Da je Žnjan leglo nereda, "ukradenih kvadrata" i ilegalnih objekata, i ptice na grani već znaju. Omiljeno rekreativno okupljalište Splićana čim proviri malo sunca upravo je ovaj zapušteni plato.
U razgovoru s našim sugrađanima vidljivo je da se u jednom slažu - svi žele da Žnjan bude na korist građana, da bude dostupan svima, da se mogu prošetati, okupati na plaži i popiti kavu po razumnoj cijeni.
S planom uređenja Žnjana zadovoljni su svi, nitko nema ništa protiv, ali ono čega se pribojavaju je da će, kako to inače kod nas biva, prevladati privatni interesi.
Josip Mijić iz Karakašica kod Sinja povukao je sve do Splita. Ne zna mnogo o planovima za Žnjan i o "neredu" koji ovdje vlada već više od desetljeća, ali trenutačna situacija ne čini mu se idealna.
- Treba napravit prostor za šetače i bicikliste, omogućit im da imaju jednaka prava. Također vratiti kafiće da ljudi imaju di popit kavu - kaže nam Josip, koji svoju kavu pije u kafiću u vlasništvu novog hotela "Amphora", koji je svojim gabaritima "debelo" izišao iz GUP-a.
Uvijek ispadne nešto treće
Voditelj ovoga kafića nije htio s nama razgovarati, a o planu kako će i što će dalje sliježe ramenima i nastavlja slagati friško donesenu robu.
Simpatični i nasmijani Joško i Mirjana Rončević tu su "od stoljeća sedmog" i stanjem na žnjanskom platou izrazito su nezadovoljni, a glavni krivci su, kako kažu, politika i privatni interesi.

- Tribalo bi malo više reda uvest. Ako će se napravit samo u svrhu turizma i da domaći ne budu mogli dolazit, to mi već ne odgovara. U nas uvik ispadne nešto treće od onoga što se piše i priča, vidit ćemo šta će bit. Malo sam sumnjičav - kaže nam Joško.
Sumnjičava mu je i supruga.
- Ako će bit dostupno svima, a ne određenoj klijenteli, onda super. Budući da smo fetivi Splićani, stvarno nam je dosta uzurpacije. Želimo da bude i sadržaja za dicu, a ne sami hoteli i koncesije - navodi Mirjana.
I tako, "ka gušteri" na suncu bez iti malo hlada, svako se ljeto gužvaju naši sugrađani na ovoj najvećoj plaži na Jadranu. A zašto? Zbog besplatnog parkinga za koji sada strahuju da će se nakon uređenja udarit po džepu građana.
- Problem je veliki ako se bude parking naplaćiva, di smo onda, ne daj Bože to - zgroženo nam odgovara gospođa Mirjana.
Marko Bajić, biciklist kojega smo zatekli u rekreaciji, ne slaže se s gospođom Mirjanom.
- Parking se plaća svugdi u svitu, nigdi vani ne moš doć ni blizu grada a da ga ne platiš. Vidio sam projekt, ako će bit ovako kako se najavilo, bit će lijepo.
Sad, koliko će se to ostvarit to je pitanje. Uvik smo u strahu da se neće uspit to do kraja izrealizirat. Projektno izgleda super. Okej mi je da ostanu kafići, zašto ne, ipak je ovo jednim dijelom podređeno i turistima - kaže nam Marko.
'Nema više socijalizma'
Gospodin Marijan Ćelić svaki dan radi điradu na relaciji Žnjan - Firule - Mertojak. I on se pribojava da ovaj plan neće ugledati svjetlo dana.
- E, pitanje je gospođo tko će to platit? To će sve skupa koštat nas građane, bilo bi dobro da se napravi tako kako su rekli, ali tko to zna. Nema više socijalizma pa da netko drugi plaća - govori nam gospodin Marijan.

Njemu je, kao i svakom umirovljeniku, dovoljna šetnica i da se ljeti ima gdje okupat. A čini se da svi naši sugrađani žele da se ovo pošumi, ozeleni, da se urede šetnice, produže plaže, i, naravno, da se ima di popit kava.
- Ako će se pošumljavat i oplemenjivat, to je u svakom slučaju poželjno, ali ako to građanima oduzmu, onda stvarno ne znamo šta ćemo. Sve šta ide ka napretku dobro je, jedino ne bi bilo dobro da padne u ruke privatnika i ne možemo se tu doć kupat, šetat - pribojava se gospođa Rosanda Jukić.

Od konobara Bernarda Bajna iz kafića "Monkey" vidimo da ugostitelji nemaju nikakva saznanja o novoj odluci Vlade o dodjeli koncesije tvrtki "Žnjan", a niti plan za dalje.
Kako znamo, vlasnik kafića "Taboo" (ex "Zen") Tomislav Burazin jedini ima ugovor sa Županijom, dok ostali ugostitelji imaju s Gradom, zbog čega tako već dugo "koči" ovu akciju. Marina Parlov, dugogodišnja vlasnica objekta s trampulinima kaže da je "ogorčena situacijom", a s nama se nije htjela upustiti u dublju priču.

