Ivo Baldasar iznosile su 2.500 kuna, a sad su pale na samo 1.100 kuna!
Već u Baldasarovom mandatu su smanjene na 2.000 kuna i to nakon što se povećao broj vijećnika (kompletni iznos je ostao, de facto, isti), a onda ih je dodatno na 1.600 kuna skresao Andro Krstulović Opara. I evo su sad još 500 kuna manje.

Da odmah na početku kažemo, nije to dragovoljna odluka nove vladajuće garniture na čelu s Ivicom Puljkom, niti su se novi vijećnici samovoljno odrekli dijela naknade, nego ih je na to ovoga puta prisilio zakonodavac.
Sukladno novom Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi, osobne vijećničke naknade za gradove koji imaju između 100.000 i 300.000 stanovnika, kakav je Split, ne smiju iznositi više od 14 tisuća kuna neto na godišnjoj razini.
Splitski su vijećnici sve te propisane iznose smanjivali na manji okrugli broj pa se tako došlo do 1.100 kuna mjesečno.
Prema novom Zakonu, novi predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća smije primati neto naknadu povećanu za 50 posto ukupne naknade vijećnika, a njegovi zamjenici iznos uvećan za najviše 30 posto u odnosu na kolege "obične" vijećnike.

Baš zbog ove odredbe, zakonske promjene najviše su novčano oštetile novog predsjednika splitskog Gradskog vijeća Jakova Prkića (Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju). Njegova će mjesečna naknada biti neusporedivo manja od one koju je primao njegov prethodnik Igor Stanišić iz HGS-a.
Stanišiću je mjesečno po ovoj osnovi pripadalo 5.000 kuna, a Prkić će primati samo 1.700. Na godišnjoj razini riječ je o odnosu 60.000 prema 20.400 kuna. Nebo, zemlja, reklo bi se.
Puno bolje od Prkića su prošli dopredsjednici Gradskog vijeća Vice Mihanović (HDZ) i Željko Domazet (Centar), oni će primati 1.600 kuna naknade svaki mjesec, a to je samo sto kuna manje nego su primali bivši zamjenici.
Napominjemo da su ovo osobne naknade, a osim toga pravo na redovito godišnje financiranje imaju političke stranke i nezavisni vijećnici koji imaju vijećnika u Gradskome vijeću Grada Splita, i to ovisno o brojčanoj zastupljenosti, prema rezultatima izbora, a sve u trenutku konstituiranja Vijeća.
Konkretnije, za svakog vijećnika naknade iznose 6.800 kuna, a za vijećnicu 7.480 kuna mjesečno. Naime, vijećnice kao pripadnice podzastupljenog spola primaju 10 posto veće naknade.

Već u Baldasarovom mandatu su smanjene na 2.000 kuna i to nakon što se povećao broj vijećnika (kompletni iznos je ostao, de facto, isti), a onda ih je dodatno na 1.600 kuna skresao Andro Krstulović Opara. I evo su sad još 500 kuna manje.

Da odmah na početku kažemo, nije to dragovoljna odluka nove vladajuće garniture na čelu s Ivicom Puljkom, niti su se novi vijećnici samovoljno odrekli dijela naknade, nego ih je na to ovoga puta prisilio zakonodavac.
Sukladno novom Zakonu o lokalnoj i područnoj samoupravi, osobne vijećničke naknade za gradove koji imaju između 100.000 i 300.000 stanovnika, kakav je Split, ne smiju iznositi više od 14 tisuća kuna neto na godišnjoj razini.
Splitski su vijećnici sve te propisane iznose smanjivali na manji okrugli broj pa se tako došlo do 1.100 kuna mjesečno.
Prema novom Zakonu, novi predsjednik splitskog Gradskog vijeća smije primati neto naknadu povećanu za 50 posto ukupne naknade vijećnika, a njegovi zamjenici iznos uvećan za najviše 30 posto u odnosu na kolege "obične" vijećnike.

Baš zbog ove odredbe, zakonske promjene najviše su novčano oštetile novog predsjednika splitskog Gradskog vijeća Jakova Prkića (Pametno za Split i Dalmaciju). Njegova će mjesečna naknada biti neusporedivo manja od one koju je primao njegov prethodnik Igor Stanišić iz HGS-a.
Stanišiću je mjesečno po ovoj osnovi pripadalo 5.000 kuna, a Prkić će primati samo 1.700. Na godišnjoj razini riječ je o odnosu 60.000 prema 20.400 kuna. Nebo, zemlja, reklo bi se.
Puno bolje od Prkića su prošli dopredsjednici Gradskog vijeća Vice Mihanović (HDZ) i Željko Domazet (Centar), oni će primati 1.600 kuna naknade svaki mjesec, a to je samo sto kuna manje nego su primali bivši zamjenici.
Napominjemo da su ovo osobne naknade, a osim toga pravo na redovito godišnje financiranje imaju političke stranke i nezavisni vijećnici koji imaju vijećnika u Gradskome vijeću Grada Splita, i to ovisno o brojčanoj zastupljenosti, prema rezultatima izbora, a sve u trenutku konstituiranja Vijeća.
Konkretnije, za svakog vijećnika naknade iznose 6.800 kuna, a za vijećnicu 7.480 kuna mjesečno. Naime, vijećnice kao pripadnice podzastupljenog spola primaju 10 posto veće naknade.
