Hoće li roditelji ubuduće plaćati veće cijene vrtića i produženog boravka još nije definirano. Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća na dnevnom redu bila je točka o povećanju cijena vrtića i produženog boravka, ali je ona u konačnici povučena i bit će na sljedećoj sjednici.
Splitski Most sada postavlja pitanje gubi li Gradsko vijeće svoju funkciju.
- Posljednjih mjesec dana spominje se poskupljenje cijene produženog boravka u splitskim školama. Kako isto treba proći javno savjetovanje, te Gradsko vijeće, a i vidjevši da su mnogi gradovi s proračunom manjim od splitskog odlučili ne dizati cijenu na uštrb roditelja, a i Vlada je imala određene mjere, radimo na prijedlogu i vjerujemo u pozitivan ishod u korist kvalitete bez udaranja na kućne budžete roditelja. Ali...
Prije nego je završeno Javno savjetovanje o izmjeni Odluke o organizaciji programa produženog boravka u osnovnim školama kojima je osnivač Grad Split, te prije nego je navedeni prijedlog došao pred gradske vijećnike i prije same rasprave i izglasavanja ravnatelji su dobili dopis o novoj Odluci.
Točnije rečeno, pročelnik i njegovi nadređeni dopisom pokazuju da ne poštuju predstavničko tijelo ili ne znaju da Odluka ne stupa na snagu nakon proteka od 15 dana, tj. nakon javnog savjetovanja nego ista mora proći Gradsko vijeće, kao i Službeni glasnik - poručili su iz splitskog Mosta.
Istaknuli su da bi trebali znati da odluke ne može stupiti na snagu retroaktivno.
- Najviše žalosti činjenica da im mišljenje javnosti nije bitno, kao ni rasprava na gradskom vijeću i mogućnost pronalaska boljeg rješenja osim dizanja cijena bez suvislog obrazloženja. A koliko su nespremni i da donose odluke na temelju dojma, a ne stvarne analize pokazuje i samo obrazloženje odluke, jer plaće učiteljima sigurno nisu rasle 20 posto.
Samo da podsjetimo, cijenu iznosa koju plaćaju roditelji Grad Split želi podignuti za 20 posto, kao i cijenu obroka za 30 posto. Kao obrazloženje podizanja fiksnog dijela navode povećanje plaća učitelja.
Za razliku od Splita, grad Dubrovnik ne samo da ne "udara" po kućnom budžetu roditelja, nego pokriva cijeli fiksni dio, dok cijenu hrane ne misle povisiti. A u Splitu bi aktualna vlast za početak mogla bar poštivati građane i predstavničko tijelo - za kraj su poručili iz Mosta.

Hoće li roditelji ubuduće plaćati veće cijene vrtića i produženog boravka još nije definirano. Na zadnjoj sjednici Gradskog vijeća na dnevnom redu bila je točka o povećanju cijena vrtića i produženog boravka, ali je ona u konačnici povučena i bit će na sljedećoj sjednici.
Splitski Most sada postavlja pitanje gubi li Gradsko vijeće svoju funkciju.
- Posljednjih mjesec dana spominje se poskupljenje cijene produženog boravka u splitskim školama. Kako isto treba proći javno savjetovanje, te Gradsko vijeće, a i vidjevši da su mnogi gradovi s proračunom manjim od splitskog odlučili ne dizati cijenu na uštrb roditelja, a i Vlada je imala određene mjere, radimo na prijedlogu i vjerujemo u pozitivan ishod u korist kvalitete bez udaranja na kućne budžete roditelja. Ali...
Prije nego je završeno Javno savjetovanje o izmjeni Odluke o organizaciji programa produženog boravka u osnovnim školama kojima je osnivač Grad Split, te prije nego je navedeni prijedlog došao pred gradske vijećnike i prije same rasprave i izglasavanja ravnatelji su dobili dopis o novoj Odluci.
Točnije rečeno, pročelnik i njegovi nadređeni dopisom pokazuju da ne poštuju predstavničko tijelo ili ne znaju da Odluka ne stupa na snagu nakon proteka od 15 dana, tj. nakon javnog savjetovanja nego ista mora proći Gradsko vijeće, kao i Službeni glasnik - poručili su iz splitskog Mosta.
Istaknuli su da bi trebali znati da odluke ne može stupiti na snagu retroaktivno.
- Najviše žalosti činjenica da im mišljenje javnosti nije bitno, kao ni rasprava na gradskom vijeću i mogućnost pronalaska boljeg rješenja osim dizanja cijena bez suvislog obrazloženja. A koliko su nespremni i da donose odluke na temelju dojma, a ne stvarne analize pokazuje i samo obrazloženje odluke, jer plaće učiteljima sigurno nisu rasle 20 posto.
Samo da podsjetimo, cijenu iznosa koju plaćaju roditelji Grad Split želi podignuti za 20 posto, kao i cijenu obroka za 30 posto. Kao obrazloženje podizanja fiksnog dijela navode povećanje plaća učitelja.
Za razliku od Splita, grad Dubrovnik ne samo da ne "udara" po kućnom budžetu roditelja, nego pokriva cijeli fiksni dio, dok cijenu hrane ne misle povisiti. A u Splitu bi aktualna vlast za početak mogla bar poštivati građane i predstavničko tijelo - za kraj su poručili iz Mosta.