Da je Žnjan leglo nereda, "ukradenih kvadrata" i ilegalnih objekata, i ptice na grani već znaju. Omiljeno rekreativno okupljalište Splićana čim proviri malo sunca upravo je ovaj zapušteni plato.
U razgovoru s našim sugrađanima vidljivo je da se u jednom slažu - svi žele da Žnjan bude na korist građana, da bude dostupan svima, da se mogu prošetati, okupati na plaži i popiti kavu po razumnoj cijeni.
S planom uređenja Žnjana zadovoljni su svi, nitko nema ništa protiv, ali ono čega se pribojavaju je da će, kako to inače kod nas biva, prevladati privatni interesi.
Josip Mijić iz Karakašica kod Sinja povukao je sve do Splita. Ne zna mnogo o planovima za Žnjan i o "neredu" koji ovdje vlada već više od desetljeća, ali trenutačna situacija ne čini mu se idealna.
- Treba napravit prostor za šetače i bicikliste, omogućit im da imaju jednaka prava. Također vratiti kafiće da ljudi imaju di popit kavu - kaže nam Josip, koji svoju kavu pije u kafiću u vlasništvu novog hotela "Amphora", koji je svojim gabaritima "debelo" izišao iz GUP-a.
Uvijek ispadne nešto treće
Voditelj ovoga kafića nije htio s nama razgovarati, a o planu kako će i što će dalje sliježe ramenima i nastavlja slagati friško donesenu robu.
Simpatični i nasmijani Joško i Mirjana Rončević tu su "od stoljeća sedmog" i stanjem na žnjanskom platou izrazito su nezadovoljni, a glavni krivci su, kako kažu, politika i privatni interesi.

- Tribalo bi malo više reda uvest. Ako će se napravit samo u svrhu turizma i da domaći ne budu mogli dolazit, to mi već ne odgovara. U nas uvik ispadne nešto treće od onoga što se piše i priča, vidit ćemo šta će bit. Malo sam sumnjičav - kaže nam Joško.
Sumnjičava mu je i supruga.
- Ako će bit dostupno svima, a ne određenoj klijenteli, onda super. Budući da smo fetivi Splićani, stvarno nam je dosta uzurpacije. Želimo da bude i sadržaja za dicu, a ne sami hoteli i koncesije - navodi Mirjana.
I tako, "ka gušteri" na suncu bez iti malo hlada, svako se ljeto gužvaju naši sugrađani na ovoj najvećoj plaži na Jadranu. A zašto? Zbog besplatnog parkinga za koji sada strahuju da će se nakon uređenja udarit po džepu građana.
- Problem je veliki ako se bude parking naplaćiva, di smo onda, ne daj Bože to - zgroženo nam odgovara gospođa Mirjana.
Marko Bajić, biciklist kojega smo zatekli u rekreaciji, ne slaže se s gospođom Mirjanom.
- Parking se plaća svugdi u svitu, nigdi vani ne moš doć ni blizu grada a da ga ne platiš. Vidio sam projekt, ako će bit ovako kako se najavilo, bit će lijepo.
Sad, koliko će se to ostvarit to je pitanje. Uvik smo u strahu da se neće uspit to do kraja izrealizirat. Projektno izgleda super. Okej mi je da ostanu kafići, zašto ne, ipak je ovo jednim dijelom podređeno i turistima - kaže nam Marko.
'Nema više socijalizma'
Gospodin Marijan Ćelić svaki dan radi điradu na relaciji Žnjan - Firule - Mertojak. I on se pribojava da ovaj plan neće ugledati svjetlo dana.
- E, pitanje je gospođo tko će to platit? To će sve skupa koštat nas građane, bilo bi dobro da se napravi tako kako su rekli, ali tko to zna. Nema više socijalizma pa da netko drugi plaća - govori nam gospodin Marijan.

Njemu je, kao i svakom umirovljeniku, dovoljna šetnica i da se ljeti ima gdje okupat. A čini se da svi naši sugrađani žele da se ovo pošumi, ozeleni, da se urede šetnice, produže plaže, i, naravno, da se ima di popit kava.
- Ako će se pošumljavat i oplemenjivat, to je u svakom slučaju poželjno, ali ako to građanima oduzmu, onda stvarno ne znamo šta ćemo. Sve šta ide ka napretku dobro je, jedino ne bi bilo dobro da padne u ruke privatnika i ne možemo se tu doć kupat, šetat - pribojava se gospođa Rosanda Jukić.

Od konobara Bernarda Bajna iz kafića "Monkey" vidimo da ugostitelji nemaju nikakva saznanja o novoj odluci Vlade o dodjeli koncesije tvrtki "Žnjan", a niti plan za dalje.
Kako znamo, vlasnik kafića "Taboo" (ex "Zen") Tomislav Burazin jedini ima ugovor sa Županijom, dok ostali ugostitelji imaju s Gradom, zbog čega tako već dugo "koči" ovu akciju. Marina Parlov, dugogodišnja vlasnica objekta s trampulinima kaže da je "ogorčena situacijom", a s nama se nije htjela upustiti u dublju priču.
